I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER shop here again.

The only downside is that the owner wasn't very friendly, and the other woman working didn't really love helping customers. The owner was busy working in the back room, with baby gate to keep her dog in the back, some people don't love that, but it didn't bother me. But a few times the employee needed to ask the owner a question about a different size, etc. The owner really acted like it was a burden to have to answer these questions. I was told by both of them a few times that they were named number one business for 17 years in a row, or something like that. That's a terrific honor, but I did not feel like the customer service lived up to what I was hoping for.

And I had asked an employee to see a few bags and put one on hold for me until my item was authenticated so I could use credit towards it and she never did... she walked away from me as quickly as humanly possible. I had asked to see a bag and said "oh it's so cute but there's a small stain" to which she replies with an attitude "yes, that's obviously why it's on sale." ???? No thank you! This treatment is not worth the "discounted" rates. Most of the bags are barely below retail. I won't be returning even though they do have great inventory. I bought a belt for my son at the outlet in Allen Texas and spent like $500 on clothing the same…read moreday. The belt did not last even three weeks, it broke. I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!
