I have been wanting to come here and get fitted for a bra/bras for a long time!…read more Today, I finally did it! Wow! My sales gal Kelcee was fantastic! I always thought I was wearing the wrong size. As you ladies know, when the girls get uncomfortable, that bra has got to come off!! When you find that one bra that fits it's amazing. I ended up buying 3 beautiful bras. The support is great and wearing a good bra makes your clothes fit so much nicer. I never was charged a fitting fee. I ended up buying 3 bras. Maybe, that's why. Total was about 350$ with tax. Expensive, but I'm always worth it! I'm glad I finally took that plunge and wished I had done this years ago. They do have a 15 day return policy on items. The tags must be intact. Sale items are final. July 2023

This place is great, especially for those of us blessed with very large chests lol. They have a…read moregood selection & the store is kept clean and very organized. There is one person who works there, though, who could use a refresher in how to have a bit more gentle touch with customers, especially if those customers seem to maybe actually know what they're talking about when it comes to their own bra size. Ask them a few questions that 'only those who know would know'-- If they say they've been measured recently and know their size with surety, don't belittle them or keep trying to prove them wrong. Checking in and asking to try on a couple bras felt like the Great Inquisition. I get that they need to ask some questions, but if I know how to answer them & have all of my recent measurements, can I just try on a damn bra please--without being treated like I'm lying or like you need to condescendingly pat me on the head & prove that I don't know what I'm talking about? I am 48 years old and have been measured for bras by professionals and myself (using the abrathatfits calculator on reddit, which is a much more complete & invasive measurement than any bra store will do) multiple times over the years, including less than a month ago. I know what my size was 5 years ago, and I know what my new size is now. I know my UK size & my US size. I know what type & shape of cups & material fit me best and what types don't. I also have very projected, omega shaped bre@sts, which are difficult to fit on the underside. Almost never will a wire sit directly in my inframammary crease, unless the bra is custom made for me. I get that you don't want to waste customers time, want to prevent frustration, and also don't want to possibly damage your inventory...but if I know *exactly* what I need, can I please just try it without having to prove myself or be forced to have you measure me? I swear I am here to actually buy (very expensive) bras from you, not waste either of our time. Not all of us are bra novices. Some of us do actually know what we're talking about, after having to deal with our own giant tatas for the past 35 years. I vaguely remember this happening the last time I visited them at their old location too, I bet it was this same person. The second employee who helped me had a much softer, much friendlier "bedside" manner, and to be honest, I wish she'd been the one to greet me from the start, because the interaction with her left a much better taste in my mouth. Tbh I'm actually hesitant to even go in there again after how it went today, even though I walked out with some bras that fit very well in the size I originally requested. Buying nice bras for large sizes is hard enough, shopping shouldn't feel like this.

Best place in town to buy a swimsuit! There are other locations with the same name, but this…read morelocation had the best selection AND staff! They have a great selection of sizes (bust sized tops) and styles. The staff know the products well and will help choose the best options for you. I needed a new basic black two piece suit, we found one that made me feel confident, cute, and leave me with appropriate tan lines. I was never uncomfortable trying on the suits selected, their goal is to make you feel good about wearing the suit! Also, I have the CUTEST cover up from here, and get a ton of compliments on it. I'll be back this month to get another suit for an upcoming trip!

Tall brunette, sooooo friendly with amazing customer service skills! She knew what I was looking for and it was just a fast, pleasant and successful shopping trip! I was able to find three new tops and a pair of bottoms. This location is BY FAR THE BEST OUT OF ALL THREE! I'm unsure if they are all owned by the same person, but if they are, and you're reading this, you need to get your other locations to this caliber (PLANO). I drive the extra miles to come here vs Plano. The staff with friendliness and customer service goes above and beyond at this location and is why I will always come here instead of the others. Plus the selection is much larger. Again amazing staff, they are the reason for my repeat business.

Lands' End is the best wholesale retail brand in the United States, period; I am a quadrilateral…read moreamputee due to the infectious disease, Meningoccemia, which I contracted during the data collection phase of the cross-cultural GLOBE Leadership Study of efficacy of actual physical behaviors in decision making, which concluded that the most important things that managers can achieve is discerning what courses of action to support. As far as Lands' End clothing goes, I sort of "Grew Up" in the midst of a massive fight against the average stores, J.C. Penny, Sears & Roebuck, Inc., all competing with the other vendors, who are vying for a share of the market. Land's' End created value for consumers by using direct mail and the internet sealed the deal. Cheers. Mark C. Fearing, Ph.D.

Swim suit statements relative to retaining color is debatable. I wore a dark purple and hot pink…read moretankini top that faded significantly. For about a year, I participated in aquatic exercises in an indoor pool 2 x week for about an hour each session. I faithfully washed the suit using mild soap right after taking it off and hung it to dry indoors. When I took it back to the store to show them how seriously bad it faded, I was given $20.00. That was an extremely low reimbursement for such an expensive top. I now have (purchased 6 months ago) a black & white striped tankini top I purchased inexpensively from Kohls that is retaining the colors as when first worn. Do not pay exorbitant amounts of money for Lands End swimwear.
