I was greeted by the employee at the cashier station as I entered the store. She asked me if I was familiar with the layout of the store and I told her I was. She them told me to just let her or one of the other associates know if I needed any assistance. I made my way over to the Men's Shoe Section and began looking for a pair of dress shoes. I found a really nice pair of Florsheim shoes that was almost $30 off their regular price. I said, "Sold!". I was really surprised the store was not busier this close to Christmas, so if you are not one who likes crowds, this may very well be a store you might want to check out!

Highly recommend Prized Kicks for buying and selling shoes. Understanding the sneaker market and…read morereselling business prior to coming in helps a lot. Owners are reasonable and offer pretty fair pricing for items that sell well in the store. If you can't sell it instantly to someone on the street for a certain price, how can you expect them to pay more than that if the value isn't there (when selling your shoes). It's just like any other business. Supply and demand. There's a premium for getting cash on the spot. Just like there's a premium for walking in a store and buying a shoe you've always wanted on the spot. That's just the business at the end of the day if you want to keep the lights on. If you can understand this and be patient with store hours/availability, this is hands down the best place to buy and sell shoes in the DFW area.

If I could I would've left with the entire store, but I was being good and only got 2 purses, 2 pairs of shoes, and a cute pearl body jewelry piece that I'm obsessed with! The prices are great value! You can get a whole outfit for the night here for under $60-$75 dollars. The service was decent, however I wish I was told beforehand that there was an extra 3% charge to use credit cards, otherwise I would've paid cash or debit, I had to take a star off because I wasn't made aware of that!

The next morning I was at the store and it had to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I went in and went to the specific counter and they quickly processed some information I needed to fill out and I was done. I was in and out in 15 mins. This review is not about the employees. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

Definitely thinking of doing a real shop there soon for sneakers even, I like the deals and the fact Nordstrom understands average people are not going to pay the regular prices they were charging.
