We attended a company event at Texas Live! on February 18, 2026, and overall we had a great time. The venue itself is impressive, and the food and drinks were very good. Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future. read more

We went to Deep Eddy before a graduation. We sat at the bar. The service was way above expectations however the prices were outrageous. We only had beers. What I wanted was the mango beer that was on tap but both kegs were out. Not sure if it was a barback failure or an inventory failure. I ended up getting a blueberry beer which was ok. The bartender was really cool about it. The atmosphere was good. I did hear at the front hostess stand that there was an automatic 20% tip added onto the bill if you sat at a table. I was here for the Cotton Bowl and came to check out Texas Live the day before. With all the pre-game events, there were alot of people, but it was comfortable. It's a really big place with HUGE TV Screens, numerous places to get food and several bars. It was really fun and we really enjoyed the live band playing. We only had drinks this night, but service from the bar was good. After our University of Miami win, we decided to celebrate and ring in the New Year at Texas Live. BIG MISTAKE!!! Lines for days to get food, but the worse is how incredibly crowded it was. It did not feel safe and I wondered if someone was keeping track of capacity or were they just letting everyone in as long as they paid?? So I have actually only been to Texas Live twice when it was the functional bar. However, I have been to Texas Live as a location that supports a charitable organization, called Tango charities many times over the last 5 years. This time was to support the 2K feed the city event. They opened the doors at 3:30am for us, they allowed us to make over fifty thousand snack boxes to give to the hungry in their establishment and allowed us to hold a concert there until 1pm. I could not let the opportunity pass to give them a shout out on yelp. Because I appreciate how much they give back to the community. Texas Live! is always super fun to hang at for events and other activities! I've been a few times now for various events, the most recent being the Love Island Finale watch party they were throwing at Texas Live! this past summer! It's a really open, expansive, spacious set-up inside, and also plenty outside to enjoy, including a few outdoor bars - complete with an absolutely GORGEOUS view of the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium. Unlike some other venues that are similar in scope to this, the food and service always seems to be ON POINT at the various options throughout - quick, friendly, and helpful staff offering up delicious food. And yes, it's a bit pricey...but that's to be expected at a venue such as this, and they also do have some options such as weekday Happy Hours that will bring down the prices a bit. All that being said, this is a really solid venue to hang at for not just sports, but other events and activities that are held here throughout the year! Inside is spacious and packed with TVs playing sports all throughout the venue. This is the place to be during game days rooting for the Texas Rangers or America's Team the Dallas Cowboys. The ice girls even show up and make appearances and dance on the massive stage the venue has. As for the parking during game days it will cost money but during non-game days parking is usually free. The venue is 2 story's offering restaurants on the upper level as well as the main floor. They even have a mechanical bull to ride inside that is always fun to watch or even partake. The restrooms are always clean and spacious while the staff provides amazing customer service to their patrons. They even have a couple of patios where they have bars and tables to sit at to catch the great Texas sunset. All around the venue you are allowed to bring your drinks with you as well as when your outside. Texas live is right next to the Arlington Convention center and Globe life Field, Choctaw Stadium and AT&T. They also have luxury apartments near too as well as hotels. I did notice there was a group being seated for a private party. I think a private party with friends could make the experience fun. Was kind a dead there for a Sunday night surprisingly. I appreciate the effort put in for holiday festivities. There's a pop up Christkindl Market right outside. Very small with just local offerings. It's supposed to be a cosplays of the famous German markets but there wasn't much to offer. I think sausages was the only German thing I saw. Inside there's a Miracle pop up Christmas bar which is decorated super cute with all the Christmas decor! They had the typical Christmas themed drinks. 2025 update and still a great place for sports!!! Best spot to come for beers and food before Rangers games, rather than wait in the line (in the summer heat) we usually hang out here and then jump in line even on giveaway nights. Food in the Live! Arena is solid (miso salmon bowl is awesome) but the tvs and DJ really make it a great spot. Tables may need to be reserved for Cowboys/Rangers games and other events (check website on how to reserve $$$). Some people get there by noon to grab a table even for a 3:00 cowboys game so beware. Sports and Social is great with 2 levels of restaurant with games upstairs for kids (skeeball and video games kinda stuff). Texas Live is a fun place to be during the big games, fights, and broadcasted events. The downfall....... Well, we were visiting from out of town and had planned our weekend to include Texas Live for the Canelo versus Crawford fight. We knew it was going to be a super busy nights so, we went online and reserved tickets through AXS. We arrived 2 hours early and were told that those tickets meant nothing. That the tables were reserved and that we had a better chance sitting at one of the surrounding restaurants. Wow! ...ok.... Ok.... So, we found a table for 7 of us, upstairs at Sports & Social. We got situated and started ordering a bunch of food and drinks. Around an hour to fight time, people were lining up outside. So my boyfriend went to try and stand in line to see if we could get one of those reserved seats down at Texas live again. He stood in 1 line, was told of you have the QR code, the tickets from AXS, that he was to stand in the other line. So he left his place in line to stand in the other one. Gets to the front and is told he is in the wrong line (till now we have no idea what that line was for). Now he has to go allllll the way back to the end of the first line he was in because of misinformation. The line barely moved and it was wrapped around the building, so he came back upstairs to where we were. Then, while we were sitting at our table the waitress tells us that they were going to kick everyone out at a certain time and that we would have to wait in line downstairs to try and get a table. She explained that Texas Live was going to take over their tables for the fights. This made no sense at all since we already had a table and..... we were still waiting for some of our drink and food order! Our waitress then said, we could try and go downstairs of Sports & Social, make a reservation through them for the exact table we were at and then stay. Good news.... We were able to do that. We made a reservation for the specific table we were already sitting at and continued to order food and drinks. Still, none of this made sense. But, we were happy we could continue drinking and eating. Now.... About 15 minutes till the fight event started. Another host/waitress attempted to sit another party at our table. Our same waitress comes back and says that the reservation was invalid and that we were supposed to wait for a second text for when our table was ready. How in the world does that make any sense! Some of the people in my party were still waiting on some of their food. She then proceeds to say that she could make it to go. When we get the text, we can come back. Makes no sense at all!!!! So, we asked to speak to a manger. Fights started, the manager never came out and talked to us and our waitress finally said it was ok... that we could continue eating and drinking. My friends finally got their order... and we continued drinking. About 5 minutes after the fights started, we got a text saying our table was ready. LMAO..... we let our waitress know. Service was slow... I get it, it was a busy night. But the organization of the whole place was chaos. Food at Sports & Social was ok. Nothing extravagant but satisfying. It's the normal burgers, chicken sandwich and nachos kind of thing. I've eaten at Texas Live before and would have loved to have had their food instead... As far as coming early and trying to reserve a table on a huge event night, there's no advice from me there. On game night, maybe a college football or non professional event night, you have a better chance getting a table. Overall, will I be back? Maybe on a non professional game night. My experience this night left a bad taste. You would have thought they were better organized at the whole thing. What really didn't make sense was having to make reservations on AXS and at the restaurant, only for it to mean nothing at all. read more

We visited this establishment on Sunday 12/28 and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience with the level of customer service we received from your host, Sierra (I believe that was her name). Despite several empty tables, we purchased drinks at the bar and leaned on one of the tables. Sierra approached us in front of other customers and rudely told us we had to move. At no point did she explain that tables needed to be reserved, and seeing other guests seating themselves, we assumed it was acceptable to sit there. On a more positive note, one of your bartenders was very kind and assured us we could be seated and attended to. We were then guided to a table and waited on by Karma, who was attentive, friendly, and made the situation much more enjoyable. Her service restored our trust in your establishment and encouraged us to open a tab and stay longer. However, the initial treatment from your host was insulting and made us feel unwelcome. Straight up high ENERGY!! We came rolling in with a large group of the Traveling 12's to catch a game across the way at AT&T Stadium. The vibe, entertainment, and atmosphere was alive and vibrant. Even though we were obviously out shadowed by Dem Cowboys, we had a hoot mixing it up with football fans alike! The food came out promptly, the drinks were flowing, the music and DJ was spinning, and those screens were illuminating the background of a somewhat organized chaos. We ventured all around the area, and ended up in this spot that is outdoors but still undercover. With seating, cornhole activities, swag being sold by Post Malone's crew, and a bar nearby for easy thirst quenching access. We don't have anything like this back home, and I have seen all the negative reviews, but our experience was superb! People dancing on tables, although probably not recommended (lol), but hey... like I said... tons of energy= maybe too much to drink. We didn't have a reservation so we have to put our name down for a group of 4, and got seated in about 20 minutes. The waiter immediately caught our attention and asked if we needed a drink (they only serve drinks from there, if you want to order food, then you would need to be seated). We were able to get pizza slices from Pudge's Pizza and it was solid. If you don't like crowds or really loud atmospheres, then this place isn't for you. I've been to Texas Live! on several occasions, always before or after a Texas Rangers game. IMO, it's a very contrived venue with inflated prices and little else going for it if there's no game or event at one of the stadiums. It's designed to suck money out of your wallet as fast as possible. I would compare it to Victory Park in Uptown Dallas, which is built around American Airlines Center. There's little of interest nearby. Both have expensive bars and pricey restaurants that are largely empty except on game days. I don't think Texas Live will ever shut down because it will have always a steady stream of out / town visitors who stop in as part of the " game day experience." But I do think it will probably end up like the old Dallas West End District. At some point it will become a spot that only tourists visit while locals avoid it like the plague. read more
