Of course, you don't usually fine the primo colors/styles/sizes in these bins; I walked out with a set of white Bayas in a men's 8 today for $14.99; they wouldn't be my first (or second, or third, or fourth...) color choice, but reaching outside of the bin and onto the walls would have set me back $29.99 for the same size and style. They also have a good supply of Jibbitz, the little decorations you can add to your Crocs. Access to the store can be a drag during peak periods, as traffic is just crazy in the Allen Premium Outlets center where it's located. However, there are numerous other shops nearby, so maybe you can kill multiple birds with one stone. She would not acknowledge until after many conversations that this information should have been either posted in store and/or told to me verbally. When I asked the clerk to put herself in my shoes, she told me to put myself in hers, that they were under corporate orders to not accept these returns. Very unpleasant encounter.

Took the clothes back and checked in only for them to forget to give me back my drivers license. I was an executive and my clothes were high end. Many items still had price tags still on them. When I went back to get my cash they only accepted 3 items for $43. And in line in front of me there was a women giving them clothes in trash bags they were accepting.

Deep discounts might've been due to lost sales due to COVID19 and possibly because school is starting in a week. Face masks are required to enter the store. Everyone was doing their part and wore their face masks. They sell trendy face masks too! They were the only store at the Allen Outlet Mall that were allowing you to use their dressing rooms. The level of cleaning in each store at Allen Outlet Mall ranged from obsessed to none. This store was none.

I fell in love with two decks, and she explained to me what all parts I needed, since I wanted to build a custom board. She was very enthusiastic and engaged, very willing to help and did not get annoyed by all my questions, so I really appreciate all her help and time spent making sure I got everything I needed to complete my boards. Since there weren't any trucks in store that I liked, I decided to just purchase some online but also called back into the store and asked her (just to make sure) if these specific trucks would fit for my selected decks. Britney was very well-knowledged with the different brands and explained to me which size I should purchase for each deck and to bring them in once I have them so she could help me put everything together! I returned a week later with so much excitement to have one of my boards be completed. Britney was available and helped me put all the parts together and explained what she was doing as she was doing it.
