After calling other stores in the DFW area who didn't answer the phone. I got Christine at the Northwest Prkwy store and her personality and great phone skills completely changed my mood from an angry size 16 6E shoe wearer who was just trying to find the availability of that size without driving around North Texas. Even though the shoes have to be ordered, Her willingness to help and personal approach to solving my delima was so nice , that I don't mind the wait for ordering of the shoes I need. But before we drove out there, I called the store and the wonderful Ms. Kaneka answered the phone and let me tell you...she was so amazing! The level of customer service she provided was outstanding. I didn't know people were still going above and beyond. She ending up finding the shoe in their store and we drove out that way. It was too funny when we walked in the door...it's as if she knew it was me from the phone call. WSS, thank you for hiring Kaneka. She is an asset to the business and she knows how to make sale. We were also impressed with the inventory of shoes and clothes provided at the store. I"m sure we will be back.

I was able to get in and out in less then twenty minutes. They can scan the shoes and tell you whether or not they have your size in stock. The service here was great and the store is well lit and very clean. The major difference with a house of hoops store is they often carry a larger variety of colorways that many other stores just don't seem to have. They also have tons of accessories if that's your type of thing. You can always find those hard to find exclusive releases here and they have a points based card also. Once you spend over certain amounts they will mail you coupons to save on your future purchases.
