The worst place ever for customer service and the prices are outrageously high. Bought earrings that I was told was one price and was rung up for a huge amount. I was in a rush and didn't check the receipt. Got home and was shocked at the price I paid. I brought it right back. They wouldn't take them back sighting policy over and over again. Then started to complain to other customers about me. Right infront of me. Horrible place. Never ever shopping there again.stuck with the expensive earrings that were too heavy to wear. I have been visiting this store ever since I moved to Plano from Atlanta in 2018. My wife and I have bought quite a few items from this stores and while the selection has been limited in terms of sizes but never a show stopper. I will admit that every time I have visited the store, the staff has been different but I have never experienced bad customer service ever. As a matter of fact every time someone has helped me out in finding the right sized article for me. read more

This is India's one of my favorite clothing store. Unfortunately today when we went to shop their system was down and we couldn't shop that we wanted to buy. As it's about 45 mins drive for me so not sure when i can viait them again. Shop is well kept, clean and lit. read more

The markup here is ridiculous...the clothes are extremely overpriced. A plain cotton dress is somehow $54. At Junaid Jamshed across the street, you can get an entire 3 piece outfit w/ embroidery/embellishments for around $60. They did have a promotion going on recently, but it was something like $10 off $75. So I asked the salesperson when would be the next time that they'd have a % off sale...they told me to sign up for their emails to find out. Clothing collections were good. Customer service was really bad. My sisters (out of town) and I visited the store to get some outfits , we were looking snd one of the ladies working there tells us to not touch the vlothes that are folded just look at the ones in the hangar and let them know if we like anything and she will get us the size. We said ok and continued shopping. After few minutes , she comes snd repeats herself and we had not even touched anything that was folded snd she did it two more times . My sis pulled a skirt n top ,and asked to try - she gave her the top n put the skirt back. She would not let her try the skirt. My sis asked for a different size and that lady yells out loud about my sisters size- which I thought was inappropriate. Then while I was waiting this lady tells the other associate that she was very strict with customers and was bad mouthing other customers after they left. I don't think I would return back to this place. They need training on how to handle customers . read more

Clothes for adults were trendy, kids collections were just handful, customer experience was pathetic, I was checking out some earrings that were inside a cabinet and I was almost yelled at by a lady staff, it was so bad that everyone inside the store looked at us, it was so embarrassing, I made sure I let this lady know how I felt, I would not visit this store for the experience I had, I do not know the name of the lady but she had a very short haircut, I hope someone can teach her how to treat customers well and what customer experience is all about. Over priced and the customer service is horrendous. I did buy a couple of shirts because I needed something for an event. However, I am well aware of the fact that I paid three times more. But that's not even what bothered me the most. I picked up a shirt from the folded section because I wanted to 'eye' the size. A sales rep immediately appeared saying 'you can't unfold these items just get the one from the rack' - well the one on the rack is 4 times larger! - I have never experienced this in any other store in the US. Customers come to shop and browse and as a sales rep that's part of your job to make that experience a great one and if that means you have to refold an item, do it! Then I wanted to try on a couple of shirts that were white. Another sales rep had the audacity to tell me to wipe off my lipstick before I could take the white garment inside! What am I ? A 5 year old kid?? I know to purse my lips when trying something on , I do not need to be told to wipe off my makeup. I had to show her how my lipstick was not going to come off so then she reluctantly let me try the item. Horrible customer service. Bought stuff this time but won't be returning. Go to the Pakistani store called Junaid Jamshedpur across the street. At least they know how to treat a customer. Fab India, you are a store in the United States of America. I visited this store when it opened a month a go. They have a reasonably good selection, however the prices are very high. The prices are more than double what you would pay for the same thing in India or from the Fabindia Indian web site. The Plano store has three overly eager sales reps who hover over you as you try to browse. It's extremely uncomfortable and very annoying! read more
