Prosper store so loud I could not hear clerks. Staff not interested in turning the music down so I left.

Sadly I've given this store too mam chances , the associate Michelle is the worse person to deal with , I've had 2 encounters with her and she really needs to learn how to deal with customers and learn to be nice , I will no longer be giving my money , energy or time to this location , they do not care about policy , they do not care to keep a customer coming back , their conversion was messed up due to a lack of keeping a customer in the store and more interested in being snarky rude and overall rude .... please use caution in utilizing this location , the manager whom ever she is will mock you behind your back for simply asking a question , overall it's a team of mean girls at this prosper location.... save yourself the energy and go to Frisco etc.... read more

The staff of this store put my wife through a ridiculous ordeal today. Their claim was that a specific item in the store was not included in an on-going sale even though she showed them that the sale did apply to that product when ordered on-line. They claimed this was caused by a technical problem with their registers, but actually it was clearly a customer service failure to allow any customer to have such a poor experience. There were also several other failures in their handling of the situation, but they already earned a one star review without even taking any of those into account. If I have anything to say about it, we won't spend another penny with this company. There are plenty of other retailers to choose from. read more

I was super impressed with this location, and I have been to many in Texas and Colorado. When you walk in you are offered amazingly smelling hand sanitizer, nice touch. The store itself is organized nicely and smells great without being overbearing. Friendly staff that are extremely helpful in helping you find what you might like. I had an amazing young lady named Ivy that helped me and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helpful to show me how to use the cards to spray scents on to see if I like them. All staff were friendly and smiling and asking all customers if they needed help finding anything. I will definitely make the 3 hour drive to shop here again. read more

Great location. Employees are very helpful. Always a good selection. Some employees can be a little overly helpful, but in general guide you to the best options for you. This is a new location, but it's in a popular community. The shopping center has several good options for shopping and dining. I look forward to seeing it grow. read more

I see that many have said that they are/were impressed with the staff. Hummm maybe Ashley was having a bad day. I do not frequently shop at Bath and Body, so I didn't know where the plug ins were and she abruptly said she couldn't hear me and rudely pointing me In the direction of them and stared at me like "duh..I should have known." I went in to this location today and was very impressed. It's the semi annual sale right now, but the store was clean and well organized. The employees were so helpful. I'm traveling so I didn't the coupon mailer and I'm not receiving emails any more for some reason. One of the managers (I wish I had gotten his name) was so helpful. He had a spare coupon code that he let me use and suggestions to make sure I'm getting the emails. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family! read more

Marvin is a terrible manager. I'm having an issue with an online pick up in store order and Marvin did not want to hold the candles I'd like to exchange for my online order overnight. due to the online issue I'm Not Sure why, when they already held the candles in the first place for me to pick them up and given the circumstances he should be able to accommodate me since I did come in to pick up half of the candles I have on hold. It's people like him and Theresa & Oria who were also not helpful in this situation that give bath and body works a bad name. I'll be making a complaint with corporate as well. My thing is this if your gonna use the "no holding 75% off products rule, then the first manager I spoke with should not have allowed the hold to begin with." So basically Marvin is just being an A$$ bottom line, but that's fine, when I get done he'll wish he would of been nice to me and accommodated me. This bath and BodyWorks location sucks! read more

Won't bother with speaking on the products because lets be serious, who does love BBW products already? Rather, I'll focus on location & staff. This particular location is bundled around excellent shopping/restaurants, staff maintains products fully stocked & the interior puts off somewhat of a high end vibe compared to other locations. Brandee, Michael, Sonya, well... majority of the staff actually are all breaths of fresh air when it comes to customer service. When walking in you are immediately greeted with their upbeat personalities yet they won't continuously hound, bug or smother you to get a sale. Rather, they will be respectful of personal space & are literally just a hello away from immediate service if needed while shopping or have questions. read more

I went to this Prosper location for the candle sale and it was the most unorganized mess Ive ever seen. People were packed in like sardines and couldn't even move to leave the store. They had to ask people near the doors to leave just to make some form of space. Then it was mass chaos trying to figure out how to find the scent you wanted and how to pay. Ive been black friday shopping at many different stores and yet this place was the worst managed Ive ever seen. Then some lady, that Im assuming was a manager, started making people in the middle of the store go all the way to the front doors to get in a random line they tried to form, causing those people that have been trying to checkout (for at least a hour) to be at the back of the line, to wait again. All of this for candles This is their biggest sale! It's not a surprise that there're a lot of people but it was shocking how horribly it was managed. I wont be going back and probably just skipping BB&W altogether from now on since there are so many other options without all the hassle. read more
