I like coming to Allen Premium Outlet Mall every once in a while. It's fun because hubby and I can split up and go to the stores that we each want to visit. The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all. read more

Parking is tough, plenty agree, but you have to take the good with the bad. It has all the good stores, and they get fresh product all the time. It's a great place to get your steps in, enjoy time shopping with friends and family. The parking might be addressed in the next year, who knows, but Allen Outlets are always a good time for me. I love going to Adidas and Nike especially, and I almost bought a suit in one of the other stores once, good selection on those. read more

So, I haven't been here in YEARS. I moved away from the DFW and just recently moved back. I avoided the outlets because I was warned of the madness. All the parking lots have been filled in the middle with more stores. The parking situation is bad. The weird thing is, the stores are not that packed. That really tells me that parking is inadequate. There's no traffic control whatsoever. It's takes at least 20 minutes to pull out of your parking space and get to an exit to get on the surrounding roads. I hope that there are officers directing traffic and keeping pedestrians from getting hit by cars. Shopper beware! Not sure if it's worth the hassle. read more

I like Allen Premium Outlets a lot. There's a good variety of stores, with a lot of price ranges. There are outlets for Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Coach, Marc Jacobs, and Le Creuset, which are really nice. I also like that there's an Express Outlet and H&M here too. So what's the rub? The parking lot. This place gets a lot of traffic, especially on the weekends. While there is a lot of parking available, the traffic getting around can be annoying. Moreover, because this outlet mall is so big, it would be a lot of walking for someone to do on foot to get from one store to another on the opposite side of the mall. It's all outdoor too, so in the heat, battling the parking lot to re-park is necessary. read more

Decent outlet to shop but compared to outlets in NY and NJ, it's smaller. However don't let the size fool you. Depending on your choice of store brands, you can still find good deals. Remember to join the free vip club online for you can flash the coupon codes upon checkout in stores. Parking was fine and easy to find but maybe it's because I'm here on the middle of the weekday. This place is huge. We spent 3 hours and we only get to see a quarter of the outlet. The parking lot is pretty busy but we got lucky since a car was leaving immediately while we got there. We can't wait to go back! Take note that they do close early on Sundays at 6pm. read more

Spent four days in Dallas and hit the outlets up THRICE! There are more than 120 stores on the complex. Traffic is insane so parking can be tricky. Found a few pairs at Nike, a wallet at Coach, and a watch at Fossil. Will definitely be back! read more

I spent three hours there on Saturday afternoon and honestly could have spent longer but my nephew was getting restless lol 24 year old guys do not enjoy walking around in Miss A while their aunt peruses every little thing lol. Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Torrid, Le Creuset, Express, Reebok, Zumiez, Coach... there were other stores I wanted to go in but just didn't have the opportunity. So easy to spend the entire day here! Lots of good store selections and even found some good bargains for back to school for the teenagers, and new attire for the office. My favorite was Cabi! IFYKYK Since it's a good size outlet, wear good walking shoes or have a person from the group move the car from parking spot to parking spot to get closer to the stores you want to explore. This is a review of the mall management, not the individual stores. What a poorly laid out and managed shopping facility. The parking is nightmare and causes high anxiety for drivers and pedestrians alike. In high season the mall actually charges for parking in some areas. What a horrible way to pile on to an already poorly managed program. Additionally navigating the parking lot is a hassle and a challenge. My best shopping partner refuses to shop with me here unfortunately. Mall planners did not factor in how locked the property is and how impossible it is to exit and return to premises- and the resultant lack of food is outrageous. To top it off you can't make any healthy food selections at the few vendors available. Store owners are so variable one cannot count on which stores you can shop at per visit. Stores are more and more off brand as opposed to 'premium' as per the title. With more people shopping online, one would think mall management would try to make it easier and more welcoming to shop in person as opposed to the opposite. read more

This mall was a pretty cool spot during our stay in Dallas. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because we spent 30 minutes finding parking. However, the store variety made up for it once we had the chance to park. I visited a few stores including Tory Burch, Bluff City Soap, New York & Company, Forever 21 and more! All stores had sales (I love a sale). The employees at each store was kind. No problems there. The restroom locations are pretty hard to locate, but nothing to bad. I had a good shopping experience, I just didn't like how overcrowded it was. read more

A true Shopper's Paradise! I totally welcome and certainly appreciate the added shops with the newly renovated food court and restaurants. The parking lots were redesigned to be less congested. GREAT move SIMON! Parking is better. Yay! A way better design improvement. I was constantly planning my shopping ventures here during the week or late on Sundays to encounter fewer shoppers. There are numerous well celebrated red-carpet couture design shops featured at this premiere outlet. Without question, it is definitely worth your time to plan a visit to Allen, Texas. I recommend Sundays to enjoy a stress-free afternoon of shopping. Fewer shoppers equals Less traffic! With that comes more open parking options near storefronts. Easy in and out. Perhaps folks are home watching their favorite NFL sports team on this beautiful Fall day. The newly designed food court, as I mentioned previously, is now centrally located and surrounded with couture shops too. Much improved. Before the renovations, the food court was oddly placed, in my opinion. In a far corner of the shops which wasn't worth the extra effort or parking hassle to visit. Food and restaurant options are far better now! :D I highly recommend Allen Premium Outlets for great deals. It's very easy to spend an entire day here - so be prepared . LOL. I've visited the outlets a few times (most recently, about 6 weeks ago) - and it's hard to leave without finding something. Although, admittedly - some stores sincerely don't pique my interest or have much good merchandise (in my opinion) - but I've shopped at at least 5 different stores here. I mean who doesn't like a trip to the outlet mall. Well I'm in this neighborhood and I for sure have this perk of shopping. Love love the Allen premium outlets, has most of the brands here and makes a great shopping experience. Tori Burch, coach, Nike, adidas, michel kores, Kate spade, gap, H&M, and more! I usually love to make a trip for my personal shopping, to buy gifts and sometimes I just take a stroll at random times. Ample of parking! Starbucks is an addition. They also have a burger place if your hungry. And kids too have some fun coin games/rides just outside the stores. read more

I can find better deals in the non-outlet version of the store. I was browsing and for example 2 dress shirts at brooks bros FACTORY store for 150 is ridiculous. Even the pacsun outlet was buy one full price and get one 1/2 half with full price being normal store prices.. finish line had a pair of shoes for $130 that you can buy online through Nike for $100. Almost every store I went to was more expensive then the normal version store. I guess that's why they are Premium outlets. read more

4 Stars for October only. The Premium Outlets are a National Chain in numerous states. I was once a huge fan of the deals at the Premium Oulets (a few years back). Now I go in, and I'm typically in price tag shock (lol). Don't they know it's an oulet mall where patrons expect a deep discount? Good Grief Charlie Brown... Every store has Gucci price tags (dang). However, in the month of October, the deep discounts you'd come to expect, actually exist 50% to 70% discounts, usually around Columbus Day (ask your retailer). In addition to the store discount, when you go by Customer Service and make a $10 donation they give you a pink flyer for the Susan G Komen Foundation (benefits Cancer patients and survivors), you can get an additional 25% off purchase of one item (typically). As the years go on every store isn't participating, and stores have changed the eligible items for discount. But, it's a great way to donate and get a significant discount. They have everything here... great prices and great deals. It's an outdoor outlet mall. And you gotta look out for deals.

Lots of stores, lots of deals, you just need to pay attention. Just because you're in an outlet store doesn't mean the price is all that great. But for the most part the prices are lower and the deals are good. This outlet is nice and clean with multiple bathrooms around the complex that are easy to find. read more

Out of state review - the stores in these outlets are larger and have way more selection than other outlets I've been to all over California. I came here on a Tuesday night. There was plenty of parking space and stores were not crowded. The selection of shoes, clothing, and purses at Nike, Adidas, Aerie, American Eagle, Coach, Michael Kors, and other stores exceeded my expectations and were neatly organized and stocked. If I had more room in my luggage I wouldn't have stocked up on shoes and clothes. read more

This outlet is a solid 3.5 stars. This outlet mall is outdoors. Naturally, my boyfriend and I went there when it was -5°C with the wind chill. It's pretty big. I'd recommend selecting which stores you want to visit and park in the middle of them, especially when the winds are gusting. We visited on a Saturday. Parking wasn't a problem, although it was busy. It took us a bit to leave the place. It felt like a maze. We got decent deals at Gap and Reebok. Wetzel's Pretzels made me happy. It can be hit or miss on deals, though. I love Fossil, but the newest sports smartwatch was going for $255 and there was only one left. It's a good outlet mall if you want good deals that you won't find at regular stores. (29) read more

We only saw three stores not open and reasonable number of cars/shoppers for weekday afternoon. We got great bargains at Jockey and Columbia stores again. read more

Loft has great petite options and Aldo has a ton of cute shoes. The only real problem is the parking. I had been looking forward to visiting The Cosmetics Company Store for months! I finally had an opportunity to swing by the Allen Outlets to check it out! Mind you, this was in the mists of the COVID-19 "stay at home" orders or wait....maybe the "shelter in place" orders....well maybe it changed to "face masks are mandatory" orders (including face masks for your dog--j/k ). Needless to say, it was a confusing time. How can I expect The Cosmetics Company Store to be open when I'm ready to indulge in cosmetics for an afternoon? I can't, therefore; I will not. From what I could see through the front window, this establishment looked organized and clean I look forward to having my first shopping experience there soon....during their adjusted store hours, of course! read more

Always a great place for shopping and whenever my wife wants to shop it's only place she wants to go. They so many brands and so far it is nicely designed. Although after the renovation they have upgraded the place because we have visited outlets a gear before. Now they have a lot benches installed after regular interval of distance and restrooms are easy to locate with the help of sign board. Also as compared to last year premium outlet have more options to eat now especially the opening of Starbucks at heart of place is really nice. Earlier they have very few choices. Parking is still a little problem but you will get eventually after sometime and some patience. Overall we always love to shop here and in future we will be. read more

Since they updated the layout, and parking, it is a much better spot to navigate and enjoy. The parking and pedestrian situation before was a nightmare, and kept my husband and I from ever really going. It's still a pain in you go on the weekends, but we go during the week when we have down time during the day. It's so much nicer without too many people there! Since the update they have added a lot more cool designer stores, and stores I don't usually see at the outlets, like H&M and Francesca's. They also got rid of the rinky dink food court they had to make space for stores, and now have actually restaurants in their center building. There is an Italian place, a slider burger restaurant, and some froyo and pretzel places. Much better since the upgrade, but still a nightmare on the weekends. read more

There was a line to enter the outlets parking lot. It took 20 min to find parking. The lot is a madhouse. I shopped at express and H&M -- these aren't outlet prices. They're regular priced. Lines are short Bc people realize it's still pricey and aren't buying. Stores are huge but I didn't find anything much. Not worth the insanity imo. read more

The customer service at many of the stores here is seriously lacking. I mean the employees literally avoid and ignore the customers. Perhaps the half empty parking lots in the early afternoon should have been a sign. I shop at several Simon premium outlets, Woodbury Commons and Orlando Vineland regularly. I've never had such a bad shopping experience and I wasn't going to beg any of those establishments to take my money. I went to the Dallas Galleria and had a much better experience. read more

I love this Outlet, has a great arrange of clothing stores and more! My favorite is the Adidas store and H&M, but the food here isn't the greatest in my experience.
