I was disappointed to learn that this Plano store did not carry Houston Astros gear, but the person that helped me went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for, and ordered it from the Houston store to be shipped to Plano. I had a 5-6 day time frame, which seems reasonable from Houston to Plano, and he assured me that if it didn't arrive, a refund could be made. Houston fulfilled and shipped quickly to get it here in max three days easily, I think, but USPS decided to detour the package to Anchorage, AK, where it sat for 3 days or so. Anyway, ordered arrived after my need date, so I took the unopened mail package back to the Plano location where I purchased it, and a full refund was made easily, quickly and without any trouble. While visiting Texas, I stopped at Rally House in Plano (near Dallas). The store is very clean, tons of merchandise and a very sweet and knowledgeable young man that waited on us. The only problem, and it wasn't the young man's fault, was I came in looking for Dallas Wings merchandise (the WNBA team of Dallas). They had not 1 thing! Not a sticker, magnet or ANYTHING! They did have every other professional sport and every college in the Dallas area and tons of merchandise in each. But, NO WNBA! At all! That is a shame. read more

The selection of items was good and I purchased two items. That was all good. However, I was not pleased that an employee began vacuuming the wooden floors of the store - moving closely where I shopping - as it stirred up a tremendous amount of dust from the floor. I started coughing, sneezing and had difficulty catching a breath. When he unplugged the vacuum to move to a different area, I asked if he could hold off a bit. Nope. It was the equivalent of being at a restaurant and having a waiter or busser start vacuuming around the eating area. Not a pleasant customer experience at the Plano store in spite of the right clothing and hat options. The management of the store should consider asking employees to do routing vacuuming after hours instead of when people are shopping in prime time hours. read more

This place is packed with team and university merch. And I mean packed! There is barely enough room to walk straight!! But if you're looking for Dallas sports or Texas university you'll find it here. Cowboys, Rangers, Mavs, Stars, they got it. UT, Texas A&M, Tech, Baylor, TCU, even smaller local schools like SMU and North Texas, and I'm sure even more. They have more than just shirts too. They have things like pennants, towels, hats, magnets, golf gear, and stuff for baby's too! It's got everything. Staff is also extremely kind and helpful. My partner and I have frequented this location twice and both times that we came here there were no employees to be seen to see if we needed help looking for something. The second time we visited a redheaded lady was on the phone talking about other employees expecting to be fired. This wasn't just a short phone call. She was on the phone when we walked in and on it for a majority of the 25 minutes we were in there for. Not only was it extremely disrespectful to be on the phone in front of customers, it was completely unprofessional to be speaking about other employees out of the store floor. My partner was waiting for her to get off the phone to be helped, which when she was asked to assist in getting an item she seemed like it was an inconvenience to do her job. When asked about the fitting rooms, she said "yea they should be open" to which another employee overheard and said "I'll unlock it for you". This is not how you run a store. Extremely unprofessional. More than likely won't come back to this store location or even recommend it to any family or friends. read more

This is such a cute store. They have clothing for UT, OU, Tech, Baylor, Arkansas, TCU, Mavs, Stars, Rangers and the Cowboys. They have everything from men, women, children and babies. They even have kitchen decor and outdoor grill decor. Their clothing is decently priced compared to other stores. They have a huge selection of tank tops and jackets that I havent ever seen at other stores. If you need to try anything on they have dressing rooms on multiple occasions I have had to return or exchange items that I got for a gift. There is never a problem returning or exchanging anything here. if you're getting something for a gift they even have really cute gift bags with teams logos on them! I would definitely recommend stopping in here for clothing from your favorite team. read more

I love the merchandise that Rally House carries. I went to pick up an order that I had shipped to this store. I thought I had taken a pic of the email. Apparently I had not. They have absolutely no way to reference your order by your name. The woman told me they had too many orders to check. They also had 3-4 people behind the counter so there were plenty of people who could have helped. I went to my car and was able to contact someone at my house that was able to help me out. I went back in and again no customers at the counter and the 3 people behind the counter were looking at a phone. My package was literally the first package on top of the pick up area. I was just irritated by the lack of customer service by the woman who appeared to be running the show, she offered NO HELP. read more

This place has all my favorite sports teams! I'm a HUGE ice hockey fan so you know I buying everything Dallas Stars related. GO STARS! I bought a few Dallas Stars merchandise from the store and was pleased with the selection and price. I believe the employees could have been a little more friendly and inviting. I got a cold shoulder feeling while shopping in the store. A few employees passed me with no smile and/or greet. All of us experience bad days. It happens. This place is the absolute worst. I payed extra for 3 day shipping only to have them send me some other ladies order. Then when I contacted them after already giving them the order number and items they asked me to send a picture of the items. After inconveniencing me to do so they said it would take 5 business days to look into it. No apology, and no one trying to fix the problem. It's been a week since I received the wrong item and still no one is doing anything to fix it. I'm not a person to go out of my way to give bad reviews but rally house definitely deserves this one. Now two people have missing items that we have payed for and no one is doing anything about it. So now I have no shirt for the ranger game that I'm going to in a few days with my son. Where to start... Found this store today while shopping at Rei (which is next door) and it almost became my new favorite place. Unfortunately, the staff made sure I will NEVER return. Upon entering we immediately overheard several staffers talking shit about customers, which made us feel uncomfortable and on edge. While browsing we noticed one of the staff members walking the floor had a pretty nasty cough, she was wearing a mask but didn't try to avoid customers or personal space. In the dressing room I could overhear the staff again complaining, this time about customers using gift cards. With all the negativity I decided not to purchase anything. My wife on the other hand, had found a shirt she really wanted so I told her I would wait outside while she paid. When she began to approach the counter she noticed all of the staff gathered behind the counter (still gossiping), one or two without a mask and one still coughing. Not wanting to risk a possible covid exposure, she dropped the shirt on a pile of clothes and exited the store. After getting in our car I see several of the women come outside, one began writing down my plate while another started calling the police. I immediately drove up to the doors so I could understand what was happening but they hastily ran back in the store. My wife went back in the store and asked "what's the problem" but they declined to comment. In addition to being absolutely humiliated and embarrassed, I'm hoping that none of my friends or peers saw this take place as this would be a serious blow to my character (defamation of character). From the moment i walked in i knew they would have what i was looking for! I could tell the store values neatness cleanliness and have a good amount of variety and inventory! My 9 year old son needed a college team sweatshirt for a friend's birthday party and I needed one quick! After driving all over Frisco, I was told to go this location and mission accomplished! But while reading the BaylorFans.com message boards during the past week or so, celebrating our Men's Basketball team making it to the Elite 8 and the Women's Basketball team making it to the Final Four... I saw someone mention Rally House. Today at lunch I went to Rally House and saw the largest selection of Green and Gold outside of Waco. I could have easily spent a paycheck in there buying everything from car flags to flip flops to t-shirts. I walked out with flip flops and two shirts, and a promise that they would call me when the Women's Final Four shirts arrived. So if you are a Baylor Alum, and you need some help flinging your Green and Gold afar, come visit Rally House... they will help you as long as the stars may shine. read more

What a horrible horrible place. I was next door at REI and decided to check this place out. My husband and I tried on several shirts and none of them fit. I had one in my hand that I was thinking about getting. One of the employees kept coughing and 2 were not wearing masks so I decided against buying the shirt and left. As I got to the car I noticed the 3 women followed me out and were writing down my license plate while one was on the phone. This made me super mad so we drove up to the front and asked them if there was a problem. They ignored me and went inside so I went in and asked again. They said there wasn't a problem and that they were just going outside. I am appalled that they were acting as if I stole a $20 shirt. This is unacceptable behavior. I would have bought the shirt had the employees been following proper covid safety but I didn't feel safe going to the register and being close to someone who had such a nasty cough. read more
