I thought all hope was utterly lost until I came to JR's! I came to have both pairs assessed because I was SURE they were far too gone to repair! FEAR NOT-- hope was renewed as he told me he could repair my poor beloved boots. I put half the amount down so he could start and then came back 2 weeks later and they were finished! JR even cleaned the outsides for me really well and conditioned them! I actually didn't even know these boots were real leather, it had been so long and the tag on the inside is literally hanging on by threads. The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because I had to call and ask about completion and I popped in 2 times to check. That was not a big deal for me because I live so close to the shop. However, if I were further away I could see how it could be an inconvenience. Thank you,JR!!! I wore them throughout the winter and rainy season!

This review is late and we apologize for that. We purchased several pieces of leather furniture…read morefrom Mitc Lurie and his family. We purchased a motorized leather sectional and sofa. The quality of the furniture is magnificent and the appearance is the best we have ever had. My wife and I are "older" so we needed furniture that would be easy to sit in, and get up. The only thing that surpassed the quality of the furniture is the wonderful interaction with Mitch and his wife. It was a great transaction and every day we sit in our sectional and sofa is a reminder of both Mitch, his family, and the quality of every facet of the furniture. THANK YOU!!

This is a horrible furniture store. Mitch is the owner. In my experience and look at other…read morenegative reviews, he seems to always blame the customer for his product not meeting the standard. I had a bellow in the cushion that I reported immediately and the first thing that I was told by his salesman Carl and Mitch was that I was sitting on the cushion too much compared to the other 2 cushions. Come on, are these guys serious? After a bunch of back in forth, they repair a brand cushion because he refused to replace it. With same piece of furniture, I noticed that there was discoloration on the seam. I was told it was due to friction. Mind you, this sofa is downstairs and it is hardly ever sat on. I told Carl the salesman that this was not the case. He refused to back off on his ridiculous friction claim and sent my a nasty mannered text which I still have. If you have any problems with the furniture, these guys will try to blame the customer. In my strong opinion, this establishment is like a buyer be ware establishment. Both times that I had an issue with their product, they tried to blame me. The cushions that they use in my opinion are garbage. If you buy from them, I recommend swapping them out with better quality ones as soon as you can. I am no whiner though, let's talk the positive. My experiences with Mitch's son have been positive. He appears to be a fine upstanding young man. Additionally, the other sofa that I bought was of a better quality than the one I hardly use downstairs and I use this one everyday. Although the cushions are not great on that one either. They are at best serviceable. That is me being kind. I would give leather sofa a zero if I could, but I cannot because Mitch's son will at least listen to you and not accuse the customer of silly things like sitting in one section of couch that you buy less than 2 months after you buy it. I haven't delt with him much, but I cannot say that I have had any negative experiences with him. Fair is fair.

I had some tears in my car's leather seats so I had this company perform the repairs. Fransisco comes to your house, picks up the seat cushions (he takes them out himself) and then returns them and reinstalls them. First the pros: the repairs are like it never even happened (see attached photos). It is convenient that he comes to your house, you don't have to take it to a shop. Fransisco is very reasonable with price and is very easy to work with. Cons: He was late in when he came to pick up the seats. The window was 11-3 and he showed up at 4. Had I known he was running late I would've been able to do some things as opposed to waiting at the house for him. When he did show up he couldn't take one of my seats because his van was too full, so he had to come back the following day anyway. When removing a seat Fransico broke a bracket cover, but was very ok with deducting the replacement cost ($20) from the bill. He also flipped a bolt around with the seat belt, causing the belt to twist and be uncomfortable to use. He fixed all these things, but it would have been nice if they hadn't needed fixing in the first place. Thus the deduction of a star.
