This store is absolutely terrible. It's so bad that if I want to shop this brand, I actually do the drive to Southlake ever since they put Stacy as the manager here the whole vibe has changed and she's just completely rude to every single person that walks in the door. A friend introduced me to the online-ordering of Fabletics, and after my first two pairs of leggings in two different sizes didn't fit me properly, I decided to go into the store to try on some other styles. Also, there were some shoes and other accessories I was interested in trying on before buying. First, let's get this out of the way. The store doesn't carry any of the shoes, so that was a bust. I tried on probably 8 different styles of leggings. I found that for different styles I was a different size, which is a frustrating shopping experience...especially for a stretch product like leggings. In wearing the leggings, I find how they fit changes as you wear them/move in them, so I found myself doing a lot of dancing in the dressing room. In my size (L-XL) they had very few color options available in-store. So I had to try on colors I really hated just to get a sense of the style, length, and fit, and make notes of the ones I liked to later purchase online. It would be helpful if they offered "tall" sizes, or "even higher waist" versions, since I think my long torso is to blame for the high-waist leggings not really working like others do. I found the sales reps in the store to be odd. They were overly cheery/pushy sometimes, and then would completely disappear. The touchpads inside the dressing rooms would be cool if they worked. I requested help and different sizes a couple of times, and it never came. Also, when I came to the store I was wearing a pair of Fabletics leggings. I told one employee the challenges I was having with those leggings (they keep sagging even though they are supposed to be high-waisted) and if there were other leggings that might fit my body type better. She didn't give me any helpful feedback on other styles, and said to try a larger and smaller size of the same legging and see if that fixes the problem. This store does carry sports bras, which I was excited to try on. Unfortunately they really aren't made for women with larger chests. The "maximum support" bras give me low-to-medium support. In-store, they offer very few options for XL-sized sports bras, although there were many styles and colors available in XS, S, and M. In the style of sports bra I liked the most, there was only ONE available in the entire store and was covered in dust as it had been laying on top of a display that had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. There were a lot of cute tops I was interested in, but the styling was quite weird on me. The styles seem to be intended only for thin people with shorter torsos to wear. This theory was reiterated by the fact that I could find very few tops in the store in my size. Overall, I don't feel confident this store or this brand caters to women of my size. None of the tops and most of the leggings didn't fit right and are not flattering for my body type. It seems like some of the patterns were made for XS and just made bigger for larger sizes, which is always a recipe for disaster. The store had very few options for me to try on, and the whole point of me visiting the store was so that I could buy more from them online. Although I like some of the clothes they make, it's not for me, and I would recommend other women that fall in the large or above size range to seek another store. read more

I figured since I was done with LLL, that I would give my business to fabletics. They have a woman sitting outside with a mask on, with no one around her. I walk in and there are three or four store clerks and no customers. I start to look around and the mask enforcer, I mean store clerk comes to me to tell me I have to have the mask around my nose (remember there is no one in the store and my mask was right at the tip of my nose). I don't want to argue with her that no I don't. So I just leave. Peace out. Another one bites the dust. And to respond to your comment: The mask "mandate" has no basis in science. Regardless of my feelings on the subject, if you read the order, it states to wear a mask if you are not able to be six feet apart from someone. And you have no idea if I have a medical condition that precludes me from wearing one. I wonder if this is the hill you want to die on. read more

I am really upset with the service here. I've waitlisted ahead of time. I only knew to do this second time around because first time around I waitlisted in person at store and walked around Legacy West. They said they'll give you a text when they are ready for you. However, they are not consistent. Second time around, I waitlisted ahead. The wait time became 5 minutes so I walked back to store. I noticed a line outside so was very confused. I spoke with lady up front. She said I'm sorry but there is no waitlist currently. It's upsetting they weren't able to notify those waitlisted. Horrible customer service. She told me to just line up in current line. I decided to call store. Spoke with another lady who told me they are using waitlisting online but also line outside. I don't know how that suppose to work. This was my first time with intent to shop here. I'm very upset. In total, I spent 30 minutes waiting in line and decided to leave. It's a small shop so lines do take a while here. This all happened during COVID time so they couldn't have all customers inside at once. read more

I bought some super cute clothes for my mom from Fabletics for Mother's Day and had to go back and make some exchanges. The gentleman who was helping me was so amazing as was the rest of the staff there. He helped me throughout the exchange process as well as with decision making and making sure I had the right matches. Not to mention they have tons of cute stuff right now in store. I walked into the Plano store in the pouring rain, there were 5 employees and no customers. I had to exchange some clothes my husband bought for me online. The took the clothes and I said I would look around. None of them offered to help me, find sizes, ask what I was looking for. I had to ask how to get a dressing room and one of them said go talk to the other lady. I went to the dressing room with 5 items. No one checked on me. I needed to try a different size and no one helped. I had to go out and get it myself. Meanwhile there still were no other customers. I only found one thing I semi liked so went to exchange that and asked for a refund of the rest. They said no sorry it was already put to store credit and no way to reverse that. They were rudeh and not helpful. They really need some guidance and customer service training. We will cancel our subscription and never come back read more

I'll try to keep this straight to the point. Yes they want you to sign up for the membership. Yes it saves a ton of money when you are a "VIP" member. Compared to retail pricing. Yes it's cute stuff to wear to work out and lounge. They make it super easy to shop online.... You really do not need to go into the store once you know what size you need. Here are the reasons why I feel this location deserves 2 stars.... The level of service you get at this store is REALLY about who is there that day. When they have an event. They are happy cheerful, smiles. Very eager to help and happy to explain it ALL. Especially if they know you might sign up. On other days.... NOT so much. You will probably get someone who is trying their best to give you their "best" face but really they don't want to explain details. Especially their complicated return/exchange system. Oh lord! I won't go into it. But there is no such thing as "exchange". Only return and buy again. Which can get complicated with member/non member pricing, in conjunction with special "outfit" discounts. They act like you are suppose to know this stuff! When you are confused. Ask More questions about what just happened. They are not very friendly about it. No smiles then... I will say unless you can shop all online and avoid this store. Then proceed. Otherwise, plan to deal with the ever changing customer service here. read more

I want to start by saying I LOVE Fabletics products, I own tons of leggings and sports bras that fit great, are super comfy, and I really like how their VIP program works. So this review has nothing to do with the products themselves, those are 5 star. The people who work at the Legacy West location though are always incredibly rude every time I come in. Never once have I been greeted by anyone and when I ask an associate questions or need to make a return, they act like it's a huge inconvenience. I was in the other day to make a return and had a couple questions about a certain legging I was hoping they would have in stock, and the associate rushed me and visibly rolled her eyes at my questions, just trying to get through to the next customer. I understand now in particular is a very busy time of year, but I get this same treatment every time I'm in this store. Bottom line, I just wish Fabletics as a brand cared a little more about who they were employing. I love their products and everything the company stands for, but it sucks being treated like an inconvenience every time you walk into the storefront. How hard is it to just be friendly? read more

If only I could look as sexy as Kate Hudson just by wearing all her adorable clothes! I can at least pretend while I work out in one of the many stylish athleisure options available in store. The staff was very helpful and engaging and helped all the excited customers with recommendations on pulling the perfect outfit together. I ordered a couple pairs of golf shorts for a trip 3 weeks in advance and was just informed that the shorts won't be arriving in time. I don't own many pairs of golf shorts so I was really banking on them coming in for the trip. I now have to go out and buy another pair just to get through the trip. Hoping they fit well because it's hard to find golf shorts that sit above the knees, but this will be my first and last order. 7-10 business days likely turning into a month is pretty upsetting. I would have paid for quicker shipping had I known the standard shipping was about a 2 week exaggeration. I absolutely love this place. I shop for workout clothes all the time online, but was super thrilled when they finally opened a place literally down the street from me. I guess that could be both a good thing and a bad thing. The staff members here are always super nice and helpful. They have quite a large selection of items. Most of the time, when an item is sold out online, I can stop by here and most of the time, it will be in stock. They have the same sales, so it's great that I can try on what I would think I like instead of having to guess and order them on a whim. The items here are very true to size. I love how they have super cute sets you can buy at a lower price. They also have separate items. You have the option to mix and match anything. There's a membership that they ask you to sign up for, and for me, I think it's extremely helpful. I started with buying online awhile ago so I signed up on there. You basically get discounted items which is shown on the tags. Every month, you log in to your account and have the option to skip the month so you will not get billed. They will send you an email reminder, but if you forget, you can always use that credit to purchase more clothes. The credits never expire so it isn't too bad, especially if you know you will purchase here again. Overall, this place is great. I love the concept and the store is quite cute. read more

I usually shop online but popped in the store to see what they have. I saw these super cute leggings on the app and I needed them INSTANTLY! It was just me and some other lady shopping around; 3-4 employees were working. The other shopper had asked the worker a question then walked away and I went in to ask her if they had them in stock. Apparently the other shopper wasn't done so she cut in as I began talking. Which is fine no big deal. There were 2 workers standing next to me and she obviously saw I needed help then quickly turned around, sped to the other side of the store and started talking to her coworker.Totally ignoring me. So I just went on my business and tried to find them myself. I'm assuming the manager came out (because she was older and had a smile on her face) she asked if I needed help finding something. I showed her the pic and she went to ask the ladies at the front(same girls) if we had them. One of them replies with a smart ass comment and says "no that style only appeals to some people." So today was a serendipitous experience at Fabletics! 1. I'm a huge fan of this brand to begin with and I went in looking for new sports bras (they have he best support and comfort for girls with big chests and small breasts btw 2. I used to work retail, I don't like being bombarded and followed around, and I honestly got the BEST customer service I've had in a while from MITCHELLE (Michelle?) rocked my socks off. She let me know about the sales but didn't feel like she was selling me! She gave me room to shop on my own, and was honest when I asked about fits and comfort. She GOT ME, and she knew what she was doin... 3. Their fitting rooms are super nice, they use tablets to communicate and I loved it, when I asked for sizes or colors she was right on it! What got me the most was, when I came out of the fitting room, she was there to ask what I liked and why. She wasn't assuming a sale or trying to coax me into what I didn't like, she was asking. I asked her about capris too (on sale as well) and she gave me HONEST opinions! I ASK about fits, in retail- nobody knows your product better than you and not taking advantage of that is just a loss. I tried on all of her recommendations, and loved all of them... Honestly, I didn't expect to go in and have such a personal experience. Cute store, cute clothes, poor quality. The sales employees were friendly and the clothes were fun designs. I ended up buying 5 outfits. I had never worn fabletics. I always wear lululemon and athleta. The first time I wore the leggings to workout, they started piling and the color wore off in certain spots. I was weightlifting and where I was slightly rubbing against the machines and during sit-ups on a mat the color wore off in those spots. The pants went from black to white like the color was painted on. I had not even washed the pants yet. Then the fabric was piling and small pieces were shedding. I wear athletic clothes daily and probably have 40 outfits. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. Shame because the styles are cute and comfortable otherwise. read more
