I came to Dallas game once a few years back and I was in love and I'm not even a huge football fan. Took my husband as a birthday present and when I tell you the vibe during the games, the hype is so real it literally is undescribable. Hundred percent worth of money to go see a game.

Thank you to the Dallas Cowboys organization for hosting the Wounded Warrior Program and giving us the chance to explore the stadium in a way most people never get to see. From stepping onto the field to walking through the behind-the-scenes areas, it was an unforgettable experience. The tour was filled with fellow veterans, which made the whole day feel even more meaningful. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and legacy of the Cowboys. Every staff member we encountered took a moment to thank us for our service, and that level of respect went a long way. Overall, they did a fantastic job and made this a day to remember. This is exactly the type of hospitality that makes supporting Texas organizations so special.

Not my first time at ATT, but, first time there while the Dallas Cowboys WON! Stressful game against Divisional Rival (NYG), that went to OT with both teams scoring 40+. But a win is a win. The stadium itself is the best NFL STADIUM on planet earth (fight me SoFi lovers). And yes, we've been to a Rams game at SoFi. But because of the Jumbotron at ATT, our nosebleed seats were actually better than our ROW 1 seats at SoFi. We used Uber from hotel to ATT. The uber lot is like 2 blocks from the stadium, and our driver (pre hired to and from), wasn't familiar with it so that was a slight hassle. But, surely not as much as a hassle as paying for parking (only slightly cheaper than Uber Black), and then dealing with the traffic post game - yikes! The stadium has everything... food, drinks, merch, seats, fans, ... Dallas spares no expense. And it's indoor + climate controlled, so every Sunday is a good weather game at ATT. Go Cowboys

This is such a nice stadium. They have so many food options, even for the vegetarians and vegans! The art inside is cool too. They offer a special art tour because there is so much! On game day, be sure to check out the Miller Lite field. Lots of fun things going on there and freebies! The audio is a little funky at times and don't expect to leave when the game is over, traffic is insane. I also wish there were more bathrooms on the end zones.

I'm an Eagles, really, I'm an ANYBODY vs the COWBOYs fan :-) so heading into AT&T Stadium on November 21st, 2025 with four die-hard Cowboys-fan friends felt like stepping straight into enemy territory. But from start to finish, it turned into one of the best game-day experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the energy was insane. The entire stadium was buzzing--Cowboys fans decked out in navy and silver everywhere, giving me plenty of friendly grief for wearing green. But honestly, the banter made it even better. Everyone was hyped, loud, and completely locked in for one of the biggest rivalries in football. AT&T Stadium itself is just unreal. Walking in feels more like entering a luxury hotel than a sports venue. We grabbed food that was actually good, found our seats with a perfect view of the field and the monstrous video board, and settled in for kickoff. The game didn't disappoint. Every big play--no matter which team made it--shook the entire building. My friends were yelling their heads off for the Cowboys, I was screaming for the Birds, and the whole back-and-forth made it feel like an emotional rollercoaster in the best possible way. Even when I stood up celebrating an Eagles touchdown surrounded by 80,000 Cowboys fans, the vibe stayed fun and surprisingly friendly.

Absolutely perfect stadium and super clean. We got to watch a fun game even though the boys lost. We'll definitely be back!

Let me preface this with I am not a Cowboys fan in the least, quite the opposite. I was going to be in Arlington and wanted to take a tour of the stadium. I was able to book a tour online in advance for 2:30 on a Friday. Tours take about 90 minutes. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about AT & T Stadium. During our tour we visited the Cowboys locker room, outside of the Cheerleader Locker Room, a suite, one of the large gathering areas, and concluded on the field. You are able to take as many pictures as you want. Cowboys fan or not, a stadium that is 3 million square feet in size is an impressive structure. Definitely worth a visit.

Great big beautiful stadium. Great views, awesome place to watch a football game. Con's are: The lack of restrooms is unreal. Men's lines are long but the women's lines are unacceptable. There's a good selection of food and drinks but again you'll lose 30 minutes of the game while standing in line. So if you're a beer drinker you might as well get in line for a beer and then go to the restroom line and repeat. Like everywhere now a days that computer screen tip 15-30% is uncalled for. You stand in line 15-39 minutes and you expect a tip. No nope no way.

Sports stadium tours are becoming increasingly popular; especially with many team owners investing in producing world class fan experiences. AT&T stadium tour is one of those sports fan experiences that is in a league of its own (no pun intended). I visited the stadium not long after it opened its doors as Cowboys Stadium. This tour was a fun experience. I'm glad to see some of the highlights of the tour remain. I got to visit the locker room and view the the lockers of some the Cowboys star players, press rooms, fan lounges, and even got down on the field to get a ground level perspective of the playing field, spectator stands, and the iconic center-hung display board. When the stadium first opened, it was the largest domed stadium in the world and hoisted the largest HDTV screen in the world. It has since been surpassed in size, but the fact that not many venues have constructed as big or bigger screens since its installation is a testament to just how enormous the screen is. The stadium itself is massive and you from the outside you recognize its enormity from a distance. Indoors, looking up at the spectator stands from the field you also take in just how great the indoor space is. The architecture and engineering of the stadium has traditional specs, however, still ahead of its time. With a high capacity for seating, the intent is to host as many spectators as possible, which has been accomplished over and over again with some of the country's most popular spectator events. Overall, a very good tour and fan experience.

What an amazing experience! My first ever NFL game! The stadium is nothing I've ever seen before! Good food selections and good drinks too! Everyone was helpful even though there were thousands of people there! Multiple gift shops. LOTS of photo ops and of course...COWBOYS FOOTBALL! Even if you're not a DC fan like I am, the stadium itself is still a great experience!

Food is expensive, lines are extremely long and not worth the wait.Good seats, walking to the seats is a quite of a walk.

I didn't go inside for a game, but just walking around AT&T Stadium was an experience in itself. The place is massive and seriously impressive up close. The architecture is sleek, and there are cool spots for photos all around. It's fun just soaking in the energy of the place--even without the crowd or game-day buzz. If you're in Arlington, it's worth a walk around just to take it all in. 5 stars.

AT&T Stadium is absolutely stunning, colossal, and state of the art. Watching the Cowboys vs. Giants was a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat nail-biter that ended with a glorious, hard fought overtime win for America's Team. Our seats were excellent, perfectly positioned, and comfortable! Everything about the experience was unforgettable and first class, minus the food. Truly, the best of the best!

Ask the Community - AT&T Stadium

Can I bring small pom poms or inflatable seat cushions? How comfortable are the seats?

Unless you can squeeze in a clear, plastic pouch I would advise against it. The seats were roomy and comfortable.

How is the ride share situation after concerts?

    I wouldn't share a ride, it's dangerous.

Can you tailgate at the stadium pre concert?

    No.

We purchased parking, it's SLVR04, which exits take us there?

Google maps will help you out...🙌

Can I wear another team's jersey while on the AT&T Stadium tour?

Absolutely, I just went on a tour and there were several people in different jerseys. Thankfully the fans around Arlington are super nice and not judgy about it at all.

Are regular purses allowed during a tour or is it the same as during a games the clear plastic king?

The website says purses and bags are allowed...However mine was too big so I'm assuming Same as game days, no big purses but they DONT have to be plastic!!! Honestly there's so much walking you won't want to carry a large bag anyways

Could I bring a chair to the standing room?

no you may not. they are very strict about what you can bring in.

    Will finding parking hard?

No there is parking all over the place

An anyone tell me how long the VIP tour lasts?

At least 3 hrs, you're able to hang out on the field after the tour, so in total approx 3 hrs.

Is tour worth doing w/ teens if there is no field access?

If they are any level of Cowboy fan, they will love it! They end the tour on the field and you can stay AS LONG AS YOU WANT! You can even bring a football and throw it around on the field! Totally recommend!

Are laptops allowed in the stadium during game day?

No laptops or purses are allowed. They are very strict.

I didn't go for a game, just wandered through, but even without a crowd it had that big Texas energy. You can feel the history in the bones of the place--like it's still whispering old Rangers games to itself while gearing up for a rugby scrum or high school football showdown. The architecture is part ballpark, part modern facelift, and part "we're figuring it out as we go." I kind of loved it. It was quiet the day I visited, but the views were wide open and the breeze rolled through like it had season tickets. From the upper deck, you can see the whole Arlington entertainment zone laid out like a buffet--Texas Live!, AT&T Stadium, all of it. Choctaw might not be the headliner anymore, but it's still in the show--and it's got charm, history, and a little grit left in the stands.

It was cold, but it was fun. The vendors are plentiful and the views are great. Walking up top, you can look over the brick wall and see across the area, it's a beautiful view. Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.
