I was not taking any chances with these polos since they are for a long overdue vacation my father and I are taking to the Bahamas. The last two alteration shops I have used were worthless. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! Oking's shop, Best Dressed Man, deserves every accolade on Yelp, and I don't say that lightly.

It's inside Willow Bend and they have suits and pants and jackets and whatever else you need to look like a fancy Country Style Gentleman or a Manhattan stockbroker if you prefer. They refused to measure him because he was not buying the suit in that store. There are no longer any regular Brooks Brother's stores where we live, they have all closed. I gather they were cordial to him, but refused to help. All I can say is Wow. Pathetic. I realize many stores are now forced to compete with their on-line business & the outlet business under the same brand, although I am not sure this is true for BB. However, refusing to help someone with something as basic as this. The guy at the outlet store (all that is available to us now) couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The employees at the Plano store denigrated the outlet stores, said they didn't know what they were doing. Customer Service is what separates the men from the boys. Plano needs to learn about it before they are the next BB store to close.

The Tailors Shop Staff are Terrible, I did take a suite and…read morepants for alteration, they literally messed them up, they did take my measurands and needed 3 days to get it done, when I came for pickup the suite sleeves was much longer that what they marked the fist time, they asked me to wait on hour so they can re-do them, the second time the sleeves was 3/4 In deferent in length, one sleeve is showing the shirt sleeve and the other is fully covering it for the other hand, the pants hem was 3", the tailor tried to convince me this how it should be done, I garbed some pants form the store and compared it to my messed up pants, the hem they did was more than double the standards. The Attending staff at the tailor shop and the front was just ignoring my complain and was willing to do nothing.

My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!

Good suit selection here, giving it 3 stars because I have a sensitive nose and the right half of the store smells very strongly for some reason.
