I get to the checkout and guy rings me up at full price for both. Tells me its now a spring buy one/get on 50 off sale. There's a tag on the shoe. The tag is so small I could not read it. NO sandals are included in the sale. Who has a spring sale and excludes sandals, what you wear in the spring? Then I found a $10 off coupon that I got last week. After ringing me up I ask the guy if he took off the $10 and he said he couldnt get it to work. Doesn't tell me before I gave him my money. Apparently too busy to bother helping a customer. I wore them through the summer probably about 12 times and my feet were sweating so bad in the shoes, that I had to purchase insoles and my feet never sweat! They began to stink so bad, that I decided to go back to the store. I can't wear them for this reason. I talked to a woman that was not very friendly to me about the possibility of returning them or at least sending them back to the manufacturer because they don't seem to let your feet breathe, due to the synthetic fabric in the shoe. I bought another pair of bliss, black sandals, and they are fine, I've attached the picture of the woman that wasn't very helpful and that would not do anything for me and was not very sympathetic to my situation. She did print out a receipt for me, but I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and I am not sure if I'll ever return. I hope to get the manufacturer to listen to my experience with these shoes and I also wonder if other people struggle with the same problem?

One of the staff had attitude and was argumentative for a simple refund. She did not know how to refund the $$ to begin with and started to make FALSE statement on the store return policy. The returns I made were still valid from the purchase date, and did not past 21 days. The return policy was repeated many times to her, however, she kept arguing back saying , "refunds is based on the current selling price in store and can't give you the refunds based on what you bought." How can she not know the store return policy?! The store return policy stated, " Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to refund the PURCHASE PRICE of the item(s) returned to your original payment method". It never mention anything on "refunds will be based on current store selling price." The return and refund should have been VERY SIMPLE, yet the staff was pretty IGNORANT AND WAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. She should not be working there ESPECIALLY not knowing the store policy.
