As a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan, I wasn't sure what to expect walking into AT&T Stadium. After all, this building celebrates the team that broke my heart in two Super Bowls! That said, football history is football history, and this tour was outstanding from beginning to end. Walking through Tom Landry's legacy, seeing the Super Bowl trophies, championship banners, locker rooms, cheerleaders' facilities, newspaper front pages, and even the behind-the-scenes service areas gave me a whole new appreciation for everything that goes into operating one of the world's premier sports venues. One thing that really caught my attention was learning how AT&T Stadium transforms for major events. With FIFA World Cup matches coming in 2026, seeing the preparations and hearing how the stadium adapts for international soccer was fascinating. The College Football Hall of Fame exhibit was another unexpected highlight. Reading the stories behind legendary teams and players reminded me that football is just as much about preparation and character as it is talent. One personal highlight was seeing Roy Williams honored in the Cowboys locker room. Like many Oklahomans, I remember his famous "Superman" play at OU against Texas. I also had the pleasure of meeting Roy during my years with Orion Security Solutions, where he's part of the management team. He was generous enough to give every employee a copy of his autobiography, and he left a lasting impression as a humble, first-class person. Seeing him recognized as an NFL All-Pro was a special moment. The tour guides were knowledgeable, answered every question, and shared stories that brought the stadium to life. Even though I'll always be a proud member of Bills Mafia, I left with a tremendous amount of respect for the history, innovation, and professionalism behind the Dallas Cowboys organization. I've been around AT&T Stadium plenty of times, but this was my first time actually experiencing an event inside and it definitely lived up to the hype. I attended the World Cup semifinal between France and Spain, and everything was impressively well organized from start to finish. Entry, seating, and crowd management were all handled smoothly, even with such a large crowd of 72k+ The stadium itself is incredible. Watched the World Cup match between Croatia and England from Section 420. Unfortunately Croatia came up short and lost 4-2, but the atmosphere inside the stadium was incredible. Fans from both countries were loud, passionate, and fully into the match from start to finish. Even as a neutral, it would have been hard not to get caught up in the energy. The stadium itself is massive and impressive the moment you walk in. Even from the upper level, the views were excellent, and the giant video board made it easy to follow every play. Section 420 gave a great perspective of the entire field and the crowd around the stadium. Getting in and out was well organized, concessions were easy to find, and the staff kept everything running smoothly despite the huge crowd. Came here to watch the Portugal vs. Spain match, and what an experience! Pros: AT&T Stadium is absolutely stunning inside and out. Every corner is picture worthy, so if you love taking photos, you'll have plenty of opportunities. The energy hits you the moment you walk through the doors, making game day even more exciting. We had hospitality seats, which came with snacks, drinks, and our own private restroom. The staff and volunteers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the event. The atmosphere was electric, and I absolutely loved the vibe. Cons: Getting to and from the stadium was the hardest part. The walk from the rideshare drop-off in 100° Texas heat was brutal. People were walking in circles because they couldn't find their gates. By the time we finally got inside, we were completely soaked in sweat, exhausted, and honestly too tired to appreciate how beautiful the stadium was fully. Finding our way back afterward was even more frustrating. We got completely lost trying to find the rideshare pickup area. We requested both Uber and Lyft multiple times, but our drivers couldn't reach us because of the event traffic restrictions, so they kept canceling or never arrived. A random Uber driver eventually pulled over and asked if we needed a ride. I do not recommend anyone get into a random car, but after verifying who he was, and staying on the phone with friends the entire ride, we decided to take the chance. Thankfully, he was legitimate, and we made it back to our hotel safely. No one should have to be put in that kind of situation after leaving a major event. Also, be prepared for the bag policy. They are extremely strict, even if your bag is only a couple of inches over the size limit. I had to walk all the way to the locker tent at the edge of the parking lot and pay $25 just to store a bag that only had two lip products and a pack of mints. That part definitely felt excessive. Overall, the stadium itself is gorgeous, the game day atmosphere is incredible, and I had an amazing time once we were inside. I just hope they improve transportation, wayfinding, and logistics for future large events because that's the one thing that really took away from an otherwise fantastic experience. read more

This was my first ever live football(soccer) match in my life. We came all the way from southern China. I liked it, there was AC inside to combact insense heat. We arrived there 10:45AM, June, 22, 2026, for the World Cup Group J match between Argentina vs Austria. What a great fans and place. We spent $10.86 for a cup of coke, $27.74 for a Crunchy California Rolls sushi and a bottle of water. We left the stadium around 2:30PM, we headed to Walmart for buying new luggage. We also went there on June 25 and June 27, a few minutes before matches Japan vs Sweden, and Argentina vs Jordan. We were looking for "last minute reasonable priced Tickets." Nothing was showed up on June 25. And on June 27, we only saw a few fans asking for tickets by holding small cardboards. Nobody were selling any tickets on site. What a good beginning and ending for the first ever journey to Texas! read more

I was here for the semi final World Cup match between France and Spain. I was a little worried about attending such a massive event. The stadium opened 3 hours prior to the start. We took an uber from the airport to the stadium. They had a special uber drop off. It was about a mile to walk to the entrance. The lines moved really quick. The process was amazingly fast. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The stadium was really crisp and cool. It was hot and humid outside so this was really nice. My only complaint was the food choices. It was hotdogs, hamburgers, barbecue , popcorn etc. I've been to a lot of stadiums and this was probably the worst selection of foods I've seen. Nobody at the stadium knew what gluten free was. They had a no outside food policy. They should make exceptions for people with food allergies. read more

AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, is a "must-see" venue in Texas. It is a premier, state of the art, multi-purpose arena. I was literally awestruck by the sheer size and modern design. Once I was inside, I couldn't help but notice the massive, 160-foot HD video board and retractable roof. Very impressive! I've been to quite a few stadiums in the U.S and AT&T truly offers an unparalleled, luxurious experience. It was simply stunning! The energy in the building was electric! And the crowd atmosphere was more relaxed than rowdy- compared to other stadiums. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean. But the food was high-priced. And the quality was 6/10. Not my first time at ATT, but, first time there while the Dallas Cowboys WON! Stressful game against Divisional Rival (NYG), that went to OT with both teams scoring 40+. But a win is a win. The stadium itself is the best NFL STADIUM on planet earth (fight me SoFi lovers). And yes, we've been to a Rams game at SoFi. But because of the Jumbotron at ATT, our nosebleed seats were actually better than our ROW 1 seats at SoFi. We used Uber from hotel to ATT. The uber lot is like 2 blocks from the stadium, and our driver (pre hired to and from), wasn't familiar with it so that was a slight hassle. But, surely not as much as a hassle as paying for parking (only slightly cheaper than Uber Black), and then dealing with the traffic post game - yikes! The stadium has everything... food, drinks, merch, seats, fans, ... Dallas spares no expense. And it's indoor + climate controlled, so every Sunday is a good weather game at ATT. On game day, be sure to check out the Miller Lite field. Lots of fun things going on there and freebies! 1 Star I attended my first World Cup match at AT&T Stadium, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Do not order food for delivery to your seat. I was charged a significant amount for food that was never delivered. After the event, I sent multiple emails and received no response. The only way I was able to recover my money was by disputing the charge through my credit card company. Before leaving the stadium, I went to Customer Service to try to resolve the issue. I have a broken foot, so making the trip across the stadium was painful and inconvenient, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to help. Instead, I was told it was a "known issue." The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the problem, offered no meaningful assistance, and no one even apologized. It's hard to understand how a venue hosting one of the world's premier sporting events can provide such poor customer service. My first World Cup experience should have been memorable for the match itself, not for spending weeks trying to recover money for food I never received. Very disappointing. read more

I'm an Eagles, really, I'm an ANYBODY vs the COWBOYs fan :-) so heading into AT&T Stadium on November 21st, 2025 with four die-hard Cowboys-fan friends felt like stepping straight into enemy territory. But from start to finish, it turned into one of the best game-day experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the energy was insane. The entire stadium was buzzing--Cowboys fans decked out in navy and silver everywhere, giving me plenty of friendly grief for wearing green. But honestly, the banter made it even better. Everyone was hyped, loud, and completely locked in for one of the biggest rivalries in football. AT&T Stadium itself is just unreal. Walking in feels more like entering a luxury hotel than a sports venue. We grabbed food that was actually good, found our seats with a perfect view of the field and the monstrous video board, and settled in for kickoff. The game didn't disappoint. Every big play--no matter which team made it--shook the entire building. My friends were yelling their heads off for the Cowboys, I was screaming for the Birds, and the whole back-and-forth made it feel like an emotional rollercoaster in the best possible way. Even when I stood up celebrating an Eagles touchdown surrounded by 80,000 Cowboys fans, the vibe stayed fun and surprisingly friendly. read more

I was able to book a tour online in advance for 2:30 on a Friday. Tours take about 90 minutes. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about AT & T Stadium. During our tour we visited the Cowboys locker room, outside of the Cheerleader Locker Room, a suite, one of the large gathering areas, and concluded on the field. You are able to take as many pictures as you want. Cowboys fan or not, a stadium that is 3 million square feet in size is an impressive structure. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Great big beautiful stadium. Great views, awesome place to watch a football game. Con's are: The lack of restrooms is unreal. Men's lines are long but the women's lines are unacceptable. There's a good selection of food and drinks but again you'll lose 30 minutes of the game while standing in line. So if you're a beer drinker you might as well get in line for a beer and then go to the restroom line and repeat. Like everywhere now a days that computer screen tip 15-30% is uncalled for. You stand in line 15-39 minutes and you expect a tip. No nope no way. read more

The second time, we had higher level seats and it was a maze of going up and down to try to find the way there. Sports stadium tours are becoming increasingly popular; especially with many team owners investing in producing world class fan experiences. AT&T stadium tour is one of those sports fan experiences that is in a league of its own (no pun intended). I visited the stadium not long after it opened its doors as Cowboys Stadium. This tour was a fun experience. I'm glad to see some of the highlights of the tour remain. I got to visit the locker room and view the the lockers of some the Cowboys star players, press rooms, fan lounges, and even got down on the field to get a ground level perspective of the playing field, spectator stands, and the iconic center-hung display board. When the stadium first opened, it was the largest domed stadium in the world and hoisted the largest HDTV screen in the world. It has since been surpassed in size, but the fact that not many venues have constructed as big or bigger screens since its installation is a testament to just how enormous the screen is. The stadium itself is massive and you from the outside you recognize its enormity from a distance. Indoors, looking up at the spectator stands from the field you also take in just how great the indoor space is. The architecture and engineering of the stadium has traditional specs, however, still ahead of its time. With a high capacity for seating, the intent is to host as many spectators as possible, which has been accomplished over and over again with some of the country's most popular spectator events. We took a guided tour on a saturday before a home game (sunday). My dad was in awe of the entire stadium and really enjoyed being able to see past legends in pivotal historical moments plastered up on the halls. The new lounge was well maintained and had so many bars as well as its own cafeteria. You could tell it was newer than the old one by how much more brightly lit it was. The old lounge on the opposite side of the stadium was dimmer. We obviously didn't get to go inside the players' locker rooms for protocol reasons but we DID get to check out the DCC locker room which was pretty neat. We also got to check out the view from one of the suites which was cool. The suites had their own bathrooms. The amenities at this stadium are top notch. MASSIVE public bathrooms on all levels. Most stadium bathrooms make you feel squished and they stink. Oh yea, you can also enter and exit on both sides of the bathroom which is a good idea. A lot of stadiums have a bottleneck in their bathrooms because ppl can't even get in or out. The jumbotron screen above the field has gotta be the largest one I've ever seen. I kinda wanted to ask the tour guide what the resolution of the screen was but I don't think she'd know. Got to take some pics with 2 of the DCC who happened to be at the stadium that day (thanks Darah and Brooklyn!). We also "posed w/ the pros" on the touchscreens near the stadium entrance. On gameday, we were sat pretty high up. The stadium is quite well ventilated. At no point did we ever feel hot. Wifi is also excellent at this stadium. Full bars. Every seat also had rally towels placed on top of them so fans could wave em during the game. We did not order any food because we had a pregame meal at Wingstop and also planned to grab grub along North Collins St after the game. I got myself a cowboyrita (frozen margarita). Boy, this thing was strong ... like REALLY STRONG. I was wondering why it was like $20+ but it made sense after I had the first couple sips. I was so buzzed by the time the game started. 1st quarter my eyes were droopy but I sobered up by the 2nd quarter LOL. Super tasty with a ton of tequila in it. Leaving the stadium is tricky. We decided to walk a distance away from the stadium first before hailing uber. They have designated parking spots but no designated area for rideshare app vehicles if I'm not mistaken. Having been to both outdoor and indoor stadiums, I definitely prefer indoor stadiums like this one. read more

Came here for the Kendrick & Sza Grand National tour with my teenaged daughter - we had soooo much fun we had good seats, it was super easy to get in and I found a small kiosk selling hard seltzers and such that had NO LINE right when I got in lol perfect !! bathrooms were clean, the people were all great .. awesome crowd ! I do recommend maybe not parking at the event or even near .. my husband picked us up and he waited for us at the Walmart across the street and it took us an hour to get out of there ! Wow I would maybe consider walking 20 min away or maybe even waiting somewhere or go eat afterwards at a nearby spot till everyone leaves... but that is my opinion! The highlights of the game was Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll and being the 200,000 guest to order from one of the vendors lol. We received so much stuff. All the bells and whistles. This is a beautiful stadium. Open concept. Meaning there are plenty of places to mingle and watch the game without sitting in your seat. We were seated at the very top. Nose bleed seats, and we still had a great view. The viewing screens are top tier. What i really liked were the food choices and availability. Food was on all levels which helped keep the lines short. The elevator is a long wait, avoid it if you can. There are a set of escalators fortunately. We went on Thanksgiving, I was nervous about the parking. But from my experience it wasn't bad. We got there an hour before the stadium opened. We parked in lot N ($65). Prices for anything are astronomical as expected. The facility itself is nice, waiting in long lines, not so much. The worst part was no one controlling traffic when the event ended. Oooook Dallas, I see you. I've been here twice; both times for Cowboys vs. Bengals football games. While I'm not a Cowboys fan [go Texans!!] and my husband is a Bengals fan, he and I both agree this is a nice stadium! Clean environment (including restrooms), helpful staff, good food and drinks. This place draws so many visiting fans! We were shocked by the number of Bengal fans in attendance. One word of caution if you're rooting for the visiting team, EVERYTHING you purchase has the Cowboys logo on it. So beware, you'll be unintentionally leaving with souvenirs of the rival team. Before you even enter, there's an open bar area with TVs showing other games, plus a stage outside featuring live music and cheerleaders, which really sets the tone for the day. Inside, every level offers the same food options and has spacious lobby-style areas where you can hang out. You can tell Mr. Jones built this stadium with fans in mind. The massive center-hung screen is amazing for replays and stats, it's truly a sight to see. During commercial breaks, they keep the crowd entertained with fun performances and activities.
