I bought my niece a pair of boots she wanted for her 16th birthday in her normal boot size. They are way too big. I emailed customer service 2 times and got no response. I finally called the store today and was told even though they have the boots in the size she needs they will not exchange them or let me return them. Hard lesson for a 16 year old. Please read their return policy carefully before ordering. I find this to be horrible customer service and won't be shopping here again even though my niece had several other items from there on her Christmas list. read more

Had the best experience here recently! Went in randomly while in the area and one of the employees picked a few things she thought would suit my body type. I'm obsessed with the outfits and got a million compliments on them when I wore them. Also a great place for holiday presents! Been a big fan of Adeline for a while now. There clothes are at a good price point ($40-$100) and good quality brands. They rotate out their selection often which allows me to find something new whenever I stop in. Their clothes do tend to be geared towards more of the juniors look but don't let that discourage you when you walk in, I'm 24 and I can almost always find something great! read more

i cant even believe i have to leave a review like this but i ordered 18 items from this shop online during some big sale they were having and when i arrived to their lousy parking situation during rush hour traffic, i called and asked kindly if the bags could be brought to my car as i was stopped right outside the shop. the gal brought them to me and to my surprise it was just one bag but to be honest i wanted to get home after a long day of work. after arriving home, i noticed i was missing (2) "text me" buttons i ordered for game day as well as the "lovebug graphic sweatshirt", and the "as if crop blazer". i immediately emailed and reached out and actually ended up getting ahold of the owner, graeme about it. i simply said it must be a mistake and i would like to come back and retrieve the items which were forgotten in my bag. i didnt even ask for a refund, but just asked when i could arrange pick up or shipment for the missing items. please keep in mind these items were PURCHASED in advance online. graeme was extremely unprofessional, obstinate and condescending. she apparently has "footage" showing these items being placed into the bag though the footage has yet to be shared with me. they were not in the bag and graeme ended up back peddling saying the "cropped blazer" wasn't even in stock. unfortunately its theft and clearly she has no customer service or problem solving skills. this is not a situation i ever anticipated having to deal with from this shop, especially having bought items from here plenty of times before. i could go on but that is the gist. the order was incomplete and inaccurate but you will be blamed for it without any proof at all. save your money because i still dont have the items i paid for and will never get a truthful explanation read more

Cutest clothes. The girls in store are always so friendly and helpful and I also love shopping on their website. It's very easy to browse through their whole store and then you can just place an order to pick up in store which saves a ton of time! I also love that if a style is not available in your size you can choose to be notified when it becomes available. read more

Saw this store online and had such high hopes. Such a cute business. Got to the store and everything was cheaply made but the prices reflected. Everything was pretty cheap. I found a dress I liked online on their store so I asked to see if they had it in stock. They were super nice and looked in the back and they had it. I asked to try on 2 more dresses. As I was trying them on my boyfriend was standing outside of my dressing room. And he told me once we left the store that the brown haired girl and the tall blonde were complaining about me the whole time. And actually said something about how I was trying on "two many dresses". I ended up getting a cute dress but there were so my strings hanging off and the seams had so many strings hanging out. But if I knew that I was SUCH a hassle for trying on 3 dresses that were in the back I wouldn't of even went. Didn't know I was such a problem. read more

Can not find a cuter store in the Park Cities/Dallas area. ADORABLE. Every time I come in there are new clothes, affordable, and always up to fashion date! The workers are so nice and very helpful I've seen some repeats of dresses in other stores but Adeline's prices are always so much better! Cute stuff, however I bought a dress in store for 20% off during a flash sale, and that same day I found the dress on Adeline's website for 50% off. They claimed it was their mistake for failing to correct the online price, AND they refused to give me store credit for the price difference. Because the dress was on sale for just a few days, I could not return the dress to the store to buy online. Other stores would be happy to give any customer the price differential... Try these other boutiques: Hemline (just across the street) or Milk and Honey (my absolute favorite). read more

I've always been a really big fan of Adeline! The best time to go is when they have the big sale sign in the window. They do sale as good as just about any store. We hit the jackpot in the fall of last year with graduation dresses. If you know anything about Dallas graduations then you know that grad season equates to about 30 occassions and for a girl, that gets really expensive really fast when it comes to clothes. However, my mom and I stumbled into Adeline on one of those sale sign days and scored four dresses for $10 each and they have managed to be fan-favorites among my friends. Adeline is a good place for cute clothes that are somewhat in trend for decent prices. If you are looking for something to spice up your wardrobe then definitely stop by; I know that I've spent my fareshare of time in this boutique. read more

It's typically very difficult for me to find contemporary, simple, inexpensive clothes without shopping online. So when I went to Adeline, I was completely in awe. They carried many of the clothes which I had yearned for online, at wonderfully reasonable prices. I was thoroughly impressed with both their merchandise, and their staff. The girl who was there greeted me, got me a fitting room, and helped me find other dresses! As I went in looking only for one dress for an upcoming performance, unfortunately, I came out of the store with only one purchase. I do like this store I've been there a ton of times and I've even returned an item before with no issues. But right before new years I went a few places and found two dresses one from adelines and one from a different store and figured I would just return which one I didn't use. I ended up not using the one from adelines and went to return that one and was only able to get store credit on the item. I guess its my fault for not inquiring first before I bought the item but I'd never had a problem before so I didn't think to do that. Usually stores let you know if an item is not able to be returned when your purchasing the item. I even asked the girl at the front desk when this started and her answer was "since the store opened". Which is impossible considering ive returned something there before. Pretty disappointed but oh well. I guess always ask before buying. read more
