While visiting the area doing a little Christmas shopping and found this Fabulous boutique right on the McKinney Square in Historic Downtown McKinney area. You can even tell from the outside that Sharla's skills are amazing and that you are in for a treat when you walk in the doors! Once inside you are greeted by an enthusiastic and passionate shop owner who I have no doubt will make your visit as enjoyable as mine was! I can't wait to visit again and buy some more things! read more

I love popping into this shop whenever I'm in downtown McKinney Square. Sharla is a true gem and always makes the experience so enjoyable. This is the perfect place to find a thoughtful gift, or even better, treat yourself. Today I finally picked up a beautiful coat I've been eyeing for months and left very happy. Such a special shop with amazing pieces and even better service. read more

Sharla's is so charming. You are greeted with a sincere smile and a welcome when you walk in the door. All of the merchandise feels like it is handpicked, even the bags they give you when you purchase items are fun. Do they offer great quality, beautiful choices, unique items..yes, yes and yes! I love this store especially during the holidays! So many beautiful and well curated items with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Sharla's is one of my favorite boutiques in downtown McKinney. I recently purchased the most beautiful pair of gold/diamond scatter hoop earrings (after dreaming about them since Christmas!) and love them so so much! I get compliments every time I wear them. The eclectic quality of the items in the store are only surpassed by the quality of the customer service. Keep up the good work Sharla's! read more

My wife says good store. I did not care for it. There was a bunch of frilly girly stuff. Make up, perfumes, books, tissues, knickknacks, hats, mirrors, hand bags, pictures, completely useless stuff for me and I can see how my wife will enjoy the store an I stand outside waiting for an hour read more

Sharla's Boutique - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - McKinney, Texas

This is an absolutely delightful place! Sharla has done an amazing job making the interior look like the inside of a designer Paris boutique! They've got some really good stuff at decent prices. Even if you're not in the mood to buy something to Stephen just to look at the interior and the items on the shelves - well worth a visit. read more

My wife loves this boutique. She really likes the skincare, especially the serums. Her skin does look great since she started using them. I know and she really enjoys the results they produce . Plus, if you are married... you know that's all that counts! read more

I walked into Sharla's to purchase foundation. They have top of the line cosmetics and skin care products. Once I told the ladies what I needed, Reed introduced herself. She is a licensed esthetician and extremely knowledgeable. I explained my skin issues, rosacea being the main problem, but there are others. Reed walked me through what she considered to be the products that would be most helpful. I purchased what she recommended and was blown away by the results from the very first use. Truly, I could not believe my complexion! I contacted Reed and asked if she thought a facial would be an additional improvement; to kind of give me a boost for an upcoming trip. She suggested a plan and we scheduled it. I was very nervous because my skin is so sensitive. Ladies, I don't know why it took me so long to do this! The change is dramatic. Don't hesitate to walk into Sharla's and talk to Reed. Thank you Reed!!! read more

I have shopped at Sharla's for several years. She provides the most unique gifts and items that most stores fail to provide. If you are looking for different, exciting and beautiful gifts or accessories then Sharla's is the place to go!! The staff is very professional and up to date on things found in the store!! If your looking for a relaxing and first class facial, then Sharla's provides that as well. I have had several facials at other locations and Sharla's joins my top 3 locations!! read more

Best kept secret is their facial and aesthetician services! I have had many facials before but nothing compares to the amazing treatment I got from Reed. It was SO much more than a facial it was like a spiritual experience. She started with a foot soak and rub, then included so many relaxing techniques including aromatherapy and deep breathing. She used an amazing mix of products- both Sharla's brands and others. Everything used was super high end and high quality (even the bed is from Italy!). I was so relaxed I could barely move at the end. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any products (although at the end I wanted to buy everything!). Reed is so amazing, sweet and talented. If you want to really treat yourself to an amazing experience go see her! Best money I've ever spent. read more

Sharla has the best of face and skin care from around the world, great atmosphere, and she's SO personable and sweet! ^_^ I'm never going back to cheaply made yet expensive name brands ever again -_- I've learned my lesson which is: let Sharla and her team of doctors find only the purest and best products to bring back to the store and then buy it from her large selection. read more

Sharla's Boutique - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - McKinney, Texas

This is a beautiful store, but everything is expensive, with little to no options for smaller budgets. The longtime sales ladies left a few years ago and it hasn't been the same since. I find the sales style on the cool side and not nearly as warm, sincere and friendly as they once were. It all starts at the top, though, so it's obviously how the owner prefers it to be. read more

Love this store in downtown McKinney Texas on the Square very unusual things their sales people very nice and everything is displayed so awesomely every time we go to Texas we hit McKinney and love the store read more

Sharla's is not just a cosmetics shop, but a gift shop with unique and beautiful gifts. Located in downtown McKinney, I have always hesitated to visit because of the glitter bomb covering the window displays (not a fan to glitter), but I was wrong. My favorite gift (and for myself) is Sharla's line of Dots & Dash handmade jewelry where Bible verses and other sayings are made out of beads in morse code. There is something here for everyone, even for the hard to find gift. read more

Best. Store. Ever. I like Sharla's signature line. I have really sensative skin which makes anything from the drug store, Sephora or Ulta really dry and irritate my face. The 12hr oasis cream is a God-send for me since even in the summer I get dry skin that tends to pull, crack, and itch. The cell renewal serum helps heal just about anything you could have on your face (GREAT for sunburns, eczema, and breakouts after they open). There are things in there that are priced low enough for anybody as well as luxury items for a special gift or guilty splurge. You just have to look about and see everything. (ps, price stickers are usually on the back or bottom of products. someone complained about that in a different post.) read more

Sharla's is my favorite store and alternative to going to the mall! It is so much more than a year round gift store! I love the skincare, suncare, and cosmetics which are high quality and my sensitive skin never has a problem, plus they really perform for me. Other daily items: the Laundress laundry products have eliminated my dry-clean bill, and Hope Gillerman essential oil blends keep me healthy. I have over the years acquired gorgeous purses, scarves and a compliment inspiring sun hat. I've given gifts such as luxurious sea sponges, olive oil based lotions, lip-sticks, desert plates, boutique jewelry and hard to find niche perfumes - even a Dallas Cowboy's collectable book last Christmas! If you appreciate an Owner's presence and customer service from caring staff, then check out Sharla's and connect on social media. read more

I Love Sharlas! The best makeup and such cute gifts, unlike anything you can find in a regular store.

Wonderful shop. I had a question about a product so I emailed Sharla's. The staff is wonderful and so helpful! I received a response in a very timely manner. I Absolutely recommend shopping from Sharla's! read more

Sharla's store is very well decorated , bright and clean. They have so many different trinkets and beauty products. They have a wide variety of jewelry which I've never heard of but I did get my hands on some Kendra Scott jewelry. Prices were reasonable. There are high end beauty products from Europe too. It was nice but not for me. Bring your girlfriends to this cute location for some fun shopping or browsing! read more

The boutique is very nice , pretty and European looking. Very good taste in products. My only complaint is the salesmanship it's not always my best friend, I give in way to much. She's nice and a GREAT salesperson, staff trained similarly. I avoid Neiman Marcus or other high end stores for that reason and do my shopping online. I was forced(kinda) to buy her skincare, which she claims is second to none. Haven't tried it yet...I'm writing here bc my first experience and walking out with 300 something worth stuff impulsively, and then find out there is no return policy only exchange and store credit! Of course I didn't ask during the sale...I'm too gullible. All In all great store for Niven Morgan or fancy lotions and gifts like jewelry or Kendra Scott if you're in McKinney and can't make it to the boutique in Plano. read more

I have used Sharla's products since 2005 or 2006. They are amazing! I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin, but her products have prevented any breakouts or rashes since I started using them. Even more importantly, Sharla & her staff treat every customer as if they are family. The customer service is beyond excellent. Not only is her store one of the most beautiful & elegant places on the Historic McKinney Square, it is has a peaceful, joyful spirit that fills the entire store. We have recently been transferred to North Houston, so I am not able to visit like I used to - which makes me very sad. But, as always, Sharlas's staff have continued to take care of me. All I have to do is call & they go out of their way to make sure I have the items that I need as soon as possible. If you get the opportunity to visit Sharla's, please go! You will not be disappointed - ever! read more

Don't be misled! These products are no better than drug store quality! Good luck trying to get a refund if you are unhappy. Had bad reaction to products and got stuck w/ lots of products I could not use. Poor customer service! Most reputable lines guarantee their products, but you will be hanging out to dry here! read more

I love Sharla''s!! Sharla Bush runs a first class business. The products are wonderful and Sharla is a warm, friendly and welcoming person who clearly loves what she does. One time I went to a buy a special gift for my mother-in-law. Sharla personally took the time to show me around the store and help me select the perfect items-- she was not pushy and she was respectful of my budget. Sharla seemed genuinely most intested in making me a happy customer. Beyond that, she went the extra mile and put the items on a silver tray and wrapped them like a gift basket for a beautiful and impressive presentation. Shopping at Sharla's is a unique and delightful experience. I always leave her store feeling great. Definitely a Christmas shopping destination! !! Thank you, Sharla! read more

I have been a customer of Sharla's for the past 7 years, and am amazed each time I go in. Not only does she have a tremendous selection cosmetics, bath products and accessories, but the customer service is unbeatable. Her skincare line is my favorite aspect of the store. It has completely CHANGED my skin! Thank you Sharla for bringing quality, class, sophistication and style to the McKinney Square! read more

Oh my goodness... amazing service!! I was in town visiting my sister and visited the various shops in McKinney. Went into Sharla's and was greeted by the nicest and most attentive salesperson I have meet in a very long while. The shop has lots of unique pieces and a wonderful selection of "not-so-common" cosmetics and household items. I will definitely be coming back here my next time in Dallas. read more

Today I wandered into Sharla's while waiting to meet a friend for lunch. I was greeted promptly, and I was given the grand tour of this place. This is a beautiful store filled with beautiful things. I didn't catch the name of the employee who showed me around, but she was friendly and incredibly thorough. She allowed me to look on my own, but she also introduced me to their product lines in great detail. It was a fun experience, and I will definitely go back. read more

Best boutique. Should be in highland Park village with quality of merchandise and level of customer service, but luckily for us all, this hidden gem is in downtown McKinney. Best place to get quality gifts or to pamper/spoil yourself. If you are lucky enough to stop in when Sharla, the owner is working, you will be amazed with her knowledge of every single thing she hand selects to sell in her store and how sweet she is! Every time I shop there I'm amazing with the thoughtful, one of a kind, unique items I find! read more

No need for botox or fillers if you go to Sharla's...I am highly sensitive to most "potions" and make-up...Sharla's pure ingredients have made my skin healthy, glowing, and I don't know what I'd do without them. There is no way on earth that drug store items are the same quality (have you checked the ingredients in them). I've used Chanel, Bobbi Brown, Shiseido, on and on...nothing compares to her cosmetic lines. Customer service?? Oh my gosh! They treat everyone like family..Sharla and all of her employees are totally caring and knowledgable. They will accept returns if you have a reaction..of course they will. Read their return policy if you have questions.. Thank you, Sharla! read more

I can't say enough about Sharla's! It is the BEST store ever in the cutest part of McKinney! She is a wealth of knowledge and her staff is also fully educated on their items. I use her skincare line. I love the story behind it and due to I am allergic to EVERYTHING I am not allergic to her skincare and the Nouba staminal foundation is amazing! Their customer service is A+ and their products are just top notch! some of my favorites are her sensitive cleanser, toner, stop the clock, eye make up remover, eye cream, pure squalane, skin lipids, hyaluronic hydration!!! and I can go on and on and on read more

Rude and very unprofessional. Was arguing with a young man in front of her own boutique over cones taking a spot. Two other owners came out as well and just started verbally assaulting the young guy over a parking spot(mind you its the middle of the day on a wed. There were plenty of spaces). Looked like a group of thugs and were talking about grown adult women! Very poor way to represent yourself in that manner especially in front of your own boutique. read more
