Great spot to find trendy shoes! Beware that it can be a hit or miss- some shoes have lasted me years and taken on dancing, running, stair climbing! While others were good for a couple of wears and then started falling apart. But you can't complain for the great price. So I visited Shu Deals based upon a friend referring me to a place with in style shoes at a cheap price. Upon pulling up to Shu Deals, I started to 2nd guess even walking in due to it looking quite sketchy & the individuals walking in made me wonder if I wanted to even shop there. Anyhow I figured why not I need some nice stepping out shoes. The selection of shoes is HUGE!!! I wanted to buy so many but I allowed myself to only buy one pair. There was also a nice little boutique inside but I didn't necessarily come in for clothes. Now comes the reason why I did not give them 5 stars, their customer service is HORRIBLE. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help with anything they just sat at the front & talked amongst themselves. When I approached the counter they completely ignored me, which was quite disrespectful. The older lady with glasses finally told me the total, swiped my card then said sign & take the bottom copy. That's it ! No thank you for coming in, did you find everything alright, NOTHING! I've been coming to this location for years, Never have I ever experience HORRIBLE customer service to this power!! The online ours claim they close at 530 on Sundays. So in a state of confusion I called the store and got a young lady who said they stop letting people in at 520 I called at 450 and I was 11 mins away from the store which put me there at 512-513 enough time to get in.. I get there and the door was locked at 513... I knocked and said I called and was told y'all close at 530 but stop letting people in at 520 .. I asked for manager and this YOUNG, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL girl comes to the door running her mouth and over talking me and getting loud after I told her I was sure I spoke to her over the phone and she was the one who quoted the hours of operation . She then rudely dismissed me. I'm (A regular customer here btw and I also have With a business account with this place. She told me I need to calm down when she came to the door on 10. Please go online and make your hours of operation CLEAR. Also please get the unprofessional manager off the face of your store!! She has very poor customer service skills. read more

The employees are so nice and welcoming which goes a long way with me! Every time I go, I leave with at least 3-4 pair of shoes. Prices are steals, literally!
