Wow! What a fantastic store ! Incredible customer service Bought a new pair of NewBalance running shoes to replace last pair I bought from them. Great product that they had the exact new balance shoes as I purchased last time and great knowledge staff. My one stop running store. Don't take my word for it go check it out yourself. Erica was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I'm excited about my new shoes! :)

Excellent service! I'd spotted this Fleet Feet earlier in the week and knew they may be my new go-to running store. I ran my first local 5k race this morning and managed to come in 4th overall female and 1st in my age group. I immediately thought, "NEW SHOES would have made podium!" I was 9 seconds from it. My trainers were so worn out. I feel like I just purchased them but I've been using them for my runs and walks and knew it was time for a new pair. I walked over to Fleet Feet this afternoon to inquire about new insoles and shoes. Fleet Feet Plano provided the BEST service!!! We did a few measurements and reviewed my analysis then went over several options. The shoe I've ran in for years, a different model and a shoe with a larger toe box I'd wanted to try. Once selecting a new model we moved onto several insole options. I'm a Brooks girly through and through and stuck with this brand but a different model this go around. New city, new shoes, new model, new insoles! She's ready! Maybe in the coming months I can squeak out an overall 1st 2nd or 3rd haha ;) If you're in need of a great new shoe, you absolutely should come into this store. Highly recommend. I learned they have weekly Tuesday social 5k runs at 630p and second Tuesday of the month ShackShack 5k runs. Totally have to hit that ShakeShack run that ends in a Fred shake or beer! Great store! GREAT SERVICE. read more

I've been a longstanding fan of fleet feet and the personalized shoe recommendations through their unique fit test. I've been to a few of their locations around the country, and they are fairly similar. This one is on the smaller side but still has a wide selection of products, although not as many duplicates on display. They do have frequent social runs as a bonus and even hosted a neat quarterly event with raffles from different health/fitness/restaurant vendors and a run with Hoka shoe demos. I always get my insoles from Fleet Feet due to their comfort, personalization, and durability and purchased one when they had a promotion. Unfortunately the staff member did not put the correct discount in and overcharged me, but after realizing and going back, they were able to fix it, although their tone in doing so suggested an attitude. The staff were very friendly when I was making the purchase, so I'm hoping it was a one time interaction. Overall great outreach with the running community and opportunities to try new products. Consistently good products, but hit or miss service. read more

Came in not expecting much. I've always been more casual with my gear than most but my sister really wanted me to check it out. I can't express enough how *great* Boone was with explaining everything, giving me good info and the genuine want to help find the best option for what I was looking for. 10/10 thanks! read more

Hard to rate when nobody acknowledges your presence. Three associates in the store, actively helping a single customer each - not one said a single word to us the entire time we were in the store. I understand that multitasking is not a skill everyone has, but saying something as simple as "Hello, we'll be with you shortly" is customer service 101. After 15 minutes of silence we left. read more

Kelly is Amazing!!! Super helpful and informed me of my correct shoe size. Super attentive and gave me plenty of shoes options and knowledge on proper shoe wear. Ive always worn size 8 shoes and turned out I am a 9 to 9.5. My feet are so thankful now! I can go on walks and jogging without foot swelling and pain. Shoe inserts and proper socks make a big difference!!! Worth the investment and experience!!! Kelly thank you so much!!! I love my new Hokas and onclouds!!! Will be back soon!! Also... if you have had bunion surgery please go size your feet!! It will make a big difference in recovery and proper feet care. Thank you kelly and to the staff at Fleet feet plano! Excellent customer service! read more

Great service! I am training for a long race & was experiencing significant foot pain (even after doing my own personal "research" & purchasing another pair of shoes at a local "big box" store.) Molly listened to my concerns & goals and was extremely helpful with fitting me with a better shoe & insert (after a pretty remarkable diagnostic "foot print" scan). I am now not dreading my long training runs! And, if things don't work out, Molly said I can return any item...even months later... That is incredible customer service! read more

I went in to get a new pair of Hoka running shoes. I am a weird size and wanted something colorful which was sold out on line at Hoka. THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK. I was so happy! Everything was just awesome read more

It was so hot in here and for whatever reason the employee helping us continued to bring out the wrong sneakers. Better half went in knowing which shoes he wanted and quickly purchased them, but I left after trying on one or two pairs because it was crowded and way too hot. Turn on the AC. Also, what is the scanner for? I was told to stand on it then told I had high arches and I am size 7, which I already knew. There seemed to be more info on the guys iPad, but I didn't get to see it. read more

I went here for the first time needing a fitting. Although I did not have an appointment, Jake was very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout the whole process. He also did not pressure me into making any purchases. Instead, he told me his wife is a nurse like me and brought two pairs of shoes and inserts that suits my professional and personal needs. I'm very pleased purchasing what he recommended. I am now a loyal customer. read more

My husband, daughter and myself went in today to get new sneakers for an upcoming Disney vacation. This place is amazing! Every person that works there is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but NO high pressure sales. The technology they use to measure you is fascinating. They even give you sock recommendations and let you try them on with no obligation to buy. We all ended up with shoes, socks and insoles and could not be happier. Definitely a worthwhile investment. 10 out 10 recommend! read more

Purchased New Balance and decided I needed a bit more stability. Returned the NB 1080 for NB 880. The process was perfect. Great Service!

Really love the staff at Fleet Feet. They go above and beyond to help you find the right product for you. The shoe fitting system is unlike any I've seen, and I appreciate the store isn't overcrowded with "stuff." If they don't have what you want/need, they have the ability to look in the Fleet Feet national system to help you track it down (and have it delivered), or refer you to the right place. Much better experience than I've had at other area running stores. read more

This place is amazing. The customer service is miles ahead of the competitors. Having abnormal feet and finding the best shoes for walking/running has been difficult. The friendly atmosphere, feeling of community, and knowledge of the staff makes this a go-to for my family's running/walking shoes. The technology used in store helped to reveal things about my feet/ankles that helped find the product I needed. The metrics provided helped me have a better understanding on the direction to go with other footwear going forward. Basically, if you want great service, with great products, and clear guidance on your solutions, then look no further than Fleet Feet Plano. All I need now is someone of their skill and service level for hiking boots and casual shoes! read more

Great experience at Plano location! Guy that helped me find my shoes was very knowledgeable and very patient, I'm very indecisive especially when spending so much on a pair of shoes. Didn't have the same experience at the Frisco store when I went to get the correct size/color... if I had gone their first I may have walked out empty handed or with a completely different shoe. read more

I went there with my partner so he could get fitted and I just loved the experience. While we waited we were offered water or beer and the customer service was on point. Although I didn't purchase anything I did get a free pair of socks which is a nice detail. I didn't want to miss on the opportunity to get fitted and it sure is a game changer. I had never had my feet scanned and when I saw the results a lot of things made sense. Like I could see the pressure points, the size of my feet (length and width) as well as the height of both my arches. I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to purchase new running shoes. Thanks Ashley for helping us out! read more

I heard about Fleet Feet when traveling in Seattle, so I was very excited to hear they opened one in DFW! I visited Fleet Feet Plano earlier this month to get fitted for new running shoes as my old shoes were discontinued. I had to wait a few minutes to be helped as both the employees were helping other customers, but I was in and out with my new shoes within 30 minutes. I was super excited to use their impressive foot scanner and felt like I learned a lot from the process. It's worth a visit just to get that scanner experience! The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about what shoes I should try based on my foot scan and the previous running shoes I used. He provided three different shoe options that I walked around in and ran in using their curved treadmill. I chose my favorite pair of shoes and took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free deal on performance socks to pick up some Balega socks! I felt extra comfortable trying a new pair of shoes due to their 60-day return policy. Overall, my visit to Fleet Feet was great and I will definitely be back! They have a rewards program where you receive $15 for every $150 you spend, so that's extra incentive to return. Even though the store is small, I felt safe spending time there in the COVID-19 era as there was room to distance and everyone was masked. read more

TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE - start to finish. Went here on Christmas Eve for some last minute gifts! I was so amazed at the array of shoes and clothing options! Plus, accessories for runners! The young lady that helped me was more than patient and amazing. I wound up purchasing a pair of runners, shorts, shirts and socks for my son! He loves them and I plan to return soon! Thank you so much! read more

I have experienced with being sized and wearing orthotics. The person that helped me was great and very knowledgeable. The selections and brand options were about what is expected for most stores these days. I had a great experience at Fleet Feet Plano. I was greeted right away by Connor. I told him what I was looking for and what my issues are. My right foot is pretty messed up (bunion, tendinitis, etc) so it was a challenge. Connor was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He even showed me a better way to tie them that would work better for my foot. I highly recommend shopping there, especially if Connor helps you. read more

The staff at fleet feet were knowledgeable and kind. They even sent us a copy of the scans they had taken so that we could have a copy. We were shopping for new running shoes and were shown styles that complimented our gait and running frequency. Check them out! read more

This place is th the best ! I found the staff to be knowledgeable and solution solving.

If you have at least an hour to commit to buying shoes, this is a place for you. The workers are overall friendly enough (although the male worker was tethered to one customer for 40 minutes and didn't even attempt to help others while the female was singlehandedly balancing three customers). They're going to need to figure out how to be more convenient if they want to compete with online shopping (which I needed up having to do because I ran out of time and had to get back to the office). read more

Great service, very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back again and again. They didn't try to sell extra stuff, just gave me what I needed and made sure that the shoes fit well. read more

Took enough time to determine what was best for me. Didn't have in stock, but I ordered on line and the shoes are perfect!

Received a pair of OOFOS flips as a gift in June. one of the straps tore. I attempted to call the Plano store a dozen times only to get to VM. No callback so I went there. I was initially told I was beyond the 60 days return policy. OOFOS has a 6 month warranty which the store clerk refused to honor. Suggested I take them back to the Frisco store where they were purchased. Way out of my way. Poor customer service in my opinion read more

Love this store and the people! They were able to scan my feet which confirmed how much my feet have changed causing "alignment" issues. My once arched left foot has become flat!! With the purchase of orthotics and a few weeks for my body to adjust, my running has been stronger and more balanced!!! Fleet Feet also carries Rocktape, Maurtens products and cold beer in their fridge!! This place may seem small, but it is packed with quality unique services and products to the brim!! Thank you, Fleet Feet!!! read more
