Super nice, normal and friendly staff who will do everything possible to ensure you have an ultimate experience. (No snobs on staff.) Today I drove 20 minutes from HP to go to this store specifically. (The Downtown and Northpark location are no where close in giving a great experience! Those employees are aloof, or on busy days - frazzled and can barely deal with 2 customers at the same time.) I was greated by a nice lady as I walked in who answered 2 questions I had. A few minutes later I passed her again and she offered to alert the cologne staff I was headed that way. Awesome VIP service to a unknown customer! (Nafise - you are fabulous!) At the cologne area, Geraldyne took 45 minutes to help me evaluate Tom Ford colognes. It was so fun - and there was a vendor rep who joined us and helped. I had a blast!!! So, they gave me 3 sample tubes of the Tom Fords I likes most. But then they pulled out 14 other samples of high end men's colognes!! They even included the #1 winner of the best cologne in the world too (it won the world wide FIFI cologne competition). Then I got to chat for 30 minutes with Nafise on my way out. Turns out she is on the management team and awesome to know. Personally, I've not had such a great Neimans experience in decades. I'll NEVER go to Northpark or Downtown again. I was trying to make a return at the Stonebriar location on November 28th, 2018 and I had my original receipt from my online order and another exchange receipt when I went to Express previously on my last visit to exchange the sweater I wanted to return on this visit for another size. This time I decided I wanted to just return the sweater because I did not like the fit of the exchanged size either. The employee first attempted to return the sweater and she said she couldn't due to willow bend Express having exchanged the sweater and marked the Exchange as "Exchange Only." She then went to a manager I believe or another more experienced employee. This second employee was extremely rude to me from the minute she started talking to me! She had a raised voice and attitude. She did not apologize nor offer any courses of solutions besides just telling me I had to go to Willowbend Express to fix this error cause it was there fault and that there was nothing she could do about at Express Stonebriar (this employee had dark black hair and olive toned skin). Overall, I had a terrible experience at this Express and I will not be shopping here anymore!

From my very first phone call all the way through picking out dresses and trying them on, she made the entire experience comfortable, fun, and personal. She constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed or wanted, and the girl is FUNNY! She was personable, sweet, knowledgeable, relatable, and just genuinely enjoyable to work with. When it came time to help me in and out of the dresses, she was incredibly delicate and attentive. I never felt rushed, uncomfortable, or like I was just another appointment. Ty gave 5-star service from beginning to end! The Frisco location itself was spacious, clean, and very well kept. I also stepped into the alterations area, and I was impressed with that space as well. I wasn't able to pick just one dress because the prices were mind blowing... they also offer military discount but honestly, after seeing how busy this location was, I understood why! What really stood out to me was the entire staff. Everyone we encountered had a positive attitude and was willing to help. And they were WORKING! There was nobody just sitting around with nothing to do. It was truly all hands on deck, making sure every bride who walked through those doors was being taken care of. I loved watching the team in action. Even with a packed store, they maintained great energy and made the experience feel special. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but having someone like Ty makes all the difference. Thank you, Ty and the David's Bridal Frisco team, for such a wonderful experience. I've visited this store multiple times - yet have NEVER been greeted. No one ever asks if they can help you find anything, start a dressing room or hold any items at the register while you glance around more. All standard in jcrew training from day one (unless this has changed). I'd much rather shop online than set foot in this store and I suggest you do the same.
