I'll start by saying the service here has always been impeccable, but yesterday was a heart warming and moving experience. I was assisted by Raina, who was nothing less than an angel. She was delightful and turned my bad day into an amazing one! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on all products, but she had a kind and warm heart that shined on her beautiful face. Liz, was equally as amazing. They both greeted me upon my arrival and stayed with me until I left with my purchase. These little ladies are an asset to this Coach location and I'm SO thankful that I stopped in there yesterday. I can't imagine why anyone would give this store a bad review. Coach is one of my favorite brands to shop at because their products are good in quality, reasonably priced and perfect for every day use. This particular Coach outlet store in Allen, TX carries a wide variety of items. The staff members are always helpful and courteous. I like that they have a person waiting at the entrance to greet customers. I've been coming to this store for several years now and bought all my Coach purses, wallets/wristlets from here. I love that whenever I've asked a salesperson for assistance with inventory or shoe sizes, they are quick with getting the item(s) for me. Most recently, I bought a quilted purse and two iPhone cases. They usually have good deals and even when they don't, the price is great especially for the products quality. The men's department has a nice selection of items as well. Coach items make a nice gift for men or women. It would be neat if they had a children's department! I've made purchases from other brands which are considered higher end but I still like Coach better! read more

I originally wanted to give them the lowest rating possible based on the actions taken by their staff. Could you believe that the manager said "wearing denim ruins your bags." After 13 days of owning a bag I came to see what were my options for a bag that to me seem like is a one in a million issue. When I showed the bag to the staff they tried to clean it for me and ruined it even more. The manager kept telling me that jeans denim ruins "coach". I honestly felt insulted and angered beyond belief. I called the Coach Customer Care. They were amazing, I informed them what happened and they too were shocked on the interaction between their manager and myself. Coach Customer Care did more than adequate service to retain my business. I'm actually quite versed in Coach being that I was deflowered by my ex many moons ago who had an unhealthy obsession with the leather goods (no, not like that!). Cousin and I came in here after not finding the right purse for her mom. Coach seems to get it when it comes to color, style, patterns, size. They smartly make a line with different facets, wish other stores followed suit. Even though this was all about my Cousin and Aunt, I was a bit tempted to see what they had going on for the men but I refrained. Staff were super helpful, in fact we were asked by a few associates if we needed help however gave credit where credit is due when we checked out. Came in with my family on Father's day, the store was not too busy and although i did end up purchasing a small wallet, the entire time the employees didn't offer any kind of assistance. Arrived at Coach to browse and purchase merchandise but was scolded for doing such. I did not receive service throughout my duration of my stay until I was yelled at for opening the drawers that were displaying more items (they were not enclosed and looked as though we could look at more products within). I got immediately yelled at and was informed in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner. If they had provided necessary service upon arrival and had informed us prior, this would not have been an issue. Even so, this behavior is unacceptable and made me leave due to the maltreatment. Beware, if you return something, especially bought online, it took over three weeks for me to get a return from an online purchase. I had to come up to the store twice. Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to pay off my whole credit card bill because the amount of return was still on my statement, even though it should've already been refunded and it made me pay a lot more expensive bill than usual. I was told I would be given a call and they didn't even bother to call me back when I first went back to see why I hadn't received my over $375 refund. I had to call them back constantly and was not even offered any kind of gift certificate for my trouble. Would never shop at the store again as I don't trust them to return my money. read more

Honestly the WORST shopping experience I've had at a coach store. The staff doesn't seem to want to assist you. I had to find someone for help. After asking one question they immediately walk away as if I may not have had any that follow. I assume they didn't want to help because I look young, which is just wrong. I bought 3 bags and jewelry. I spent over $400 and ask for a gift bag. I am told a gift bag is $2 bucks, which isn't much but should be free. After leaving and shopping at the other stores around where I had such amazing customer service. I was so frustrated I went to return everything. Upon returning I am not greated when entering the nearly EMPTY store with 8 plus staff member there. During my return the cashier didn't ask why I returned the items. I would've been very happy to tell. Even worst when the manager comes to approve the return and neither did she ask to save the sale. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!! They are seriously less then half the original price on all items. I bought a purse here or purses I should say,hehe, for myself and my 14 yr old daughter. i always ask for Marilyn. She is just great, helpful and inventive (thanks Marilyn for the idea with the tie and flip flops!) and she will help you find whatever you are looking for without being pushy. However, I went in and went kind of nuts! They had 50% off of the ENTIRE store and an extra 40% off clearance. I got something for my mom (a breast cancer survivor); something for my sister (who loves animal print); and of course, something for me (I like classic elegance). I found what I needed and headed to checkout. The cashier was not friendly at all. She asked me if I receive Coach emails. I told her I hadn't received one in a while but I wanted to see if there were any sort of email discounts. I headed up to the Allen Outlet mall with my fiance a few weeks ago to look for kitchen stuff and I got the best surprise EVER. We pulled in and there was a COACH outlet. We also had a coach outlet where I lived in Florida and I missed it alot - so much that I had to make a stop there whenever I was in town. My fiance first thought I had known about this new Coach outlet and this was a set-up (as in I was using shopping for kitchen goods as a ploy to go to the Coach store), but when he saw my excitement at this amazing totally unexpected Coach outlet in front of me - he knew that it wasn't a set up. This Coach outlet is a pretty nice store overall. They were having a big sale so there were lots of deals to be had and it was a decent sized store so they had a pretty good selection. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. Here is a word for the wise that every associate may or may not tell you: There exists in this store two types of Coach accessories. Those made for the outlet stores, and those that came from Coach retail shops. If you don't care about whether you are carrying an outlet bag or not then no worries. The handbags from the retail stores usually come with the dust bags. No matter which you choose you'll find that you can save 50% or even more on real coach accessories. I'm not a big Coach store shopper but I've been in a few times. I feel way better about the state of my bank account knowing my spouse went to the outlet to buy a new purse or wallet than when she goes to the regular Coach store! I guess a lot of the merchandise is "last year's" models but the savings are massive. Coach also has more than women's purses and hand bags. Yes the prices are good, but it's always SO crowded in there no matter what day or time it is. People get all vicious like the sale will only last one day. (they're pretty much the same prices every time) If you get a 20% off coupon in the mail, don't feel like you have to rush before the expiration date because they always give me the same coupon when I walk in. I would not buy anything from this store. I bought three pairs of Coach shoes there and the interior started to break up terribly after a few wears and were no longer wearable. I took the shoes to the store and the gentleman claimed himself to be one of the store mangers was extremely rude. He serviced me somewhere in the middle of the store instead of cashier's register and told me this is normal wear and tear. He refused to offer any compensation. I went on a weekday during the day and it wasn't crowded at all. Very clean and neat. Lots of the prices are still rather high BUT you can deff get good deals here!!! I posted several pictures. My purchase was a medium sized sateen finish tan purse for $90ish and a brown and tan sateen wristlet for $53! I drove 40 minutes to get here and it was deff worth the drive, I will be going back for the silver/gray purse I've got my eye on. It's 30% off the entire store currently. read more

Good store, good prices. I do wonder how many people know that many of their handbags are ONLY made for the outlet and not of the same quality you find in the "real Coach store?" This information was confirmed when I asked and employee in the Allen,TX outlet. I own two bags that are basically the same style, one from the expensive mall store and one from the outlet, the one from the outlet has inferior detail and feels much lighter. Don't get too impressed with the savings, I think you are getting what you pay for! read more

Want to buy something as the gift for my relatives overseas, when first time go to the store, I asked if can take pictures, they said"Sure", come second time bought a bag. Third time go to coach again, want to buy a bag for my aunt, so try the bags and take some pics. Then a gentleman come to say hello with me, at that time a lady walked by and call the gentleman's name and said: told them no photo in the shop. The gentleman said: to whom? Lady said: Everyone in the shop. Gentleman said: why? Let them do it. Well at that time, the store only have 3-4 customers include me, and only me took the pics, so I guess she is talking about me. That's so rudeness. You never put any thing at the store said no photo, and I asked before if can, you said yes, but today what's wrong? I guess it's my lucky day. I didn't buy anything and leave. I am going to tell my relatives if they want TB or MK. There always a lot of choice. I love this Coach Outlet. I was able to find a huge steal while shopping here. All the associates are so friendly and they know good customer service! As soon as I walked in I was handed a 30% off coupon off my purchase, which was great because I did put it towards my purchase. The selection of bags here are great and the store is very clean. I'm not gonna complain that the bags are from the previous seasons, cause hey, it's still COACH! They also have shoes available, as well as hats and accessories like sunglasses. Luckily I was also to find the purse I had my eye on. It was marked down from $300 to $249. However, it was on clearance and marked down half price, so from $249 it went to $125. But with my 30% off coupon, I got it for $94. That's a great bargain for a bag that was worth twice what I paid for. I can't wait to come back here and shop again!!! read more

I know this is an "outlet" store but seriously, Coach is a pretty serious name in the high-end world. I walked in and the store is crammed with idiots who have to bring their screaming children in there and goofy teenagers playing some kind of a wrestling game right next to the merchandise and no one stopping them... gack. The line to pay snakes like the one at Space Mountain. Good markdowns and clean merchandise, though. I just wish they would remove the riff-raff, because it's fucking annoying. read more
