For reference, there were more employees there than customers. Once I was able to get an employee to help, it didn't feel like he wanted to make a sale. I basically had to sell myself on the bag. The neutral - You have to ring a bell to be let in. I guess it makes sense, since the products are generally open to customers. This does prevent theft. But it still made me feel a little off... but overall I get it. The good - There was a huge selection and they had a range of pieces from all luxury designers. The piece I selected I have seen on other resale markets and I have determined I got a great deal. My bag has been available elsewhere for $200-300 more than what I paid for it. So I definitely got a good deal. See photo for the piece I selected.

The staff was super helpful. It does get busy so make an appointment or you may be stuck waiting over an hour to get some help. I did NOT make an appointment (rookie move) and did end up having to come back about an hour later. All good though. When I did return, I was promptly seen and had a great experience. I liked it so much so that I ended up just asking for store credit and bought another bag! Oh well. So much for going here to make $ by selling a bag. I did do that but then I spent like 5x that trade in price on a new item. I guess I did kind of get paid bc I got such a great deal on the new bag? YES, that's the reality I choose to believe :).

I mean I think it's a contradiction in terms because scrubs and style don't really go together but if you are someone who needs scrubs and you happen to be in the mall at Willow Bend then this is the place to come because they have a good variety. They're not cheap but they're not too expensive and I don't see how they could be charging a lot of money for scrubs honestly. And they don't. So get over here if you need some scrubs. I'm glad I came to read these reviews so that I know I'm not just crazy. I thought the treatment id…read morereceived here was discriminatory because im young & Asian.. but after reading the reviews, I think the employees are just severely lacking in the customer service department. The first time I came in I brought 2 bags to sell and was nervous / had a lot of questions since it was my first time ever consigning. I ended up selling 1 but the process was not comfortable, and the employees (especially the blonde manager who is mentioned a lot here) were so condescending in their responses as if I was supposed to know their policies by heart before selling.... Next comes to buying, I have purchased two bags and sunglasses here, but even that process was like pulling teeth. Everyone is always frowning at you. And I had asked an employee to see a few bags and put one on hold for me until my item was authenticated so I could use credit towards it and she never did... she walked away from me as quickly as humanly possible. I had asked to see a bag and said "oh it's so cute but there's a small stain" to which she replies with an attitude "yes, that's obviously why it's on sale." ???? No thank you! This treatment is not worth the "discounted" rates. Most of the bags are barely below retail. I won't be returning even though they do have great inventory. They really need to clean up their customer service

The ruffles, my God, the ruffles! The sequins! I was in heaven. Then I found that the store had virtually nothing over a size medium, and your girl is a comfortable XL/XXL. Disappointing is an understatement. The store is 92% size XS-M, 7% size L, and 1% size XL. I'm not exaggerating. Now, from an unbiased standpoint, the shop has a lot of great women's clothing, gifts, candles, accessories, and children's clothing.
