The men's department is directly to the left as you walk in and the layout is similar with golfing attire and summer wear at the beginning of the department. The sport coat select is smaller with fewer selections, but I am sure they will grow. Men's shoes has a larger representation even in the clearance section. One thing I didn't realize was they are selling previously wore shoes in clearance and several pair do appear to have been on someone feet for some time. Overall, very nice locations with plenty of customer service available.

TOTAL SCAM. I bought the same item last wk at another stor & here were 3 of same item with SteinMark price tag. Also - should get 10% off that - as advertised all over. Inisted on the store mg. Susan took 10 min. to walk up & said she was NOT the mgr. (Asst Mgr..) She could care less, acted stupid & a victim - then lied that "gift cards" wont be accepted after 9-13-20.(It is really 9-21 - posted at other stores & on the websit) Store makes their own rules, rings up non-Steinmart price, has no idea about 10% (sale for liquidation) They blame customer if you question anything. Scammy incompetence bullies. DOT NOT BUY here

This isn't a store. It's a whole attraction in itself!…read more Walking into the Scheels at Grandscape felt less like "running errands" and more like entering a Texas-sized amusement park that also sells everything you could ever need. This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)

After waiting for 20 minutes with my drivers license, credit card and social security card visibly in my hand I had a lady cut me off in line. Man behind the counter sees it, I let it slide...and then when she's done the cashier takes another guy who had been there 30 seconds. Now I am pissed, but also fascinated at the incompetence I am witnessing. Out of boredom and curiosity I wait for the bald dilbert at the other cashier station to finally finish checking someone out, after 25 minutes, so I step forward. 3-4 minutes go by and he doesn't acknowledge my presence. Then he calls out the name of someone without even looking at me and proceeds to get into a lengthy conversation and I am back at square 1. 30 minutes, made it to the front, no acknowledgment of my existence. All of you people are not qualified to take change at a toll road. The savings on the firearms does not make up for the nonexistent customer service and lack of common sense that is hovering over this entire department. All of you suck at life.
