Original review: While I do like this store for good prices on good brands, I would caution anyone to not consider buying any of their hair or cosmetic products. I find that, not only are they often higher priced than Amazon or the cosmetic stores, but all too often they are defective, and can't be used. It is a complete waste of money, as Rack will not accept it for return, even if you literally just bought it, only to find, say, the pump straw completely missing from a pump dispenser product, so it is impossible to use. Spend the time to get all hair and beauty products at Sephora or Ulta, where they will accept a return if the product is defective.

With high ceilings and spacious aisles it's easy to get stuck in here for hours! I was on a mission to find rose gold earrings and I found only a few options. They have everything you can think of in silver and gold, both with bling and without. I came in here for two things and left with other items I forgot I needed as well -- like new earring pads for my clip on fancy earrings I wear for special occasions. And shoe spray! I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.
