I find the same shoes online at a major department store marked up. Here i recently purchased some Puma wedge sneakers for less than the price I saw online, let's just say that particular store is also in Firewheel. The service here, there are not very many representatives on the floor, but you do find them behind the checkout counter. You can tell they work because the presentation of shoes and displays all look well done.

I just waited there for a minute talking to my wife and seeing if she saw anything she liked. The employee never returned. Eventually another staffe who I didn't even ask for help offered and even went to the back to look. She came back and apologized they were none in my size and was extremely kind. I did not catch her name but she had shoulder length braided hair. Thanks to her for sure but no thanks to the people who think lying to people and having them drive across town is how to treat people. Don't know what is up with the avoidance. The Manager who was helping us seemed confused calculating simple math, refused to look at the receipt and acknowledge she was charging $10 more for the exchange. The staff was very friendly and answer all the question I had. Not only does this store have shoes they also offer hype clothing that you won't find at a regular store in the mall. They also have supreme accessories and some Sandals. Even do the location is far from home I took the drive which it was about an hour and half. Today I went for the 3 time since the store open and they have done some work since day one. Some new art on the walls and more hype pairs since day one. The store doesn't look like much from outside, but once you get inside you can tell the owner cares about what he is doing. You might ask yourself about prices, we'll let me tell you they are not on the cheap side. However the stuff they got in store you won't be able to find easy at your local mall. Compare to other stores that carry similar stuff the prices are not bad at all. If you looking for something new to look at or buy, this place is worth the trip. They also buy new hype stuff depending on the demand they have in the store. At the moment they don't do any consignment which maybe in the future they will.
