First off Austin my Sales Associate was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by an associate, asked if I wanted a Coffee or Water while I waited to be seen by the next available associate. The customer service I received was unparalleled to any custom store I had been too before. The fitting process was by far the most amazing part. I was amazed at the knowledge and expertise that Austin had given me for style and comfort. I am a husky individual and my main concerns was the fitting and style. Austin assured me that he had the fit in mind to address all my concerns. I came in wearing scrubs and they provided me with the proper shoes and garments to make sure the suit would be fit to my needs. After my first meeting I was texted by Austin who followed up with me throughout the whole process. Once measured and they had my sizes I met again to share the suit the bridal party had picked out. My suit arrived about three weeks later and the fitting was perfect. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for a suit. This is not an off the rack place to allow the time to have your suit made and you will not be disappointed. I will be back to order another suit soon. read more

I walked into this store to look for suits with my fiancé today and I will say if I could give 0 stars, I would. Walking in, there were at least 3 associates that weren't with customers that completely ignored us. We decided to look around the store since no one wanted to be of any assistance. We stayed in the store for another five minutes looking at the displays and racks and finally decided to come back to the front to ask for swatches. The lack of acknowledgment from the associates that were still not with customers told me all I needed to know. It made us feel like we didn't belong in their store. Never again! read more

Words cannot describe how frustrating my experience with Suitsupply Plano has been. I ordered a custom suit 2 months prior to a wedding for which I am a groomsman with assurance that I would have it well before the wedding. I knew I would be moving out of state in the next 2 months, so I provided my new address for the store to ship my suit to when it was ready. I received an email 2 weeks before the wedding that the suit had arrived at the Plano location. Again, per our agreement, it should have been shipped to my new address in Maryland. One week before the wedding I call and email and I get no response. A couple of days later, i call again and I'm told it would be shipped out express. Two days later, still no suit, I call and someone had "dropped the ball" and it hadn't been shipped out yet, but it would be shipped out overnight. Two days later (one day before I leave for the wedding), they say they didn't ship it out yet but can send it overnight. I ask them to just send it to the LA Suitsupply since that's near the wedding venue. I get an email the next day from LA Suitsupply saying they're shipping my suit they received from Plano to my house in Maryland (?!) i call to cancel the shipment as I need to pick it up in LA. I get to LA Suitsupply and they had misplaced the suit. The wedding is literally in less than 24 hours. I ended up without my suit for the wedding. Fortunately, the manager at LA Suitsupply was a lifesaver and went above and beyond so I would have a suit for the wedding albeit not the suit I had planned for. This whole situation was an epic failure that started with Suitsupply Plano's lack of care and follow through. I don't even blame LA Suitsupply since the confusion created by the shipping fiasco created issues downstream. I would not recommend Suitsupply Plano to anyone. 5+ calls, 4 visits, 1 email later, I ended up not being able to wear my custom suit to the wedding. read more

This is absolutely ridiculous. 2 other customers along with myself are just sitting here waiting for someone to help us. No acknowledge from any workers that we are even in the store. Been waiting 30 minutes now and not one person has even come up to me. It's now been 40 minutes and now there are 4 customers just around with no one to help them. When it was finally my turn, the guy working says someone else's name who came into the store 15 minutes AFTER me. I said sorry I've been waiting for 40mins, he goes well are you on the list? If I didn't cause a scene I would probably still be waiting. The best part is, I came in to replace a suit jacket I lost. They then tell me they don't make that color anymore in my size. I would give them 0 star if i could My boyfriend wanted to buy a suit and we visited this place. Staff did not warmly welcome us and left after helping us with 2 sets. I thought maybe it's because he's busy but no, he got another guest who looked more expensive than us, i thought!. Brian and Karim were both SO informative, helpful, creative and patient. They listened to what we were looking for, which wasn't the traditional style, and adjusted things until my husband felt comfortable and happy with his purchase. The customer service was outstanding! How ever at my appointments 5 mins in they told me they have nothing for me, and to try Macy's. I wasted my time felt like they didn't care, and the whole thing was pointless. As I was trying to have my conversation with one of the reps, I kept getting interrupted by another rep. These guys are supposed to make you feel confident. Instead, I felt rushed out, and now I have to find a way to get a suit in my timeframe with a week less than I would've had to find a suite elsewhere Just wish I was told this sooner. The quality of the tuxedos are nice for the price point, but the service at the store is atrocious. The associate I worked with, Carlos, is one representative to avoid at all costs. He claims to be the general manager of the store yet takes zero accountability for the mistakes of his "team". I had to go into the store twice for my fitting and there were issues with the tuxedo each time. It was evident that the pants I was measured for wasn't altered whatsoever after the 3 week wait. The negligence from Carlos and the store is putting my wedding wardrobe at risk. When I explained that I needed the tuxedo fixed prior to my wedding, Carlos was very dismissive and continually responded with "we'll call you". If the store has zero sense of accountability for their missteps and lack of urgency for a wedding they will not give an ounce of care for any other occasion. I was impressed with the customer service at this clothing store. I went in and got fitted for a custom made to measure suit. When it arrived at my home in Oklahoma it was too short in the arms. It was also to tight in the jacket and vest. When they saw it they apologized and when I asked for a refund they gave no hassle and gladly processed the refund. This is not the reason for the two stars. I still needed a suit so I asked for an off the rack suit. Their inventory was low and I was unable to find a suit. Outstanding experience at the Plano store. I walked in 15 mins before closing and John the store manager jumped in to help. In from out of town, I needed a navy suit with overnight alterations and they obliged in spades. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous- and great selection. I received a text at 10:20am that alterations were complete - just as John had promised. Intend to empty my closet this weekend and revisit suit supply soon. Suits are terrific quality but service is what I would call 'terrible'. I don't mind that staffs are not wearing masks but I've never been in any store and felt so ignored and looked down on. I needed a 3 piece suit and really love Suitsupply so I decided to go to the Plano location on Legacy West and boy did I find a "great experience" here. Yes we were offered help when we walked in by one of the staff and were helped with 2 sets of suits, and then that was it. He went to help another customer and said he'd be right back. I said no problem and guess I saw? He was helping that customer with another staff and left us there on our own. I couldn't tell if he was really busy with that other customer or he was just letting us be comfortable but there was a another customer being helped to try on something and guess what? A bottle of water was offered to his wife. We stood there looking and waiting to get a size for suits for over 20 minutes and no one asked if we were ok or not. Feeling very ignored and maybe discriminated, we walked out and the best part was no one said goodbye or thank you or anything. Didn't expect to be treated like that at a high-end suit store but I don't think there would be a another visit there. He was not able to assist but he left me in great hands with Jazmin. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. She didn't mess around and I liked the fact that I was measured, had the suite that I wanted, she offered up a couple accessories and done. Horrible, horrible service. This is specifically for the Plano store. My son bought 4 pair of pants on 7/24/21. They only had one so they ordered the other three. They took the hemming measurements and proceeded to check out. Here is where the problem started. Instead of shipping the one pair after alteration they said he needed to pick it up at the store. (A year ago the Dallas store shipped the suit he bought without any problem). The other three pairs they had to order would need to be altered and then shipped since by then my son would be in NYC. Weeks went by and nothing. Like other reviewers said, the Plano store NEVER pick up the phone. Finally, last week I called customer service and complained. The lady (very nice) told me the order was ready weeks ago but they were missing the apt #. I distinctly remember them receiving the complete address. But in any case, what complete lack of caring. A quick phone call would have cleared it pretty quickly. So long story short, the pants took a month. The customer service lady said a manager would be contacting my son. Nope. Silence. So no, do not go to this store. The one in Dallas had good service. read more

My one star rating is due to the complete inability to contact anyone at the Plano store. I have tried calling countless times over the last few months to speak to a representative.
