I emailed the Luchesse customer service requesting a specific boot / size be available for me upon my visit to the Frisco store as I was flying in a week later . I received a response 24 hours later advising me the boot would be put aside for me. When I finally arrived, everyone in the store was extremely helpful. Jenn helped me get the right size and explained how the boot was supposed to fit (first time purchase). Overall I had a great experience! I stopped in to see if they had a pair of boots I'd seen online and wanted to try on in person. The woman who helped me was friendly. I tried on a few pairs of boots and ended up purchasing the one I'd originally come in to try. They didn't have my size in store and are shipping them to me. I think my FedEx guy came by today, but I wasn't home. I do appreciate that a signature is required for delivery. Very excited to "get them Luccheses stompin' like the thunder" ;) if the DCC boots come back in stock, I'm absolutely snagging a pair of those. read more

These boots are hands down my favorite, but this store has dreadful customer service. My husband and I have bought two pairs of boots from Aaron, and neither time did we receive a call that they were ready once stretched. I called to inquire about whether the boots were ready, and the female manager was as rude as could be. She essentially scolded me " They've been ready , You better come get them" .... or what? You'll treat me worse than you already have? Is this really how you speak to customers? Lucchese fails to call me on any of my purchases. I ended up meeting the President of this company at an event a few weeks prior to this. He was nice as could be. I hope that trickles down to this store manager eventually. I'll try Fort Worth next time ... but that'll be the last straw. read more

if you have to order anything - just do it online!!!!! this store has the worst follow up customer service i've ever seen. the employees are all very nice but no one ever gets back to you - it's wild. i've been waiting on a pair of boots to come in for me to try since APRIL - it's the end of July. i thought it'd be nicer to give the sale to the store vs. online but the lack of effort the employees give if it's not an immediate in store purchase is really disappointing. if you need to do a repair or try and bring in some boots to try or to be fitted for - do not bother with this location. after explaining the situation to so many different ppl and so many of them apologizing, promising to get back to me and then.... also not getting back to me - i give up on this location sadly. it's a real shame because i love the brand so much and i don't wanna buy any other boots! it just leaves such a bad taste in your mouth about the brand. even if they didn't have an answer and just touched base to say 'hey i'm still waiting to hear back but just wanted to let you know we haven't forgotten about you' but instead to just never hear back at all - it's unacceptable. i also keep coming back into the store to follow up - i'm not just leaving messages that are getting lost. i'm actually driving to the location and talking to the employees. i even checked to see if they had the correct phone number for me (they do). i know the average person is not going to read this whole thing but i really hope the brand or location does. i just got into boots this year and lucchese was my first purchase (without even knowing about the brand) - after that i was obsessed. i have so many pairs i want & i only really want to buy this brand but this location is really ruining the whole experience for me. read more

If you didn't already know, Lucchese boots are the best in the entire world when it comes to quality and style. This is a proven fact. They have everything from ostrich to gator belly to elephant. The entire area is really nice and the store itself is beautiful. Directly across the street is the Cowboy's practice stadium and the brand new Omni hotel. We had a great experience. Blake and John took great care of my father and I. They're accommodating and really know their stuff. The selection is awesome for both men and women. They have boots for people who are just getting their first pair or for those getting their tenth or eleventh pair! There's some really nice apparel, jewelry, and belts as well. I was pretty leary about coming back to Lucchese after my previous interactions. My first interaction was Erin and I never even got my boot even though he said it was ordered. my second was with Taylor and it was the exact same thing, she seemed like she didn't want to be there. How can you sell boots when you don't bring them in at all? Sounds like a bad business strategy in my opinion. That being said what happened next wiped out the bad experiences I had before. The Assistant Manager Blane is absolutely incredible. Is explanation of fit and feel was exactly right. I'm a first time boot buyer because of him. if it wasn't for him I would have gone to the competition, now I plan on buying more from him. Blane if you read these I have a job for you if you want it. Lucchese are the only boots I will ever purchase. I went in looking for a certain pair of boots they were just over $1k I was just off work and not in my out in town nicer clothing. Long story short an uppity class family came in after I was looking around and they were treated with the upmost glory. Asking if they wanted wine or beer,We all know they will use Lucchese boots as a closet boot not for the real world usage as they are intended. They will treat you like dirt trying to sale to the richer looking type.just love how they judge when we all know who really carries the bigger checkbook. Rolled in hot the Star location at like 4:30pm or so, one Thursday afternoon. Sarah helped me find my fit and ordered the boot I wanted, next day shipping. Feel like they should've paid for for the shipping but whatever. I didn't ask for the comp, so shame on me. I mean if you're dropping a dime on boots, and you don't have the size onsite, pickup the shipping costs for your customer. Anyhow, over all good experience. I'll be back for sure. read more

So thrilled to have a brick and mortar Lucchese store in Collin County! Lucchese boots are the best cowboy boots and the only boots Hubby and I wear. My first pair of black cherry goat has lasted over 20 years and is better than new because it is so broken into that it has molded to my feet. The service at this store is fantastic. If your size and style is not available, it can be ordered and delivered to your home. They will even provide stretching and heel/sole replacement. Waiting patiently for my black Nicole to arrive. Really disappointed at this store. I arrived today at 2:30PM. None of the employees have been trained on how to issue a refund. The employee took down my credit card #; telephone #; email address and said that as soon as she issued a refund she would immediately email confirmation and if there were any issues she would call me. At 5:30PM I called back the store and the lady that answered said, YES I remember you, can I get you phone # and we will call you back immediately. Store closed at 7PM not a single call; email nor a refund. This is extremely disappointing. They have a great mgr John, he immediately called me and issued a refund and also invited me back into the store read more
