It genuinely felt worth my time, and I used to recommend this store to people. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different. The in-store pricing has gotten pretty high -- most items are $20+, which is often only about $5 off retail. For a resale store, that doesn't feel like much of a deal anymore. The bigger disappointment was the selling experience. We brought in three full bags of quality items, and while nothing was said outright, the staff's demeanor made it feel like it was an inconvenience. The energy felt rushed and dismissive. They ended up taking only five items, and one entire bag was returned to us in the exact same order we dropped it off -- clearly untouched. It was frustrating, especially considering how positive my experiences used to be here. I'm not sure what's changed, but this visit didn't reflect the friendly, fair experience I had come to expect from this location.

I come in the store now to pick up an in store shipment and they know my name without asking. I think I order too much there . The manager is awesome. She makes sure her store is well ran. Her girls are awesome, too. I love the selection of clothing in the store. But online the amount of cute clothing is massive and I love it. I can spend hours there . They have great sales. I can get a lot of clothes, and lingerie for very few bucks. The Torrid Cash can add up quickly. In store the clearance clothing is an additional 50% off. So you can get some epic deals! Go shopping at the Frisco Torrid and mark off a couple of hour to browse, then to try on clothes. Ohhh, their bras will make your girls look gd!!

A One Sar is Too High for This Location…read more I have been a long time customer of Victorias Secret Great products with helpful and friendly associates. This location on 7600 Windrose Ave was my first visit and definately will be my last visit to this location! Called this location and said they would hold a pair of leggings that were on sale. When I got there, the sales associate was VERY COLD and UNPERSONABLE. Very un-Victorias Secret-like. When she handed me the leggings, they were four times (4x) the price. I asked if I could try them on first before purchasing. She said "No, but you bring them back for a refund." I specifically asked "Since I am paying cash, will I receive a cash refund here or at any location?" She replied "Yes cash at any location." I made the purchase and went to try them on. Nice leggings, but not what I was wanting. I went to a store near my work to return the leggings less than an hour later for a full cash refund, but wouldn't give me cash. They could only give me a gift card instead. I am very disappointed with the 7600 Windrose Ave location.
