My original charge was $80.67. I was only refunded $67.51 to my credit card. Meaning, I was charged shipping for my return. I will not be purchasing anything from them. If you are from Houston you'll think that you have driven through the Harwin part of the city and you will find this little business nestled in the back. You will notice on the outside and inside that it is a very small store but do not let it deterior since they do have a pretty good selection instead of being lost in a maze like being in a super sore. The service here is very personalized and that you can appreciate after coming from other places. I did not know they sold steel-toed work boots here so I was just coming in to browse to see if I wanted to get my very first pair of cowboy boots since being in Texas in 1980. Low and behold, there were some and was able to pick out which was comfortable to me, thank you for the guy that helped me and was very informative. If you do not know much about boots and how they should fit, after you leave here you would get very eduSHOEcated and feel like you've been through a mini seminar on hell they should fit your feet! There were not enough pictures of the interior so I took as many interior pictures as I could to give you an idea as well as a small video. This is BRONCO WESTERN WEAR at 11500 Harry Hines Blvd. NOT the other Bronco Western in the area. They are different companies. My wife and I spent the entire day driving all over Dallas and surrounding area looking for boots to fit me. I am a big guy and my dress shoes are 13 EEE so its been tough finding boots that fit. My current pair were custom made over 10 years ago. We called on the phone while driving around to see what sizes they carried. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and polite and was sure they would have something that might work. We decided to make a made dash to try and get there before they closed. We arrived about 5 or 10 min before closed and feared they might have closed early being a small shop. They were open and the gentleman we spoke with was inviting and greeted us to come right in. He made us feel welcome and not like we were keeping them from closing. We asked him about the boots we called on and he showed us some different styles and sizes. He asked some questions about what I liked and provided options. He was also very educated about boots and shared with us. We decided on a pair of ostrich boots a little out of my normal comfort zone but they ended up fitting well and looked great as well. They were on sale and priced very reasonably. I would not expect to see reasonable pricing in a small privately owned shop. His prices were fair compared to what we had seen in other locations that day around Dallas. We would recommend stopping by checking out what they have. It will be worth the trip. read more

I was greeted by the gentleman at the cashier and let him know I was there just to look around, and he was fine was that. I did end up finding a pair that I liked and tried them out.
