Great little boutique in Inwood Village! They have a variety of sizes usually and are constantly re-stocking as items get sold.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one truly matters…read more About 10 months ago, I lost my mom, my dad, and my two nieces in the July 4th floods. It was a devastating time, and I was surrounded by incredible kindness from people in my community. One of those people was Marybeth--someone I had never even met. A friend of mine went into her boutique on Lover's Lane and shared what had happened. Without hesitation, Marybeth put together a gift basket for me. She filled it with beautiful items, wrapped it with so much care, and quietly sent it along. She never reached out, never took credit--I truly believed my friend had put it together. In the depths of grief, I kept that basket nearby for months. I wasn't ready to open it, but it brought me comfort just seeing something so thoughtfully made. When I finally did open it, I was overwhelmed by how generous and beautiful everything inside was. Months later, I happened to walk into her boutique and saw a sign honoring Camp Mystic and the girls who lost their lives. I shared that I had lost family in the floods, and that's when Marybeth gently told me that she was the one who had created the basket. Even then, she said it so quietly and humbly. That kind of compassion is rare. This is not just a boutique--it's a place run by someone with a truly kind heart. If you're looking to support a local business that genuinely cares about people, this is it. I will never forget what she did for me.

Marybeth does NOT stand behind the clothes she sells. She won't return your phone calls.read more

This was my first time purchasing from cabana canary and sadly it will be my last. I purchased a…read moreAnya Hindmarch handbag after doing a google search and stumbling upon website/store. The handbag was about 45% off retail. So it was a no brainer. I had never heard of this store in my life. The store was accommodating to my request to have the handbag expedited as it was supposed to be a gift. Unfortunately I was unable to use their 10% discount code for first time customers as the bag was on sale. Being the Holidays, I was hoping they would foot the bill for shipping as a courtesy since I could not use their promo code. This did not happen and I paid an additional 23.00 on top of the 14.00 they charged a new customer who was buying a bag over 500.00. The very next day after I received the bag it went on sale again. It was 176.00 dollars cheaper. I contacted cabana canary to request a price adjustment. I figured that this would not be an issue since most retail stores will honor price adjustments for items that go on sale within a 14 day period. I was told that since they are a small business, they can not do this. I requested a phone call back from the store owner ( Mary Vose). Instead I received an email from a store employee stating they would not do the adjustment. I am a big supporter of small businesses that treat their customers right. Sadly Cabana canary is another typical small store that does not care about customer satisfaction nor maintaining new customers. Their tactic is quite typical on many small businesses who will post on their websites " All sales final",. " No adjustments. " I cannot recommend Cabana Canary as for the reasons mentioned above. They simply don't care about customer satisfaction or maintaining new customers. They just lost what could have been a lifelong customer/client!

The first thing you need to know is that Canary has no signage. It's a nondescript whitish brick…read morebuilding. If you look carefully, you might notice the doorway is flanked by canary yellow paint. I guess the idea is exclusivity, but even by Dallas standards, I think having no sign goes a little far. That said, the store carries cutting edge clothing for women (got to the website for a list of designers), yet offers service like an old-fashioned boutique. . . .personal service, large dressing rooms, etc. My companion and I had a great time shopping there and left with sacks of very cool gear that we won't see everywhere on everyone. Our salesperson, Melissa, was wonderful--friendly but not syrupy sweet. I had the feeling she would tell me if the puce looked bad with my skin. Check it out! The owner, Merry Vose, first established another nearby popular store, Cabana.

St. Bernard wants their counterfeit back before they return my money! I'd rather ship it to the local FBI than send it back to the counterfeiters!!! Amazing! They still have my money and I'm stuck with a fake jacket. Updated - 4.24 Paid for 2025 Arcteryx Beta Jacket and received a 2017 Sawyer Jacket. Why would this company have 8 year old product with new packaging...? My guess: new management is making some BAD decisions. I would say bad "business" decisions, but based on the reviews, it seems likely, they're ignoring any core business principals and resorting to questionable antics. - allowing staff to treat people without --dignity and respect (great way to lose customers and better way to lose good staff). -Bait and switch (where are you sourcing 8 year old product in new packaging?- one can only imagine) -Rude behavior in store. Seems like the original owners are legit and they must have worked VERY HARD to earn the trust of local customers, growing the business and brand since 1978. I assume they are paying someone to manage the business , and they too, aren't getting what they paid for. Someone should let them know the person in charge is destroying what they worked so hard to build. - oh, and potentially blocking legitimate reviews on the website - I can only speak for mine: submitted , verified, and never made it to review page. The review page reads like google reviews: weird names, lack of specific content, ... you know
