My boyfriend and I had wanted to go to Allen Premium Outlet. I was thrilled that there is a Gap outlet there. For years, he has teased me over the fact that 80% of my wardrobe is from this store. Ever since I lost a bunch of weight and could actually fit into Gap sizes that used to be capped at a size 16, I have been a fan. Additionally, I am the same size at Gap and its sister stores, Old Navy and Banana Republic, so it makes shopping a breeze. We walked into this store and I was in heaven. I don't know what happened to him. I just kept looking at the lovely selection of jeans, cute t-shirts, and more. I was thrilled with the sleepwear section. I found shorts that were on sale for $7.99 a pair. There was a sale going on to get an additional 50% off, so these shorts were going for $4 a pair. I tried them on in the change room and they fit perfectly. I scooped up three pairs. The change room was bright and clean. I had no problems finding one, trying these shorts on, and more. I also found a pair of camo shorts for the summer. They were incredibly comfortable and were going for $5. Yes, please! My boyfriend doesn't tease me about my Gap clothes anymore. I don't tell him that Gap is fabulous. He just looks at the prices and styles, and picks out items that he likes. He found a pair of GapFit shorts. He tried them on and loved how lightweight their were. He got them for $5. He wore them back at the hotel before heading down to the gym. They looked comfortable and good on him. Staff at this store were friendly. I had a cheerful person cash me out. The one helping him out was chatty. It was almost like he was telling her his entire story about living in Canada! I love this store. It offers great deals on clothing. (67)

I've visited this store multiple times - yet have NEVER been greeted. No one ever asks if they can help you find anything, start a dressing room or hold any items at the register while you glance around more. All standard in jcrew training from day one (unless this has changed). I'd much rather shop online than set foot in this store and I suggest you do the same.

From my very first phone call all the way through picking out dresses and trying them on, she made the entire experience comfortable, fun, and personal. She constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed or wanted, and the girl is FUNNY! She was personable, sweet, knowledgeable, relatable, and just genuinely enjoyable to work with. When it came time to help me in and out of the dresses, she was incredibly delicate and attentive. I never felt rushed, uncomfortable, or like I was just another appointment. Ty gave 5-star service from beginning to end! The Frisco location itself was spacious, clean, and very well kept. I also stepped into the alterations area, and I was impressed with that space as well. I wasn't able to pick just one dress because the prices were mind blowing... they also offer military discount but honestly, after seeing how busy this location was, I understood why! What really stood out to me was the entire staff. Everyone we encountered had a positive attitude and was willing to help. And they were WORKING! There was nobody just sitting around with nothing to do. It was truly all hands on deck, making sure every bride who walked through those doors was being taken care of. I loved watching the team in action. Even with a packed store, they maintained great energy and made the experience feel special. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but having someone like Ty makes all the difference. Thank you, Ty and the David's Bridal Frisco team, for such a wonderful experience. Definitely 5 stars from me!
