I originally stopped in to pick up gifts, and one of my favorite touches was that they gift wrapped everything for me. It made me feel special as a customer, but it also saved me the extra stop of having to buy gift bags, paper, or tissue. Such a thoughtful service and honestly a brilliant touch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I could easily spend an hour in here just browsing, discovering little treasures, and enjoying all of the amazing scents throughout the store. They also have unique jewelry, keychains, and other beautiful gifts that make it easy to find something for almost anyone. I went in and found your books, and I also visited the clearance section and found the most wonderful chocolate for giftgiving. Everything was a great price. I don't remember if they offer military discount or not, but I will definitely ask next time. The location was convenient, parking was easy with the nearby garage, and even my children enjoyed walking through the store with me. This wasn't just a shopping trip. It felt like an experience. I have never been "welcomed" at Hearts Desire or asked "is there something you are looking for" or been told "thank you for shopping". I get a very inhospitable vibe from this store that comes off very catty. Anyway no more shopping here for me, not even in a time crunch.
