From my very first phone call all the way through picking out dresses and trying them on, she made the entire experience comfortable, fun, and personal. She constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed or wanted, and the girl is FUNNY! She was personable, sweet, knowledgeable, relatable, and just genuinely enjoyable to work with. When it came time to help me in and out of the dresses, she was incredibly delicate and attentive. I never felt rushed, uncomfortable, or like I was just another appointment. Ty gave 5-star service from beginning to end! The Frisco location itself was spacious, clean, and very well kept. I also stepped into the alterations area, and I was impressed with that space as well. I wasn't able to pick just one dress because the prices were mind blowing... they also offer military discount but honestly, after seeing how busy this location was, I understood why! What really stood out to me was the entire staff. Everyone we encountered had a positive attitude and was willing to help. And they were WORKING! There was nobody just sitting around with nothing to do. It was truly all hands on deck, making sure every bride who walked through those doors was being taken care of. I loved watching the team in action. Even with a packed store, they maintained great energy and made the experience feel special. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but having someone like Ty makes all the difference. Thank you, Ty and the David's Bridal Frisco team, for such a wonderful experience. I was not taking any chances with these polos since they are for a long overdue vacation my father and I are taking to the Bahamas. The last two alteration shops I have used were worthless. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! My experience in detail 1. I'd gone to purchase the whole…read moretuxedo outfit - jacket, pants, shirt, shoes, bowtie. 2. The sales advisor was professional. He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!
