Really solid family owned New Balance store! The selection is really good, staff were super helpful and friendly. As a kid, my mom would always recommend new balance shoes, especially for wide feet. It still holds up today, and they're quality sneakers. I love my purchase, they look fresh and ready for the day every time I put them on. Art knows the good shoes, so shout out to him! read more

Looking for walking shoes for my 300,000 steps a month walking. This location was through and the service was great. Quick and easy. I bought the 880 series. Just what I needed. read more

Art! This man knows shoes. I had foot surgery a few years ago and I've been having issues with shoes. So, as I showed him my issues- he immediately knew what shoe I needed. I also tried on other kinds of the shoes which I ended up picking the shoes that he first recommended. After just walking around in the store, literally tearing up because my feet have never felt so much support. Not only did he measure my feet and not only did I not know that 1 foot and the other foot were a whole size difference. This was the best experience of my life with shoes. Now I will budget my shoes and buy more and more ! Do not buy online that will close them down. Please support this store. Family owned and they know there shoes !!!!!!!! thank you Art for being the best! read more

James and his support team know customer satisfaction. Very knowledgeable on shoe performance and listening to their customers needs and concerns. I used them for 15+ years and will continue to use them and buying new balance products especially shoes! . read more

Great service here! Nice family owned store, I bought some shoes on discount and was accidentally charged full price, less than 5 minutes after I left the store I received a call from the store and got my purchase reduced! Very good service! read more

Art has helped me on several occasions. He's always professional/personable and never pushy. He's been there a long time so has deep product expertise which he uses to listen well/ guide customers to the best options. I purchased the 1080v14 Fresh Foam on my last visit. After several months of intense high impact use, they still have very impressive cushioning and clearly many miles of support remaining. Art, thank you for the excellent recommendation and service! read more

An older man's customer service was horrible. He argued with the instruction that my podiatrist gave me for a shoe. He complained about his prostate cancer. He sold me shoes that hurt my feet. I use to shop at this store all the time.It was such a negative experience I have since started driving to the Northwest Highway store. read more

Although I have stepped away from New Balance as a brand (due to style preferences) I still can't recommend the local DFW stores enough (especially Frisco). Staff is well trained and when needing info they have it or can get it. Go in an ask for a foot evaluation. They will measure you, check your gate, ask any issues or pain you have, and then get you 2 or 3 of the best options. read more

My old balance was actually pretty good, but this works too. As far as I know this is the only New Balance store in Dallas. You should probably come and check it out if you're in town. If you like New Balance, this is the store for you, but they don't have a huge selection. Service is pretty good but it's also pretty expensive. Most New Balance stores are, having said that. read more

New Balance Frisco - I prefer Old Balance HOU - Shoe Stores Near Me - Frisco, Texas

Excellent customer friendly service. I wanted new shoes to replace my very old pair of New Balance. Staff helped me try on about 3 different pairs to be sure I left with the most comfortable ones for me. There was no rush, just informed help. Awesome! read more

As promised- I have uploaded a picture of the replacement Skechers. Worn almost daily - to the fitness center - on the treadmill and - also worn out and about running errands. No tear in the upper mesh like those over priced and very delicate NB shoes. I just purchased a different and second pair of Skechers and still haven't spent as much as I did for the NB shoes. Bottom line - NB sucks! read more

Great selection and the sales people were extremely helpful. Very clean store with helpful staff.

First time trying out NB. Walked in and Art helped us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I walked out with 3 new pairs of NB. Thank you so much Art! Will be back to see you! read more

Daughter and I went in to purchase 2 pairs of shoes in addition to inserts. We looked around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to be free to help. A white couple came into the store and just after they closed the door I saw a salesman head in their direction and ask them if they needed help. He had to pass us so I turned to catch his attention because I thought maybe he just got free and didn't see us. He walked by and headed to the check out desk. I guess it's a sign of the times. I've always worn new balance and not sure if I'll continue but at least won't return to this store. read more

The Frisco New Balance store/staff is outstanding. Locally owned and operated, their knowledge of product and customer appreciation is second to none! I've shopped here for years and will continue to do so. Well done.... read more

Excellent from the moment I walked in. Bryson found the right shoe size and brought out a collection to try on. He spent time asking about my fitness goals and provided some excellent recommendations. I didn't feel rushed at all! I walked out with a pair of NB 880's! I highly recommend the store if you're just getting back to running and want expert advice and someone who genuinely cares about customers. Thanks Bryson!!! read more

New Balance Frisco - Shoe Stores Near Me - Frisco, Texas

They don't except the military discount. Saved money ordering shoes online! Will not be coming back either.

Appreciate this store as I come from AZ to buy my shoes at this store. Great service and assistance with fittings. Thanks

Amazing customer service with extensive shoe and foot knowledge. Closest thing you will get to a podiatrist and always willing to take time to show you care. Run by a local family this company really loves their community and is always giving back. Highly recommend! read more

Wife recommended my wife to NB. When my feet were hurting, my wife recommended I check them out, too. And I am so glad she did! These are the most comfortable shoes you'll ever wear! Light, padded, and just crazy comfortable. This is now my go-to place for any future sneakers I may need. read more

The service from the store was excellent. I called ahead to see if they had a particular shoe in stock and they did. I told the sales associate, Dallas, I would come by that same day and was surprised he put the shoes aside for me without me even asking. It's been many years since I've had a sales associate at a shoe store assist me with putting on the shoes. It was a nice old-school touch. Dallas and the rest of the team who helped with the checkout process were great. I would definitely recommend this location and will come back again. read more

No one was helpful. I tried my shoes on at the store. They fit great. Got home and wore them twice and they killed my feet. I contacted the store, they said contact corporate, I contacted corporate only to be told that nothing could be done and everything had to done at a local level. Called the store back and was told that there was nothing they could do. So now I am stuck with an $80 pair of shoes that hurt my feet too much to use. Ugh! Gotta love customer service!!! read more

I'm retired and I try to walk for an hour every day. Recently I've been having issues with blisters on my little toe. The sales person at the New Balance store in Frisco suggested that I need a wide shoe. Once I tried on a wide, I could immediately tell that my little toes was no longer under pressure. I've been wearing the shoes for about three months now and have not had any blisters. I definitely recommend this store. read more

I've never been disappointed visiting this store to purchase New Balance shoes. Today was no different. The young man who helped me was excellent as was the gentleman who assisted him with some questions. Yeah, NB isn't cheap, but in my experience the service here and the quality of shoe and fit are worth it. read more

I wanted to invest in some good work out shoes and decided to try out New Balance. This shop is located in the same shopping complex as Fruitealicious and Target. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. I told the worker what I wanted out of a shoe and she suggested a few shoes as well as measured my size. After trying on the first pair I was in love with them and even ended up just going with the first one and walked out of the store with them on. Great customer service here, will definitely be back! read more

The store is a joke the store manager picks and chooses the people he works with. If you know more he won't help. You want new balance shoes and a staff that's knowledgable and friendly but also want the best for you? Go to RunOn! read more

This is a great store. Great service blows away Dicks across the street and all big box stores. Brianna was very helpful, took measurements and knew the right shoe for me. These days of CUSTOMER SERVICE I thought were long gone. I'll be wearing New Balance and purchasing from Brianna whenever I can. Price was right for a quality fitted shoe. I went back back August 2019 - Great service again! I won't by my shoes anywhere else! read more

I've been a customer of this store since it opened in 2002 and I must say that I am a huge fan. The level of attention and dedication to the customer is second to none. Of all the times I've purchased at this store, most of the time it is from the same sales person, John. Considering that even the employees stay at the same store for that many years should also be an indication of how great the environment is. Do yourself a favor- If you need running shoes or apparel, shop here you won't regret it. read more

Both the store and regional manager were rude when I challenged their attempt to ID me during a sale, which is a violation of the rules that merchants are to follow when they take Visa cards at their store. While they can ask for one, Visa does not allow merchants who take their cards to deny a transaction based on a customer's decision not to provide their ID(thereby relinquishing valuable personal information such as name, DOB, address, etc to a complete stranger). I felt extremely uncomfortable and the tone of the manager was downright accusatory in nature. Merchants in my opinion should not require personal info to complete a retail transaction nor attempt to play cop. The receipts at this store don't even have a formal return or exchange policy. It was apparently a "lenient" one but was not written down for customers to view which I find unprofessional. I felt like I was labeled and treated in a highly biased, hateful manner due to my age and my style of dress by the store manager. read more

Salesperson Angie measured my feet and helped me find the perfect pair. Not easy, since I have abnormal feet. She told me the shoes are made in the USA which matters to me. I am very pleased with the shoes and the service. This was my first time in this store but I hope to go back for myself or my husband. Thanks! read more

As always the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection of shoes. We love this NB location.

I had gotten three or four pairs of New Balance shoes at this location, so when I needed a new pair I figured the experience would be about the same. Not so. The clerk asked me what size shoe I wore, but never even offered to measure my foot. I told him I wanted to try on what I'd seen online, because it was lighter. Sorry, they only carry their best sellers. I could order a pair through them, but that seemed silly--I could have a pair sent to me, guessing at the size, and go with a round-robin of order-return-order-return. I left, disgusted, and may not go back. BTW, I was using a $20 off certificate to thank me for my patronage. My patronage is worth more than that, especially when service was so bad. read more

I had the best experience at this New Balance location. Because of flying and walking through airports most of my life. I needed a comfortable shoe to calm down the issues in my feet. They chose a sneaker for me and my foot problems have gone away. read more

This place is great! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will happily spend as much time as you need to get the shoe that works best for you. The store manager has been there for about 10 years. She has helped me with multiple shoes over the years, and is very passionate about what she does. It's rare to see a staff of retail employees that are so loyal to their product. Five stars all around! read more

I went to other stores before this one, because I didn't know about NB. Well, I'm so glad I decided to give this store a shot. The staff was very friendly and the guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable about the different styles of shoe, as well as overall footcare. I was hesitant to visit as I've never been here before, nor do I know much about different kinds of tennis/running shoes but it was a completely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this store. read more

I'm on my 6th pair of New Balance shoes from the Frisco Store. My walking with pain problems stopped when I began using New Balance. Buying discount shoes at Kohl's is not worth the money when it comes to being comfortable - my 990's continue to serve me well...even after 4 1/2 hours of walking at the State Fair. Ask for Bree - she has been consistently helpful and has provided excellent customer service. read more
