Great service. Got exactly what I needed. Great selection and great prices! Highly recommend.

Stopped in to gear up before the Texas - OU game. They had an excellent selection and pleasant staff, as always.

Rally house is the "go to" for your fave (local) teams. Prices are off-puttingly high and comparable to Co-Op at your university. That's business. If you want less expensive and are not a slave to fashion, definitely go to Walmart or Target. Service is friendly - albeit short handed at the store I was in. read more

well let's see. at least 3 employees working and I was the only one there. Had to walk back up front to get some help getting a jersey. when checking out I was asking for email and I was hesitant but the manager promised I would not receive marketing spam , it was for returns only. I had my first email before I got to my car. I've unsubscribed at least 3 times and here is another email from Rally house. here is the kicker. when I went to ware it, the damn security piece was still on it. my wife had to fight Friday afternoon Dallas traffic to go back to the store to get the device taken off. so my experience sucked. and don't let them have your email for any reason. they are unscrupulous liars. read more

as soon as I walked In the door I was greeted by a staff member. They directed me to what I was looking for and I was in and out with everything I wanted within 5 mins! read more

Went in looking for a Dallas stars jersey for a present today but knew nothing of the Dallas stars luckily for us the two male workers who were on the clock guided us through everything. Explaining what players were the best pick and best material and overall which would be the best present.Although they didn't have the jersey at this location they called other ones and were able to get one on hold for us.In the end we got the jersey and were very satisfied with the customer service at this location!! read more

I have waited days and been on hold for hours, never called back!! The worst company I've ever dealt with. The returns are impossible. Couldn't print a label . So tried to have it emailed. Oh no!!!!! You only get one chance and then you cannot submit again. And .....after all this, I have to pay $7.99which will be deducted from purchase price!!!! I waited 2 days for another response another time . I'm on call back. Do not ever use this to order anything on line!!!!!! Unfortunately they do not care about "customer service" all of the other large companies do!!!!!! What matters is money. Do not ever use this company for anything. Tons of other companies to order from!!!!!! read more

Not sure "Customer Service" exists? This is a follow-up to my review "Rally House does not stand what they sell". I received.a response from Mabel L (owner) requesting I contact Customer Service" at 1-800-381-9177. FIRST attempt- recording requested a return phone number and they would return call - after 48 hour nothing (including no voice mail). SECOND attempt tried phone option to speak to a representative, after on hold for 15 minutes was returned to main menu to start the process over? THIRD attempt, again was requested to proved a number for a call back, 6 hours later still waiting, nothing again? To be honest, I'm not convinced the company even has a Customer Service, and if so it's poor at best. read more

Stopped in to get a couple of Stars shirts for my son. Store associate was very helpful and took down a few different styles for me ... then he rang up my purchase. Super friendly and very efficient. I'm sorry I don't know his name so I could give him the compliments he deserves! read more

Was looking for a mavs jersey (this year we are going all the way babbyy!) and bumped into Macdonald. Talked about that Luka kid with him. Real Mavs fan knows his sports and knows about customer service! Go MAVS! #MFFL read more

...I can't say enough great things about this store and their team. I went in looking for Tech stuff for my niece's graduation and found it and more. Not to name drop, but Rachael (Lead), Macdonald and Vanessa (SM) were awesome, friendly and easy to work with. I wish more store were like this one. #CHEERs read more

I was looking for a somewhat obscure item - temporary tattoos, the kind kids like to put on their faces at games and fairs and whatnot. I tried several sporting goods and "big box" stores, and most of them didn't even know what I was talking about. I stopped into Rally House almost by mistake - I didn't know this place was here. The store has a TON of fan merch and the lady who works there was super friendly and very helpful. (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!) We looked all over for the tattoos, and after searching for a while she thought they "might have something up front." And sure enough, they did, and it was exactly what I was looking for! This place has everything any fan could want and then some, and they're not wildly overpriced like some places. I'll definitely think of Rally House first the next time I'm looking for any sports-related item. read more

I will no longer shop at this Rally house because I was there last week and one of your employees named Carson smelled like weed and he also looked like he was high when he was trying to assist me. I even saw him put away his vape!!! I was there with my son and that type of environment is not safe for my son or myself!! read more

Friendly and awesome staff! Huge selection of items to choose from to celebrate my daughter's college decision. Go check them out.

Had to do an exchange on a Christmas gift. Amanda and staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Love the new location at Beltline and Montfort. Nice large parking lot and easy to find. Will definitely return. read more

Great service. Justin was professional and patient describing the items available at the store and online to me and my 14 year old son.
