They maintain pretty busy but even then when I needed help I just asked and someone is always able to help out or asked me to wait a moment while they finished up with another customer. As far as returns, I've never had an issue returning items I didn't like. Store is clean and their merchandise stock is usually good given the circumstances we are currently living in. I will say I've never tried the hair salon so I can't comment on that. Sorry maybe I just see the world differently. I could find a million plus reasons to complain but I chose to wear different eye glasses if you know what I mean :) Thankful to have an Ulta nearby

I haven't bought a wig in years and usually try to avoid beauty supply stores unless I run out of time to order online. One thing to know is that you have to purchase a wig cap before trying on wigs, and customers are limited to trying on only three wigs. The staff also monitors customers very closely throughout the store, and there are photos of shoplifters displayed near the entrance, which can make the shopping experience feel a little uncomfortable. Overall, the selection is great if you need something quickly, but the atmosphere could feel more relaxed and customer-friendly.

The entire treatment was an hour long, and I left with my scalp feeling clean and rejuvenated. I would have never guessed this service was offered inside this barber shop building. I'd recommend this shop for those who live in the area who want a scalp and massage experience at a reasonable price and who do not want to drive near Dallas to get a similar service.
