The selection in the Wylie store is limited but a good variety. Better selection in Mckinney & Rockwall. Value is good, they stand behind their products. I find the same shoes online at a major department store marked up. Here i recently purchased some Puma wedge sneakers for less than the price I saw online, let's just say that particular store is also in Firewheel. The service here, there are not very many representatives on the floor, but you do find them behind the checkout counter. You can tell they work because the presentation of shoes and displays all look well done.

I love the convenience of the AMC for movies, Gloria's, Wildwood and other food establishments, department stores for any occasion, and some small coffee shops. What I'd love to see more of, though, is a bit more kid-friendly options for those with little ones. We do enjoy the small green lawn near the fountain! But maybe some restaurants that have a centralized courtyard where kids can roam free. There's also some room for improvement to add less chainy spots and more local mom and pops to support.

The choices seemed endless, but with a tight schedule, I was really limited to where I can go and what to do. But at least I found what I needed. One can kill time just by being here. The staff at the Frisco store located another pair at the Garland store. I called & Natalie answered & checked stock & gladly tried the ankle zipper. Superb customer service & put them on hold! We drove there & all was well! The boots were on hold & our daughter shopped & found some nice jeans to get as well. Courtesy discounts & online coupon dropped the price significantly. Yay! The staff needs serious customer service training!! I have chatted with the owners a couple of times, and they're nice, but the staff needs training!! I went into the Wylie location yesterday; I noticed the sign at the front door, which outlined the "SALE" (see picture) that was going on. With that info, we proceeded to shop around... there's so much OLD product, put out the "good stuff"; why save it for another sale... so you can market it as "we have so many ..... ?? ..."! That IS bad business! Then, as we were browsing, there was an audio announcement that verbally outlined the sale in place (RED 40% off... no discount on Blue or Green ... etc.), but it was the opposite of what was displayed on the sign ... RED 20% off GREEN & BLUE 40% off... - Who decides which sale gets applied?? So, I walked over to the counter to ask about it. They (rudely) pointed me to the outdoor sign, to which I repeated that the speaker announcement had stated there was a completely different sale. They dismissed me. They said: Well, the lady who does our social media has been out for a few days... and it's not up to date...". I noted that the information is confusing to the customers (who also acknowledged the same issue - and laughed with me!). One of the girls rolled her eyes... We put our things down and walked out! What a shame! I went into a neighboring store and ran into the same lady who was at Uptown Cheapskate. She mentioned that there are always issues at that location, suggesting that it often appears they don't care. She also agreed that the customer service is consistently terrible. I will SAVE MY $$ and shop elsewhere! Hey Owners... you get what you give! Step up your game if you want people's business... we DO have a choice!

The quality of their clothes are very nice, and the people here are so sweet! It's visually beautiful too, all the clothes are sorted by color! They also have jewelry, bath and body, and other little things throughout the shop! The prices are a little higher but you're getting exactly what you pay for. The only time Ive had a clothing item from here not work out for me is because of my own user error. (I accidentally ran my sweater in the dryer when I wasn't paying attention lol.) If you're thinking about going somewhere for back to school clothes, a dress for date night, or any other reason, definitely give them a try!
