The AT&T stadium staff, security, and Dallas Cowboy employees refused thousands of ticket holders entry into the stadium. Instead of safety for its fans they chose to save themselves. On Sunday September 20th, 2026 during the Dallas Cowboys football game staff stopped allowing fans in through security checkpoints. Security closed the gates stating we are going inside because of approaching bad weather and lightning strikes nearby. I stated to security "so you're going inside and leaving us out here in the open"? A Dallas Cowboy employee directed paying ticket customers to stand under trees by the entrance? Complete stupidity, we all learned you don't stand under trees in electrical storms when we were in kindergarten. The Dallas Cowboys should be ashamed of themselves leaving fans outside as heavy rain approached and dangerous lightning strikes fell upon the area. They admitted the danger by pulling security and closing checkpoints and leaving paying customers stranded at the entry gates under trees. My wife and I said screw this as the line grew for entry and we decided to leave before it started to rain. Keep in mind most people park a mile or two from the stadium and walk. After about 20 minutes of walking towards our car it started to rain and lightning became more intense. Thankfully security at the "National Medal of Honor Museum" gave us shelter out of the weather. We didn't even have to buy a ticket. Imagine that the "Medal of Honor Museum"providing a safe place for someone needing shelter with a fast approaching storm and charges nothing. We waited out the storm for about 45 minutes here. On the other hand America's so called team "The Dallas Cowboys" sells you a ticket, leaves you stranded outside with approaching bad weather to save themselves, leaving paying ticketed fans stranded and in harms way. What I learned yesterday is the AT&T Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys staff from top to bottom believes in every man, woman, and child for themselves. If the ships going down they will not put you in a life raft, drowning in a pool they will not throw you a life ring. Imagine a tornado approaching AT&T Stadium and security closes the gates and runs inside locking the doors to save themselves. That is what they will do because I've seen how they react with approaching bad weather first hand. This is what happened September 20th, 2026 to every Dallas Cowboy Fan trying to get to the game and seek shelter before the storm arrived. "America's Team"? I think not! read more

Ok Dallas! I was recently here for an event and is giving credit where is it due! You have the most organized stadium I have ever been to. From the parking lot, to the security lines, and to the sections in getting into your seat. The bathroom lines were long, but they had two staff workers facilitating which stalls were vacant so the line could move faster. Very impressive and would not mind coming back to the stadium for another event. read more

I was finally able to cross this stadium off the list as their team was playing my team (the Saints). This place was HUGE, as expected. Signs were everywhere and it was easy to navigate how to enter and where to go. Got a little tricky when we left and trying to get an uber back to our airbnb but that's at no fault of them. The roof is generally closed so that's nice and you don't have to worry about it being too hot as they keep it around 72 degrees. Food was good and drinks were better. We sat in the hall of fame level and the bartender in our section knew what she was doing! All in all, had a great time. read more

Walking through Tom Landry's legacy, seeing the Super Bowl trophies, championship banners, locker rooms, cheerleaders' facilities, newspaper front pages, and even the behind-the-scenes service areas gave me a whole new appreciation for everything that goes into operating one of the world's premier sports venues. One thing that really caught my attention was learning how AT&T Stadium transforms for major events. With FIFA World Cup matches coming in 2026, seeing the preparations and hearing how the stadium adapts for international soccer was fascinating. The College Football Hall of Fame exhibit was another unexpected highlight. Reading the stories behind legendary teams and players reminded me that football is just as much about preparation and character as it is talent. One personal highlight was seeing Roy Williams honored in the Cowboys locker room. Like many Oklahomans, I remember his famous "Superman" play at OU against Texas. I also had the pleasure of meeting Roy during my years with Orion Security Solutions, where he's part of the management team. He was generous enough to give every employee a copy of his autobiography, and he left a lasting impression as a humble, first-class person. Seeing him recognized as an NFL All-Pro was a special moment. The tour guides were knowledgeable, answered every question, and shared stories that brought the stadium to life. Watched the World Cup match between Croatia and England from Section 420. Unfortunately Croatia came up short and lost 4-2, but the atmosphere inside the stadium was incredible. Fans from both countries were loud, passionate, and fully into the match from start to finish. Even as a neutral, it would have been hard not to get caught up in the energy. The stadium itself is massive and impressive the moment you walk in. Even from the upper level, the views were excellent, and the giant video board made it easy to follow every play. Section 420 gave a great perspective of the entire field and the crowd around the stadium. Getting in and out was well organized, concessions were easy to find, and the staff kept everything running smoothly despite the huge crowd. While the result wasn't what I was hoping for, being able to watch a World Cup match in person at AT&T Stadium was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere alone made the trip worth it. read more

Great stadium with plenty of parking and fairly good views all around. We came for a BTS concert when the temperature was about 104 outside so the interior felt about 75-80 depending on your seats. The check in process was pretty simple and they even provided iced water for us. It was fast and easy to get into the venue and it likely took about 10 minutes once past security. The BCD gates were shaded by the stadium and they let people go into the building just to use restrooms. Staff was fairly friendly with the exception of one of the elevator operators who sent us to the wrong level. Lots of stairs, escalators, and back routes to get to your seats. One of the more pleasant stadiums I've been to. However, leaving was a pain as traffic was backed up to about 1.5 miles. If you can get a walkable hotel you won't suffer as much. read more

I pulled myself together to attend the usher and chris brown concert. I had purchased tickets a month ago to check this off my bucket list. I can now cross it off and placed it on s--t I won't do again . . The stadium is beautiful lots of stairs . Of course my tickets where in 400 section child let me tell you nosebleed and climbing the stairs wow my knees buckled and heart was pounding and my 02 level was nonexistent. It took 30minutes for my body to recover. The stadium has a lot of screens and you can view it but people look like ants .I suggest bringing binoculars. The sound system is loud I couldn't hear a thing went to see usher skating across stage well I didn't see that are him serenading solo with fan swarming for the attention of him. Lots concession stands variety of foods even vegan and alcoholic drinks no nonalcoholic beverages. I was ok with the stadium no host to help with seating asked a gentleman wearing a badge to help me locate my section he started telling me about it being his first day or something my mind closed off he started telling me his job qualifications. Whatever just help me get to my section I am pain . I have been dealing with some issues due to fall and had force myself to go because I couldn't resale ticket or parking . Overall concert was bland . I will stick to christian concerts. I left early . Overall lots of walking many entrances. Shuttle available if you lucky enough. Not a very good experience. read more

Went to Texas for the first time this year and also experienced the World Cup at AT&T stadium. It was definitely a very cool experience but everywhere was so crowded. My friend and I had decent seats and the overall experience was well worth it. It's an incredibly large stadium so you can easily get confused or lost as to where your seats are. The bathroom lines are a bit long and same with food and beverages but they all move quickly. Would definitely return. read more

On this tour, we also had the chance to meet Jerry Jones via an interactive experience (the newest tour attraction). There were a bunch of Cowboys fans in our tour group, proudly wearing their merch. This stadium is phenomenal! I went to watch Chris Brown and Usher on their R&B tour. This place is massive. Easily one of the biggest stadiums I have ever been in. And they had great options for food and drinks. They even had QR codes at our seats to allow us to order food and drinks and have them delivered to our seats. We attended the BTS concert here, and the facilities in our area were very nice/very clean. We had VIP/Sound check seats on the floor, so we remained in the floor/lower Club area which was really nice. The drink/food servers were all really friendly, and the staff did a great job of keeping all the areas clean. Watching the concert from the floor was a unique experience. Yes, sound check was amazing and being up close was a cool experience, however, it was challenging to see the ends of the very long stage, and there were times we couldn't see several members. Also, looking up at the screens was hard on our necks! All this hi say next time I will opt for the 100-level seats. But the facility is absolutely top notch read more

Came here to watch the Portugal vs. Spain match, and what an experience! Pros: AT&T Stadium is absolutely stunning inside and out. Every corner is picture worthy, so if you love taking photos, you'll have plenty of opportunities. The energy hits you the moment you walk through the doors, making game day even more exciting. We had hospitality seats, which came with snacks, drinks, and our own private restroom. The staff and volunteers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the event. The atmosphere was electric, and I absolutely loved the vibe. Cons: Getting to and from the stadium was the hardest part. The walk from the rideshare drop-off in 100° Texas heat was brutal. People were walking in circles because they couldn't find their gates. By the time we finally got inside, we were completely soaked in sweat, exhausted, and honestly too tired to appreciate how beautiful the stadium was fully. Finding our way back afterward was even more frustrating. We got completely lost trying to find the rideshare pickup area. We requested both Uber and Lyft multiple times, but our drivers couldn't reach us because of the event traffic restrictions, so they kept canceling or never arrived. A random Uber driver eventually pulled over and asked if we needed a ride. I do not recommend anyone get into a random car, but after verifying who he was, and staying on the phone with friends the entire ride, we decided to take the chance. Thankfully, he was legitimate, and we made it back to our hotel safely. No one should have to be put in that kind of situation after leaving a major event. Also, be prepared for the bag policy. They are extremely strict, even if your bag is only a couple of inches over the size limit. I had to walk all the way to the locker tent at the edge of the parking lot and pay $25 just to store a bag that only had two lip products and a pack of mints. That part definitely felt excessive. Overall, the stadium itself is gorgeous, the game day atmosphere is incredible, and I had an amazing time once we were inside. I just hope they improve transportation, wayfinding, and logistics for future large events because that's the one thing that really took away from an otherwise fantastic experience. read more

Once I was inside, I couldn't help but notice the massive, 160-foot HD video board and retractable roof. Very impressive! I've been to quite a few stadiums in the U.S and AT&T truly offers an unparalleled, luxurious experience. It was simply stunning! The energy in the building was electric! And the crowd atmosphere was more relaxed than rowdy- compared to other stadiums. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean. But the food was high-priced. And the quality was 6/10. Overall, I had an awesome experience, and the CHARGERS beating the COWBOYS was truly the cherry on top! read more

This was my first ever live football(soccer) match in my life. We came all the way from southern China. I liked it, there was AC inside to combact insense heat. We arrived there 10:45AM, June, 22, 2026, for the World Cup Group J match between Argentina vs Austria. What a great fans and place. We spent $10.86 for a cup of coke, $27.74 for a Crunchy California Rolls sushi and a bottle of water. We left the stadium around 2:30PM, we headed to Walmart for buying new luggage. We also went there on June 25 and June 27, a few minutes before matches Japan vs Sweden, and Argentina vs Jordan. We were looking for "last minute reasonable priced Tickets." Nothing was showed up on June 25. And on June 27, we only saw a few fans asking for tickets by holding small cardboards. Nobody were selling any tickets on site. Not my first time at ATT, but, first time there while the Dallas Cowboys WON! Stressful game against Divisional Rival (NYG), that went to OT with both teams scoring 40+. But a win is a win. The stadium itself is the best NFL STADIUM on planet earth (fight me SoFi lovers). And yes, we've been to a Rams game at SoFi. But because of the Jumbotron at ATT, our nosebleed seats were actually better than our ROW 1 seats at SoFi. We used Uber from hotel to ATT. The uber lot is like 2 blocks from the stadium, and our driver (pre hired to and from), wasn't familiar with it so that was a slight hassle. But, surely not as much as a hassle as paying for parking (only slightly cheaper than Uber Black), and then dealing with the traffic post game - yikes! The stadium has everything... food, drinks, merch, seats, fans, ... Dallas spares no expense. And it's indoor + climate controlled, so every Sunday is a good weather game at ATT. I was here for the semi final World Cup match between France and Spain. I was a little worried about attending such a massive event. The stadium opened 3 hours prior to the start. We took an uber from the airport to the stadium. They had a special uber drop off. It was about a mile to walk to the entrance. The lines moved really quick. The process was amazingly fast. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The stadium was really crisp and cool. It was hot and humid outside so this was really nice. My only complaint was the food choices. It was hotdogs, hamburgers, barbecue , popcorn etc. I've been to a lot of stadiums and this was probably the worst selection of foods I've seen. Nobody at the stadium knew what gluten free was. They had a no outside food policy. They should make exceptions for people with food allergies. read more

This is such a nice stadium. They have so many food options, even for the vegetarians and vegans! The art inside is cool too. They offer a special art tour because there is so much! 1 Star I attended my first World Cup match at AT&T Stadium, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Do not order food for delivery to your seat. I was charged a significant amount for food that was never delivered. After the event, I sent multiple emails and received no response. The only way I was able to recover my money was by disputing the charge through my credit card company. Before leaving the stadium, I went to Customer Service to try to resolve the issue. I have a broken foot, so making the trip across the stadium was painful and inconvenient, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to help. Instead, I was told it was a "known issue." The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the problem, offered no meaningful assistance, and no one even apologized. It's hard to understand how a venue hosting one of the world's premier sporting events can provide such poor customer service. My first World Cup experience should have been memorable for the match itself, not for spending weeks trying to recover money for food I never received. Very disappointing. read more

I'm an Eagles, really, I'm an ANYBODY vs the COWBOYs fan :-) so heading into AT&T Stadium on November 21st, 2025 with four die-hard Cowboys-fan friends felt like stepping straight into enemy territory. But from start to finish, it turned into one of the best game-day experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the energy was insane. The entire stadium was buzzing--Cowboys fans decked out in navy and silver everywhere, giving me plenty of friendly grief for wearing green. But honestly, the banter made it even better. Everyone was hyped, loud, and completely locked in for one of the biggest rivalries in football. AT&T Stadium itself is just unreal. Walking in feels more like entering a luxury hotel than a sports venue. We grabbed food that was actually good, found our seats with a perfect view of the field and the monstrous video board, and settled in for kickoff. The game didn't disappoint. Every big play--no matter which team made it--shook the entire building. My friends were yelling their heads off for the Cowboys, I was screaming for the Birds, and the whole back-and-forth made it feel like an emotional rollercoaster in the best possible way. Even when I stood up celebrating an Eagles touchdown surrounded by 80,000 Cowboys fans, the vibe stayed fun and surprisingly friendly. read more

I was able to book a tour online in advance for 2:30 on a Friday. Tours take about 90 minutes. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about AT & T Stadium. During our tour we visited the Cowboys locker room, outside of the Cheerleader Locker Room, a suite, one of the large gathering areas, and concluded on the field. You are able to take as many pictures as you want. Cowboys fan or not, a stadium that is 3 million square feet in size is an impressive structure. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Great big beautiful stadium. Great views, awesome place to watch a football game. Con's are: The lack of restrooms is unreal. Men's lines are long but the women's lines are unacceptable. There's a good selection of food and drinks but again you'll lose 30 minutes of the game while standing in line. So if you're a beer drinker you might as well get in line for a beer and then go to the restroom line and repeat. Like everywhere now a days that computer screen tip 15-30% is uncalled for. You stand in line 15-39 minutes and you expect a tip. No nope no way. read more
