i had the worst service from cashier JENN D. was super rude when i didn't realize that an item I found on the SALES rack was a pair. Then grunted me to go search where i had left it bc she put zero effort in doing so herself. Both pieces had SEPARATE pricing, so when i asked her if it was both of those prices added together she said yes. I then asked her if it was a paired piece, then why do they have different prices? Her response "because they are"...as a recommendation, clarifying on the price tag for PAIRED PIECES would be helpful. read more

Every time I come here, I am treated like I am both the biggest inconvenience they have ever experienced and also like I'm going to steal something. Great selection if you're a dancer ! Huge discounts on some clothing racks they have. They need more mirrors in the store. The have some in the dressing room and 1 or 2 in the store. More mirrors would help. Staff is friendly and attentive ! Love it here. read more

I came from FW on a recommendation and the selection of clothes, shoes, costumes was 10x more than any store I've visited (Prices were much lower than Fort Worth). Wow the SHOES. It's true the staff doesn't fawn over you but they answered every question I asked and no one was rude. They also don't follow you around as if you're a thief nor do they hound you trying to sell sell sell. We're all adults so if you need something just ask. read more

Honestly one of the best places in DFW to buy your basic dancewear! They have basics in EVERY COLOR and tons of designs, if you're a beginning dancer and have no idea where to start, this store is awesome! Has everything you need to start dancing and the prices aren't that bad at all. The Stripper Supply Store. The Exotic Dancer Emporium. The Jiggle Room Jitney. I could go on and on. When I was 22, I walked out of Electrique Boutique with a pair of patent leather pastel pink and white mary janes, 8 inch heel thank you very much. Only wore them once at Halloween when I was a Sexy Strawberry Shortcake. That was also the year I decided I would never dress up for Halloween as the sexy version of anything. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to purchase my outfits for work. First, the girls that work there are so nice and every time I have visited they have been so quick to assist me in finding an outfit and shoes. When I enter the store I am always greeted and asked if I need any help which is nice because walking in for the first time can be overwhelming. They have a great selection in dance wear and lingerie and even costumes. Whenever I need an outfit or shoes I send my girls there. Second the cleanliness of the store is up to par with the racks organized by colors and styles. However the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade and there is an odor upon entering the store. read more

It's always a fun trip to the EB when I am looking for something fun and out of the ordinary when piecing together an outfit for a theme party or just a fun night out. Do not come here if you want the employee's to fawn over you. They are very EMO and usually not very talkative. I have never found an EB store with employee's who actually like to help you spend your money. This location I have never felt uncomfortable and I know if I need any help I just need to wave and ask a question and they are always willing to help.. they may not seem excited about it though. LOL Not all the clothing is a great price. It seems the more I like something, the more expensive it is. But quality has never been a complaint and selection has always been good. This place disgusts me. I went in here looking for a Halloween costume. First of all the location is slightly sketchy so 80% of the clientele were too. Also, all the costumes are out on racks, not in packages so when you try them on you do not get all the accessories with them so you don't get the full effect. I felt cramped in there. I am fairly tall but even if you were 5'7 or taller you would hit your head on all the low hanging signs they have all over the place. I felt like I had to crawl around the store. Finally, the staff was rude and not helpful. Also, the biggest thing that deterred me was the fact that there was a huge sign over the cash register that says "CASH ONLY". This place is great as long as you are not ordering on line, then it's buyer beware! If your purchase fails to arrive, it's on you. You take the loss even though the shipment is insured by the store. DO NOT purchase from this business! At least not online. I have had the worst experience. I ordered the wrong item, and immediately contacted their "customer service" to cancel the order. No one answers the phone. I emailed them, but they claimed it was already too late to cancel the order (less than 12 hours after placing it). However, it took TEN DAYS for the order to actually arrive! They charged me over $9 to ship a two ounce package through the crappiest postal service ever. Once I finally got it, there wasn't any order or company information inside - just the product. Now I come to find out that they only allow 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. I never even wore it because it arrived too late. Screw this place! The fact that customer service never answers the phone is reason enough to avoid it. read more
