If you're in your 20s/30s and struggle to find clothes for work that don't feel too uptight but are still appropriate, this is an awesome place. I feel like the quality of the clothes is spot on for the price point. They also have frequent sales so I normally can get a good discount on top of that. This particular location is one of my favorites, because I always seem to get exceptional customer service when I am here. The ladies have always been very helpful in finding me what I need and getting a fitting room started. Bonus points for the store normally being very organized and clean too. Overall one of my favorite stores!

I work in apparel too lol I love their endless clearance sale and have a big section for that! They could do better at cleaning the floor, the clothes that fall on the floor to prevent someone slipping and to keep the place professional looking Other than that the store is a great store! PS, I live very close so I shop here very often and notice these things, such as the clothes on floor and the associates that don't acknowledge their customers very often. I keep a close eye on the stores I shop at before I leave a review. If you can improve on those, I would love to see that!

It was nice that the sale/clearance items were all grouped by size. I just forget what my Chico's size is! It's either 1, 2 or 3. It would be handy if they posted a size conversion chart so you know what size you are there. The clothes they were stocking today is all mid to long sleeve length and since it's 100 degrees plus outside, I wasn't in the mood to shop for Fall just yet.

She was very friendly and helpful, but never pushy. She set me up with a dressing room, but didn't hover like some stores do. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I can't wait to wear my cute new clothes.

I would attribute that to poor sales, and the competition is just way too fierce. Mom and I are in town for a wedding and we decided to get a couple of accessories to add to our outfits. We ended up buying more than we intended, there were just way too much bargain buys! To top it off, there's a discount when you open a new account. So on top of the heavily discounted items we already got, the additional discount just by opening an account was just the cherry on top. Our cashier ( I hate that I forgot her name!) was incredibly kind and friendly. Service with a smile is always a plus PLUS! Boy, it makes me think that if only those other now-defunct stores gave the same kind of experience I got here, they might just still be open... maybe...

I was searching Yelp for surrounding Kohl's stores and almost didn't find this location because the…read moreinitial first review listed it (incorrectly) as SEPHORA at Kohl's. I just submitted a change, we'll see if it gets updated. It is a Kohl's store with a Sephora located inside of it. Even the signage on the building clearly says Kohl's + Sephora. Anyway, we had been to another location the day before to look for some dress shirts for hubby for an upcoming wedding that we are attending. Somehow we ended up with a wrong size shirt. The label on the shirt was what we needed but the sew in label says L, but we needed a M. We found the identical shirt in the correct size to take up to the checkout to exchange. As I passed by the Intimate's department, I couldn't help but notice the huge inventory of bras and panties. It was such a joy to have so much selection to look through! I found multiple bras to buy (because of course, it was buy one, get one half off, so you have to buy 2 if you're getting some). That really helps the cost seem more reasonable. I don't like paying full price for anything! It's great having so much selection to choose from and that you can try them on. So much better than buying online and have to ship back the rejects. We had bought a bunch of stuff at the other location and received Kohl's cash, so sometimes it's a pain to go an exchange or return because it impacts your Kohl's cash. Luckily, we found the correct size men's dress shirt and I had brought along the Kohl's cash and my receipt and the exchange was painless! I mentioned what a great big Intimate department that was located here. The sales clerk was very kind and had a nice smile and attitude! She thanked us for coming to this location and said that she hoped we would come back. Well, we ended up with even more Kohl's cash so next week we'll be back to spend it!
