Why would this company have 8 year old product with new packaging...? My guess: new management is making some BAD decisions. Ordered an item that was supposed to be 2 day expressed. The order has yet to arrive. and I have zero confidence that it will. The transaction was a nominal amount, less than $50, most of which was shipping and handling. The package was needed for a kids event for this past Saturday. Everyone bought similar items from different companies, and their items arrived ON TIME. We ended up having to buy another gift, very disappointing, took all the fun out of what was supposed to be a fun, happy event. Now, it's just the principal of the matter. I want what I paid for! This is an amazing clothing and outdoor wear shop located at Lovers and the Tollway. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in a special place. They are prepared for o be able to outfit any member of the family. They have kids clothes; men's clothing and women's clothing. They also have an amazing selection of Yeti products, backpacks, and sunglasses. Their shoe selection is pretty decent too. The service is good here too if you asked for it. For a boutique type shop and here is as a lot of standing around visiting when there could be assistance being given to the customers. It is one of those days when you felt like the manager must have been off or not in yet. Came in and to find sleepwear for my wife. Customer service was absolute trash. Walked up to the cashier to pay and the main clerk walked away while seeing me wait next in line while she was ringing up the lady in front of me. The secondary clerk behind the register also walked away while I was awkwardly standing for 1min. The gentleman on the other register came over and remarked, "Can I help you?" and admist the checkout even asked if anyone helped me today. A+ for customer service from Caitlyn. I was looking for ski bindings and made an online purchase from this store. It was marked down significantly, so it was a great deal. I got the package and unfortunately it contained a wrong item. I emailed the customer service and got a reply from Caitlyn right away. She apologized for the mix-up and offered a few options to solve the problem. She sent me a pre-paid return label to ship the wrong item back to them and as soon as they received the package, she credited the $ back to my card. She also offered me a coupon and a very generous store credit I can use for my next order. I placed an order for the new bindings and it was delivered in a lightening speed (placed an order on Thursday night, was shipped Friday, arrived in my home in California on Monday morning!). Really appreciated the speediness as I was trying to get them mounted on my new skis before my upcoming ski trip. I ordered a pair of the ARBOR Sequoia Women's Snowboard Bindings 2023 that ended up falling apart my first day trying to use them. Erin, from customer support was incredibly generous, and sent me a brand new pair (no questions asked) when I told her about what happened. After doing some of my own research, I realized this problem was fairly common with this brand of snowboard binding, and so I messaged Erin again to ask if I could swap them for another pair. She responded right away, informing me that this was fine, so long as I returned the new pair she'd sent. I had a look at the online selection, and though I didn't see the exact pair I wanted and I technically was only eligible for store credit, Erin allowed me to get a full refund so that I could purchase whatever bindings I wanted, even if they were from a different store! I thought she really went above and beyond in customer service, and I am so grateful to her and the team at Saint Bernard. I will definitely be considering you for future purchases and appreciate how communicative and helpful you were throughout the entire process! read more

One of the worst experiences. I went in to buy a winter coat. The staff acted as if I was not even there and I had to go to a cashier to ask where the winter coats were even though there were employees circling around the women wearing designer. I found a coat and the clothes are cute but after receiving little to no assistance I bought the coat and returned it a day later because of how unwelcome I felt. Once returning it and buying the same coat from the actual brand I realized it was cheaper to get clothes from the brands they sell rather than st. Bernards itself. I would suggest buying your clothes from the brands they stock rather than their up charged prices to save money and avoid feeling invisible. If you don't have a designer wardrobe they will not give you the time of day and the women were the classic highland park moms giving mean looks and not helping customers. read more

If you go here then you need to be prepared to be bombarded by employees. It was obvious that they work on commission as I was literally asked every 3 minutes by multiple employees if I needed help with anything. I said no every time but they kept coming back. It was completely excessive and made it quite an unpleasant shopping experience. I honestly almost walked out the door but they had a rediculous sale going on. However if there was no sale then I would have been out of there. Customer Service is important but sometimes people just want to be left alone and they will find you when they need help. This is the place to go if your going to hit the slopes anytime soon! It's massive, in a great location and they carry everything from North Face to Sperry to the ultra-exclusive (Canada Goose jackets) :) But seriously, they do have a huge selection of glasses, jackets, ski's, shoes, and kids stuff. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of the way to assist you. All in all in will make for a fun shopping experience. UPS lost track of my shipment and I received possibly the best customer service ever from Caityn at Saint Bernard. UPS had told me they never received the package but the shipping label had been printed. Caitlyn followed up with multiple managers at the store, confirmed it was already in possession by UPS. She then worked with UPS to get the package located and shipped to me on time. Caitlyn kept me in the loop, emailing me multiple times a day with updates. I was so impressed I had to come here to write this review. On top of that they had the lowest price around on the board I wanted. The Slush Slasher is a pretty hard snowboard to find in any shop, so I was impressed they had one in stock. read more

I bought some ski boots at the Outlet after a friend recommended them. I had a different fitter (the other no longer works there) and did not have a good experience. In the store it felt okay so I proceeded with the non-refundable purchase. After skiing a few days in Utah, I visited a boot fitter there who made the discovery that these are one complete size off! I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing. Now I've got to sell these online for a steep discount and eat the couple hundred buck difference. Thanks for nothing! read more

When you walk in to St. Bernard Sport's, it is quite amusing. At first you see all of the beautiful ski and snowboard wear, seriously high end expensive stuff, and the little "resort wear" area of loud, neon Lilly Pulitzer clothes. Then in the back, there is probably the best selection of flip flops in town, and Uggs and all the other usual suspects. They have have everything you need for a trip to the mountains, including a full service shop for skis, snowboards and boots. My husband has his board tuned up and I had custom insoles made for my ski boots and they made a world of difference. Kudos for that. So, where does the amusement come in? Well, given the fact that this shop sits adjacent to Highland Park, the typical customer is quite snobbish and sophisticated. Then, when asking for help the employees are "like, yeah dude, that is totally sick, man". These dudes and chicks bring a little Colorado to HP and the oxymoron makes me smile. read more

Where to begin? This place is an institution in Inwood Village. Saint Bernard is my go-to for Yeti's (they had them since before they were cool), men's shirts and accessories (especially Belroy wallets and Peter Millar shirts), and all winter gear, especially Patagonia. The folks at the store will help you find exactly what you're looking for and even some things you didn't know you needed. If you play your cards right and swing by on a weekend day where they have an event, you might even catch a food truck, burger guy, or delicious coffee, ice cream, or beverage tasting - on the house. It's not uncommon to walk in the store and see a live performance of a bluegrass band or 1310 The Ticket. You never know what you'll leave the store with and you'll definitely feel like you're part of the Saint Bernard family. In an age where at some stores you feel like just another customer, Saint Bernard does it right and makes it easy to see why so many people come back over and over and become converts after the first trip. read more

This is the best fitting pair of jeans I've ever owned! 4 stars because they don't have all the latest ski gear. I need some custom fit ski boots. read more

This is a review for their online store. I'm happy I'm able to shop here, even living in Seattle. I'm petite, so I have the HARDEST time with finding pants, especially anything athletic. The ski pants I've had since high school got a hole in them this season, so I was forced to look for new ones. Very few places, even online, stock a Women's 0P/short pant (and it might still be too big), so KIDS pants it was! I had NO idea what kids size I was, but St. Bernard Sports' great selection and free shipping/returns made it easy to find the one! Some were too Michelin man or obviously for kids, but I ended up with the Burton Elite Cargo, size L, in a gorgeous navy. So yes, I am a "large" kid... I probably racked up some bad karma with all the ordering and returning I did, but hopefully this positive review helps this store out. Go shop here! The SETTING: 4 visits over the last 18 months, usually to prepare for trips abroad. The STAFF: 4 Stars - Down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy! The SELECTION: 5 Stars - If you are a preppy dresser, this is a one-stop shop. Seriously. The days of taking trips to Polo, Brooks Brothers, Southern Tide, North Face, etc stores is over, just come here. They have decent inventory turnover, so lots of options to choose from, lots of colors, and they are the only store that doesn't seem to suffer from "sold out of medium but still have plenty of XL's left"... The PRICE: 3 Stars - They kind of have sales and clearance here, but, shocker, the best stuff is full retail, and it's not cheap compared to the alternatives. You won't see any "outlet" pricing here, but considering its location, that's no surprise. The Bottom Line: Excellent retail store for guys and girls that like the preppy clothing style, not clogged in a mall, with convenient parking and friendly sales staff. If you are looking for these types of clothes a season late and on sale, probably better to check consignment shops or outlets. read more

This is one of those rare "ski boutiques" that you'd think has no business existing in a moutainless Dallas, but they've been in Dallas humming their little business for I believe over 20 years now. Their angle is above average (mayhaps better then REI?) quality ski gear, with an emphasis on fashionable ski gear. Sure they have North Face, but they're more geared for the snow bunny Obermeyer "looks great and works well enough" faire. In the summer they offset things with swimwear. Again, above average labels and along with that above average prices. But still, quality stuff. I get the feeling this is a scene for Dallasites from the more affluent side of life. They have another location that's an outlet, but I haven't been there so I don't know how the prices compare. read more

After receiving no help I finally approached the front desk and asked who the young lady working the men's department was. I do not recommend Alex in the men's section. I have been a loyal customer for years, and am extremely disappointed to have been treated the way she treated me. This is a dishonest company that uses bait and switch tactics. They attract customers by claiming to price match with any item that is the exact same make, model, color, and size. They claim to do this so long as any competitor with a lower price is not running a promotion on their items. I finally spoke to John, who was unapologetic and rude. According to him, they never had the item. They collect your money then get it from another party and send it to you. I have never physically been to St. Bernard Sports, but I recently placed an ONLINE order with them for a Kjus Domain ski jacket. St. Bernards offers free 3-day shipping, but my jacket got from TX to Miami in only 2 days and when it arrived it was exactly as described/pictured on their website. The jacket was in pristine condition and is absolutely awesome! And ordering online was no problem. In fact, this is a rather pricey ski jacket that St. Bernards had on sale towards the end of the ski season and even though I applied an additional online promotional code to my purchase, St. Bernard honored it with no problem. Best store in Dallas. From Lacoste to RVCA to AG. I eat at Bread Winners across the parking lot and always seem to end up at St. Bernard's dropping some cash. In the winter it's where I get my Arcteryx and in the summer board shorts and regular shorts. I love all the brands and the shoes are pretty rad. What store carries James Perse and Quiksilver right next to each other. I wish they would open one in Houston so all my buddies could enjoy as well. read more
