I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!

For reference, there were more employees there than customers. Once I was able to get an employee to help, it didn't feel like he wanted to make a sale. I basically had to sell myself on the bag. The neutral - You have to ring a bell to be let in. I guess it makes sense, since the products are generally open to customers. This does prevent theft. But it still made me feel a little off... but overall I get it. The good - There was a huge selection and they had a range of pieces from all luxury designers. The piece I selected I have seen on other resale markets and I have determined I got a great deal. My bag has been available elsewhere for $200-300 more than what I paid for it. The staff was super helpful. It does get busy so make an appointment or you may be stuck waiting over an hour to get some help. I did NOT make an appointment (rookie move) and did end up having to come back about an hour later. All good though. When I did return, I was promptly seen and had a great experience. I liked it so much so that I ended up just asking for store credit and bought another bag! Oh well. So much for going here to make $ by selling a bag. I did do that but then I spent like 5x that trade in price on a new item. I guess I did kind of get paid bc I got such a great deal on the new bag? YES, that's the reality I choose to believe :).

Next comes to buying, I have purchased two bags and sunglasses here, but even that process was like pulling teeth. Everyone is always frowning at you. And I had asked an employee to see a few bags and put one on hold for me until my item was authenticated so I could use credit towards it and she never did... she walked away from me as quickly as humanly possible. I had asked to see a bag and said "oh it's so cute but there's a small stain" to which she replies with an attitude "yes, that's obviously why it's on sale." ???? No thank you! This treatment is not worth the "discounted" rates. Most of the bags are barely below retail. I won't be returning even though they do have great inventory. I called ahead yesterday specifically to ask whether this store accepted custom-made suits because another consignment company I use does not. The person I spoke with told me they did and simply said to bring them in. Today, I brought in four custom-made suits worth approximately $12,000. They were folded neatly and brought in bags. When I arrived, one employee greeted me politely and asked how he could help. I explained that I had called the day before about consigning custom suits. Another employee turned around and said, "It was me." He immediately and rudely asked what size the suits were. I explained that they belonged to my husband and I wasn't sure. He then said, "Well, first of all, you need to bring custom suits in on a hanger." I apologized and explained that I hadn't been told that when I called. His response was, "You didn't ask." That was the entire interaction. At that point, I thanked them for their time and left. Businesses are free to have whatever intake requirements they want, but basic customer service and professionalism cost nothing. Had I been told over the phone that the suits needed to be on hangers, I would have happily brought them that way. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for not knowing information that was never communicated to me. I also own a business in the same neighborhood, so I understand firsthand how important customer service is. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with respect, whether they're bringing in one item or several. The way I was spoken to was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily condescending. It was such a poor first impression that I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing my experience when customers, colleagues, and neighbors ask for recommendations regarding local consignment businesses. If this is how potential consignors are treated before they've even become customers, I cannot recommend this business.
