Fantastic TX-owned store with options for anyone and everyone! Great customer service and friendly staff. The location is prime as well.

Very nice store with very nice selection of clothing and shoes for all ages. So I think the store would want to sell product. I mean I don't think they are a charity organization. They are definitely a for profit company and are a great alternative to going to the mall. Nevertheless the staff has no idea how to sell. Obviously management doesn't either or they would make sure staff was trained. If they had trained sales staff I would speculate that revenue would increase 20 to 30%. It's so sad that service is so sluggish and sloppy. I mean it's a great store with a great location. Oh well.... read more

We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Dallas and the weather was so gorgeous that I did majority of my work calls while on walks outside. One day I stopped in Tyler's between calls to check it out. They carry a lot of brands that my kids (and I like). Alo, vuori, nike, under armour to name a few. A bunch of things caught my eye, but I was having trouble paying full price when I knew Black Friday was just a few days away. I did ask if they had anything special planned for Black Friday and was told no. Besides that I didn't interact much with any of the sales associates, but enjoyed browsing their massive section of clothing on my own. read more

This is my go to place for the latest fashions and styles. I have been a customer for many years and always receive great service and selection. It is hands-down better than going to any mall. Wow! What an amazing store with an enormous selection of merchandise. Located in the Preston Royal neighborhood, the friendly sales people. are truly a gift in a customer -'oriented store whose focus is definitely customer satisfaction. I went with my 8 year old granddaughter to look for some tennis shoes. We found a pair we liked and asked to try them in a size 1 and 2. We literally waited close to 30 minutes (after asking a couple of times what was taking so long). Ultimately, someone came and said they only had a 2 1/2. read more

I ordered a pair of UGG boots for my girlfriend from the TYLER'S website. I live in Washington state. The order and payment processed and then I get an email stating the boots were being transferred to another store and that they were wondering if I wanted a refund - what? I stated I wanted the boots shipped to me once they arrived at the store. I then get notified my order had been canceled and refunded because a manager wrote down my order number by mistake. I then agree to get recharged for the boots, essentially reordering them - I get my order and payment confirmations - 3 hours later I get notified that my order was, again, canceled and refunded. I email customer service again, I get no response for a full day, I leave a voicemail. The next day, I'm told that I am still getting the boots, but due to all the hassle, I wasn't being charged - GREAT! But, after receiving the boots, they were found to be counterfeit. Not even good counterfeits. The boots and box don't have security labels/QR codes, the UGG logos don't have Trademark symbols, the fur is synthetic and the soles are stiff. They don't come with care booklets and they weren't wrapped in plastic. This company is a joke. Their product is trash. I am so glad I wasn't charged for these shoes. read more

Recently went in to Tyler's with my daughter, as we are in town to visit relatives we had never heard of tyler's. I was blown away by the amazing staff at this location we were able to find some super cute swimsuits for the summer for my daughter and myself. Thank you to Lexi for helping to find the perfect sizes and Juanita for helping my daughter find some back to school shoes! We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town! read more

I have never been in a store where the clerks were so inattentive. I asked for a dressing room and all the many clerks behind the counter (not busy) just looked at each other until one reluctantly and silently walked over to unlock the dressing room. It's too bad because the store has a great selection and is tidy. read more

This used to be my go to shop for authentic apparel that you won't see everyday on the street or find in a big retailer.. Today Tyler's has become the upper echelon of douchebaggery. Their clothing today is tailored for your typical college frat boy and sorority girl. It was fun while it lasted Tyler's. read more

They carry a diverse group of major brand name sports apparel. Do you want the plain jane Tyler's shirt so people know you live near HP or Southlake well they have it. They have a solid selection of shoes with varying colorways. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection of shoes. They have a ton of under armour, Nike, and stuff is just stacked on top of more stuff. They had a great vintage t shirt selection for those hard to find type t shirts. I don't know how often they have good sales because I'm almost sure they will lose their cool card if they slash their prices. read more

My husband and I shop at Tyler's in Dallas all the time. We LOVE it there!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Any time I need recommendations for my kids, they are so eager to help. Great selection of stuff. After being in the store for 30 minutes for an exchange one young man asked if we needed help with anything. The other 7 employees stood around talking. We had several questions about being able to order stuff and none approached us in the store. I had to walk to the register to get one of them to even look at me which took about 2 minutes in itself. read more

Horrible service! I felt so discriminated! I was the only Hispanic in there and I walked in between two groups of Caucasian people the group in front of me got greeted as offered them help I was in between I never got a hello or offered help the group behind got greeted and offered help and I actually needed help I went in for one specific item and I couldn't find it I bought it and left never again will I spend $35 there again! Always find what I need here and what I don't need. Tyler's has a good mix of casual and athletic wear in a broad mix of sizes. The folks that work there are always helpful and courteous. Tend to find brands that I can't find at other Dallas area sportswear stores. read more
