With my most recent visit, after walking in and browsing for a few seconds, I was offered help (which I desperately needed). The staff is super knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!

This time I learned she has been feeling nauseous as she was put on speaker phone during my checkout. Rude and stand-offish is how I would describe my overall experience here. Was never asked if I needed help with sizing while trying things on and had to come out half clothed to get another size. I went to the car and saw she overcharged me for a sweatshirt. I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER shop here again.

I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag. Not sure why they are so critical to the people literally bringing in all of the items they need to run a business.

Shoes are boring same in every other "boutique" and dresses always have a weird neck line or big pieces missing or too short. Come on get some class. Also the Jeans now days sometime a miss too.
