He had me stand on their foot measuring thing- turns out I have very high arches (I thought they were normal?) and I've been wearing the wrong size shoe- slightly too small. So he pulled some arch support and brought out 3-4 options of shoes that fit what I was looking for, and in the correct size, too. I did spend quite a bit of money on the final shoes that I chose (fair warning!) - but I was prepared to do that so I can enjoy my upcoming vacation. I walked right in and found a suede cleaning kit right in the front of the store. You just can't beat that offering. Service is ok. Inventory turns over quickly. Often, if you find a shoe you like, but not the size you can order it immediately online. Parking is a challenge, but there is an extra parking lot right behind the store I always take advantage of.

I went in and went to the specific counter and they quickly processed some information I needed to fill out and I was done. I was in and out in 15 mins. The only reason it even took that long was I was looking at a few things. They have a great selection of sporting goods. Camping gear, clothing, firearms, even knives are plentiful.
