I just adore this independent, woman owned lingerie store. In town, make a point to stop by. I always find something I didn't know I needed. In addition to ladies garments they also carry some really wonderful men's underwear from BN3TH. My husband's favorites are the classic collection. Super soft and oh so fun. You can go with the basic solid color or one of the mini patterns that are available. Customer service is top-notch. Whether you need to be fitted or would like to shop on your own. Came to Bella's Bra Shop after failing to find a good fitting bra at Nordstrom (tried on about 20). Bella assisted me and the very first bra she brought me fit absolutely perfectly and was just what I wanted. She assisted me in also finding a sports bra and once again, the first one she picked for me was perfect. I walked in and she asked "how can i help you" i said "i need a miracle!" i needed a strapless bra to wear along with my birthday dress the next day, i had no other options and NEEDED to find something. The way that Bella rescued me in 2 try ons? I had such a great experience here yesterday. I had not been fitted for a bra since the 1990s. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately assisted by a lovely young lady named Lauren. Believe it or not, the very first bra she brought me fit me perfectly. I went on to try several others and I ended up purchasing four bras (two of which were on sale!). It was astonishing how Lauren just took a few quick measurements and knew exactly what was going work for me. The staff all made me feel incredibly comfortable and I just had such a wonderful shopping experience (and I usually HATE clothes shopping of any kind!) This place is a must if you need a bra fitting. After having a great experience here I decided to bring my sister so she could also have that experience. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and asked what you need help with. Bra fittings take approximately 45 minutes so they can measure you and help find the right bra for you. The bra fitters do a great job of making you feel comfortable and educating you. My sisters bra fitter Carmen really went above and beyond. She was very through with finding the right bras for my sister. She listened to her wants and checked in after each bra she tried on to make sure it was the right fit for her. We were there until after 7 and not once did she make us feel rushed to leave. I can't remember who did my bra fitting, but she was also great. Not only did find out I've been wearing the wrong bra size, but I also learned about bra care and the correct way to put a bra on. This store feels very inclusive and body positive. They have sizes that you don't normally find in other stores and a variety of styles to choose from to help meet your needs. I highly recommend this place. read more

I found the Bella Bra Shop after searching on Yelp looking for a new bathing suit. I have to agree with all of the other reviews - excellent customer service and a great variety of swim tops and bottoms available separately as well as lots of one piece options, reasonably priced as well. The hardest part was finding the shop. I put the address in my navigation system and drove right by it the first time. It's set back in a U shaped shopping center. Just go slow when you approach the address and pull into the parking lot. I was greeted warmly, asked if I would care for a bottled water. I felt like I was visiting a friends home! I tried on a couple of swim suits but didn't find one that felt like it fit me just right. OMGoodness! My visit to Bella Bra Shop today was not only absolutely worth the drive down from Denton, it was also the most WONDERFUL BRA BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! If you're in driving distance of this store and need a bra don't bother wondering IF and GO! I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction in 2021 as part of my breast cancer treatment and I had been putting off getting professionally sized for new bras until today. Now I'm so glad I waited, because I couldn't possibly be happier with my Bella Bra Shop experience!!!! When I arrived Tamesha greeted me with a warm smile and a sincere and friendly welcome to the shop. She did my bra fitting quickly and efficiently. And the size she suggested matched right up with the bra sizing calculator I used online prior to my visit. Tamesha offered me a water bottle and ushered me to a well lit, roomy fitting room with plenty of room for me to sit down, hang my purse and jacket. Once I was settled in the fitting room Tamesha brought lots of different styles and colors of bras (and a few matching panties when I requested them) to the dressing room for me to try on in my new size. I didn't have to wander the store myself at all. Tamesha took such good care of me that I felt like ROYALTY! Every bra and panty I tried on were fantastic quality made with fabrics and detailing that were both comfortable and beautiful. Tamesha checked on me with each different bra to make sure the band, cups and straps were all fitting correctly, always letting me know which styles she felt were the most flattering for me. Bella Bra Shop has bras in a delightfully wide range of prices from the $20's up to the $100's, with generous discounts for buying multiple bras and multiple panties too. I was able to purchase more bras and panties at Bella Bra shop than I would have been able to get for the same amount spent in other stores where I have previously purchased lingerie. I also met the shop owner, Nicole who was just as welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable as her sales associate. My initial experience was nothing short of wonderful - so it seemed. I was "fitted" and purchased $370 on bras. I went on a business trip and brought the 2 most expensive bras with me. They gaped on the sides and the band was so large it showed through my shirts. Apparently the way she moved me around was to present a good fit. I went in today to get them altered as she said in a year if stretch they could do that. I'm at the register purchasing another $200 worth of swimsuits and was told they were only going to charge me for one of the alterations but was responsible for the fee for one of them. Only $12, but you would think on a $100 bra and keeping customers happy in spite of their negligence would not stoop so low. Furthermore, they ask for tips! read more

Had a baby in January, finished my nursing/pumping journey, and desperately needed some new bras. Needed to get out of the nursing/pumping bras. Considering this and that it had been a while (long while) since I had bought a new bra I wanted a good experience, some real customer service. Enter Bella Bra that showed up on my Instagram. I had it on my list for months to visit and finally was able to come from McKinney. Immediately greeted, a fitter was available, and tried on so many different bras! My fitter was knowledgeable and nice and provided a great shopping experience (and anyone who has bought a bra knows that it isn't always fun). I left with four bras and will surely be back! Staff was welcoming and friendly. I have some specific trouble areas that haven't been well addressed with other bras and styles. They were able to bring me several options and were able to find the best fit for me. After we found the best fit, we were then able to find a style that suited my needs. They were both knowledgable of the bras available to suit my shape. The store itself was well organized, spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend. The price was within the high end of other bras sold at a department store. I spent an additional $20 over what I would have paid to have a perfect fit, well worth it. I was able to avoid the discouragement and time spent in a department store trying on bra after bra and not finding a perfect fit. No more gaping areas! No more lack of support! I cried in the fitting room ~ it was that wonderfully affirming of an experience! I think nearly all of us gals are tolerating poorly fitting bras and I know it to be true for me now that I've been properly fitted. My bras ranged from frumpy spillover to non-supportive, with gaping cups. Now I've got a practical t-shirt convertible racerback bra, a supportive exercise/hiking bra, a sassy and sexy bra, and a pretty yet supportive bra that makes me glad to harness 'the girls' for any day's activities. I lost 35 pounds and I suspect 28 of those was from my breasts: My boobies were definately "underrepresented in my bra cups." I went to Bella for guidance and they delivered! Unlike Victoria's Secret they don't specialize in 20 year old supermodels, which I am not. Stellar customer service and my fitting specialist, Tamesha, was accommodating and knowledgeable. I was able to try on and purchase the best-fitting, most comfortable bras I have ever worn in my life here. I have fairly small breasts and was able to walk away with three bras that I absolutely LOVE. This has never been the case at big undergarment stores, i.e. Victoria's Secret. You cannot go wrong here: prices are reasonable, associates are lovely, and the store is clean and welcoming.
