The ruffles, my God, the ruffles! The sequins! I was in heaven. Then I found that the store had virtually nothing over a size medium, and your girl is a comfortable XL/XXL. Disappointing is an understatement. The store is 92% size XS-M, 7% size L, and 1% size XL. I'm not exaggerating. Now, from an unbiased standpoint, the shop has a lot of great women's clothing, gifts, candles, accessories, and children's clothing. The prices aren't cheap so be prepared, but the items are unique.

I'd shop here again

I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.

Cute little store with cute stuff that Barbie seems to enjoy, located inside the Willow Bend Mall in Plano - and we we quite enjoyed shopping here with nice staff and yes, it's super expensive but a really solid product. Barbie says I have a solid product too so I guess me and this store are twins. They have a little bit of everything including some pretty spectacular and unorthodox jewelry which is expensive - but not nearly as much as if you went to Tiffany or Swarovski or something like that.

I'm glad I came to read these reviews so that I know I'm not just crazy. I thought the treatment id…read morereceived here was discriminatory because im young & Asian.. but after reading the reviews, I think the employees are just severely lacking in the customer service department. The first time I came in I brought 2 bags to sell and was nervous / had a lot of questions since it was my first time ever consigning. I ended up selling 1 but the process was not comfortable, and the employees (especially the blonde manager who is mentioned a lot here) were so condescending in their responses as if I was supposed to know their policies by heart before selling.... Next comes to buying, I have purchased two bags and sunglasses here, but even that process was like pulling teeth. Everyone is always frowning at you. And I had asked an employee to see a few bags and put one on hold for me until my item was authenticated so I could use credit towards it and she never did... she walked away from me as quickly as humanly possible. I had asked to see a bag and said "oh it's so cute but there's a small stain" to which she replies with an attitude "yes, that's obviously why it's on sale." ???? No thank you! This treatment is not worth the "discounted" rates. Most of the bags are barely below retail. I won't be returning even though they do have great inventory. They really need to clean up their customer service

The Rockwall location is a little bit more updated, and the customer service was very good. The Plano location had a really rough sales person. She wasn't very interested in selling, didn't suggest anything additional or offered to get me additional sizes, nothing like that. When it came time to check out, she jammed all of my purchases, five or six things, into a really tiny bag. I even walked out of the store, holding one in my hand because it didn't fit.
