Maria has great interpersonal skills, was knowledgeable, pleasant, kind, and available throughout my shopping experience. She made me feel comfortable and valued while trying to find products. While away, I asked Nia for assistance and although she was taking care of something else, she was appropriate and happily helped me. She too, made me feel comfortable, heard, and valued. Unfortunately, on Monday, they had to hold my items but they did so with great understanding. I returned today at 9:59A and it was a seamless process. Customer service was awful. They started off strong by greeting me inside but, once I found what I wanted one of the employees told me they would bring it from the back and I could just go to checkout. So as they said I did, once I got to checkout I gave my name. Then I proceeded to wait because they didn't grab it from the back like they said. Once they came back it was the wrong bag and they had to go back again. They finally brought the bag out I paid for it then left. Once in the car I wanted to check out my bag turns out they gave me the wrong color. I had to walk back inside and she did a return wasting even more of my time. They didn't apologize or anything. We didn't wait too long in line to enter the store. We were immediately greeted, sales explained, and made our way around the store. Everyone was helpful and customer service was excellent! Today was our first time visiting this Outlet and I was happy to see they had a TB store. Upon entering I was welcomed by a friendly sales associate, Crystal. She was very kind and helpful and answered my questions while assisting several customers at once. The store was very crowded and I couldn't focus. Decided to leave and come back before leaving the Outlet. When we returned about an hour later it was not as crowded and I was ready to shop! The entire store was 50-60% off!! Although many purses were calling my name I headed to the shoe area. Ty, the sales associate, was extremely helpful with getting every shoe I wanted to try on to me. She was attentive and never rushed me. I took my time and my husband didn't mind waiting on the plush couches. Love this store and happy it's nearby! read more

During my past visits to Tory Burch Outlet, my experience with their customer service has been below average. However, my most recent visit has completely changed my mind about them. Last Sunday, I went in to exchange a pair of shoes ordered online for a different size. These shoes were a birthday gift from my best friend and I had called the store earlier to make sure they had my size. As soon as walking in, I was instantly greeted by two people with a smile. I approached a salesperson named Eman in the shoe department who remembered me from past visits. She was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. I asked for her opinion on which shoe would be most comfortable and she was very knowledgeable to point out a few great options to me. The shoes were out for me to try on in 5 minutes. After trying on a few different shoes I made my selection easily. Fiona helped me with the checkout process, provided excellent customer service and made my visit convenient. She went above and beyond to match the price of shoes I picked with the ones I returned(since they were the same retail price). She knew it was my birthday gift therefore wanted me to leave happy which I certainly did. Tory Burch Outlet in Allen is a fairly new store which is extremely busy on holidays and weekends. This store is usually well staffed and now they've really stepped up with customer service. I've seen the manager going around making sure all the customers are being helped properly. Great job! So I wasn't going to write a review because there has never been anything life-changing about my experiences here - but then I noticed in my Yelp checkins that this store only has 2.5 stars and I wondered why. After reading some negative reviews I decided to take a shot at shifting the balance of power, so here goes... I'll just share what I saw today when I popped in to grab some shoes... RUDE customers ordering the staff around in the most disrespectful manner - and do you know what? They were fetching your shoes with a smile even though some of you were behaving like total assholes. Hello European tourist ladies, the word you're searching for is "please." As for me, I was in a major hurry and the employees really tried their best in the chaos, using my first name and even thanking me for picking up my own shoes when the overloaded sales woman put them on the table. That said, let me set your expectations - this is an outlet store in an outlet mall with something called a Dress Barn, and that my dear means a major discount - but no one will be serving you champagne and calling in your dinner reservations, so go be Queen for a Day somewhere else. My daughter bought me a purse for my birthday. When I got it, she said if it wasn't too my liking, I could either exchange or return for refund. She lives in Denver, I live in dallas. When she purchased, she specifically told them my birthday wasn't for another 6 weeks and would it be a problem to exchange/ return. She was told, "no problem. " she bought it as it was the only one they had and they weren't sure if they were getting more. When I received, it was smaller than I like, so I went to return and was told it was past the return limit. I told them what my daughter was told, and the clerk said, " they didn't tell her that. " I'm sorry, were you there and heard what she was told? After almost begging, they finally agreed to let me exchange, but only on the premise it would be a final sale. I'm so disgusted about how I was treated, I will NEVER go to tory Burch again. My daughter has said she to well no longer buy tory Burch. This is a really nice outlet store. It's 4x the size of the one in San Marcos. It gets packed here on the weekends so I recommend going during the week. They actually have a line roped off outside for when it gets too busy. They do one in one out. I went in with a friend and they had everything marked down from 40-50%. Some of it is their basic items you see on the website and the rest is outlet specific. They don't have many patterned styles. It's mainly their leather solid colored purses and wallets. The staff here is very kind and helpful. However it can be hard to get help if the store is busy. If you get jewelry or a belt be sure to ask for one from the back and not off the store floor. They'll give you one that has been untouched if available. Overall a nice store. I'll definitely be back! read more

so glad that dallas has a tory burch outlet. this place is great to shop around and look for special finds. it's hit or miss with the selection, but that's to be expected with an outlet. you're shopping from what's available. they have spotlight deals on specific items by the week/month and they're usually a pretty good deal. The best discount i've come across is when most of the items in the store are an additional 50% off. there's always a lot of people in the store, but the managers will limit the # of people in the store and during peak times there's usually a line out the door of people waiting to get inside. this is great because it allows the people inside to shop with freedom and they don't feel rushed or crowded. this location also usually has a pretty good inventory of items. there was one time my friend and i were in a tory burch outlet in florida. my friend wanted some sandals that were on sale, but the store we were at didn't have it in her size. i called the allen outlet and the representative took the details and confirmed they did have it! they don't hold items, but we were able to have a friend swing by and grab them before closing. read more

The staff is very helpful and friendly.... extremely professional, when asking a questions they are always willing to give an answer. At one point I felt I was being annoying as many questions as I asked......but at no point did I ever feel as I was being annoying as the representative would double check on some items for I. If possible I would give a zero star rating. My experience at this location was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. I attempted to buy a pair of sandals and was told I had to do a charge send order for the size I needed. I was sent a link three days later after my visit the link was invalid due to it being a expired. I reached out to Liz the associate I was working with and had no response. I was then sent the receipt to my email, which I had not paid for yet. I didn't want to receive free sandals as it would hurt the stores inventory and im just not that kid or person. I called up to speak to a manager and she said it was for someone else's order. A new link would be sent out ( Saturday now) and reached out to Liz to sort this ordeal out after not getting a link again. Afterwards when I was inquiring about what I needed to do to purchase the sandals I was ignored. After reaching out to her again ( Sunday) a week later now, she stated she could no longer help and had no solution. She said if she sent me another link I would be blocked from making any further purchases with Tory Burch. Overall, worst experience by the sales associate Liz. I cannot stand stores whose employees act as though they are superior to others - ESPECIALLY if it is an outlet! The snobbery is unacceptable. Aside from this, the store was decently busy for the middle of a weekday afternoon, the shoe section was a madhouse though. The prices of the pairs I looked at did not warrant the zealous shoppers. The few handbags I looked at didn't seem like the quality of TB purses I have owned in the past but I really didn't spend that much time inspecting them. Worst experience ever with Tory Burch store. Signage is misleading. Last I checked additional means added to..... Check your receipt before you leave. I have called several times today to get clarification about a purchase. When I asked to speak with Ashley the store manager, I was told no by the assistant Jonathan. I asked him to please relieve her for a few minutes so I can get clarification. He told me no and hung up on me. Still trying to get a hold of someone. I will update if I get any reply to my calls. Received a call from Taffy the district manager. She advised me she will be talking to the employees. I do not feel confident she will. I'm also working with a supervisor from corporate that is looking into how they will be handling the employees. As for the additional 40% off corporate is working on getting that done. I'm told the misleading sign will be taken down..... so I'll be there at 10 am today when they open to see if they took it down like they told me they would. SUPER excited to see a Tory Burch Outlet within driving distance. I didn't even know these existed! Inside, you'll find a bevy of Tory classics from wristlets and purses to shoes and sunglasses. I've been in twice since I found it and both times they were running promos. I will say, however, even at outlet prices and with sales you're still paying a pretty penny to walk out with a Tory Burch anything. I still haven't made a purchase myself since this would definitely be a splurge but it's a great place to suggest your SO buy you a Christmas or birthday gift this year! read more

I am a huge fan or Tory Burch. I own several purses, sandals and bags...now granted I shop at Nordstrom when I want my Tory fix but when I found out about the outlet right here in the DFW area I had to make that drive. And it wasn't worth it for this Tory Burch. 2 words...RACIAL PROFILING! This was the main reason of me even coming out there so of course it was the first store I went into. Upon entering NO ONE, not one single person greeted me. They all looked at me but no one spoke, told me about the specials or asked if I was looking for anything which is customer service 101! As I looked around and picked up a few items here and there, my friend that was with me was carrying a backpack purse (which was small not the size of a school book bag). She asked me to grab her phone out of it, so as she turned around and I unzipped it and handed her her phone I hear the employees communicating over there headset and one saying "got it we will keep a close eye on them." As I looked around the area I instantly knew they were speaking of us. So I went to the sandals and I picked up a pair I was interested in trying on. I stood there several minutes in hope that someone would ask me if I needed a size but nooooo no one ever did but they al continued to stare. At this point my friend said she was uncomfortable and ready to leave and I stated no because I wanted to get these shoes. As I started walking around with shoe in hand another employee comes and literally gets shoulder to shoulder with me as though to verify I was not indeed stealing. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. At that point I dropped the shoe and walked out and went and spent over $100 in Kate Spade where I was treated like a human being and wasn't being stereotyped based on my color. I'm not sure why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. The Tory Burch outlet in Allen is one of my favorite places to shop. Lots of variety, and the beautiful Decor you expect from Tory. They have wonderful merchandise with great deals on everything in the store. The staff is so friendly and works hard to make all the customers happy, even on busy weekends and holidays. They seriously work their butts off, giving great customer service while catering to every shopper. I love coming to this store and recommend you treat yourself and do the same. Before you make a purchase, make sure you are keeping it for good. Don't be in my situation where the manager on "ready to fight" mode just to make sure you get embarrassed in front of I know it's a long story, but I would never forget this day. On March 6, 2019 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my mom in black and brown, but the brown color did not look like how they were when I was inside their shop probably because of the lighting. My mom tried them on, the brown did not work out for her, so I took them back to return (she had them on for not even 5 seconds, and I put them right back to the box) on March 14 (8days) So, I went back (with my 4 yrs old son I just picked up from his day care, thought I just dropped by for a QUICK return). One of the front women cashier (I don't know her name, but she is white, blond hair, average body, thats all i remember) was trying to help me out, and as she was trying to proceed the return, out of no where, another employee (i don't know her name either, but she's black, short hair, tall, skinny but not too skinny,and calling herself "manager in charge") came out and started working on the screen next to us, she looked over for a sec and quickly looked at me, then at the lady was helping me out "oh, no we can't take those back".. then picked up the shoes to exam some more "these are worn, we are not taking these back".. she went on and on some more in a very strong and full of attitude voice.., i told her in firm that I did not wear them and she just shut me out by saying "you said your part, now let me tell you.." and she went on and on.. and keep saying "DON'T YOU GO THERE WITH ME, DON'T YOU GO THERE!!!!" (I swear I had not said a word after saying "no, I never wore them") I didn't know what to say but went shocked... Then she went on and on again and every sentence she said to me she making sure "DON'T GO THERE WITH ME" over and over I can't believe what happened there, it was 2 days ago and every single word she said now still in my head.. i could not even digest the situation until now.. these are exact every words she said to me in a bad attitude.. "you didn't wear it but someone else did" "this is worn and we're not taking it back", "there's scratch here and here", "there's something got on here", "im a manager in charger and I'm not taking it" "where is her bag, so I can give it back to her, we are not taking it back" "Don't you go there with me, im not taking it back" "no, no, no, DON'T u say anything else I'm giving it back to you" she even told the security guys "you, stand there" making sure I hear that, which I had no idea what was she trying to do.. my son was standing next to me the whole time it happened .. Long story short, after the last words she said to me "lemme show you what a new pair of shoes look like" and making sure the security guy standing where he needs to be, and she left to the back ... and after 5', not her, but another employee (this time was an asian women, long pony tail black hair, short) came out and told me in a very well manner that next time I should check the item before I pay, and went ahead with the return.. So, after embarrassing me in front of my son and everyone else in the store at that moment, making sure the security guy was ready to maybe "escort" me out.. she just went to take a break or what?!?! Or maybe she went to find the exact pair in a "new" condition like she thought she could find.. none.. what im guessing here is either they sold me the display shoes, or they got too many people tried on not buying them, or whatever reason there was .. because I trusted them and not checking them before i walked out there, I got myself in that situation.. My lesson learned, and thank you for making sure I'll never be back to your store for good.. not for that 30 mins embarrassing moment I never forgot WITH MY SON read more

Entered the store and thought it had good attention as we were greeted very nicely. As I was browsing for a new purse I began to be followed by an employee throughout the store without being asked if I needed assistance. It seemed very rude and discriminatory to me as I was the only one there being followed. Bad experience and won't be returning to this store. The staff was friendly enough, but my issue was with making a return. I purchased a pair of booties that I was not 100% percent on, but wanted to take them home to try with socks and a few different jeans - they were also a bigger size than I usually wear. The staff explained the return policy to me and said it would be no problem to bring them back if I changed my mind. After trying them on at home, I decided they were not for me but wanted to exchange them for a different pair. I could not have had the boots on at home for more than 5 minutes, but when I tried to return them, the Sales Associate told me they were scuffed and could not be returned. I asked him to show me what he was referring to, to which he pointed out a tiny line that was nearly invisible. I couldn't believe they wouldn't accept an exchange of the shoes based on that tiny mark. I understand that stores have to be picky when accepting back merchandise and should not accept anything back that looks worn, but this just seemed way to extreme, especially for an outlet. This store is completely unprofessional. I got a purse for which I paid over $300 dollars for and within two weeks my side handle broke. I went back in almost immediately later that week and the lady told them they would have to ship my purse to some vendor to fix it. Over a month later and ten calls on my end I finally talk to their store manager Gloria (who apparently is the only one who can discuss this with you) and she was incredibly snobby. When she told me the vendor said that they couldn't fix my purse because they didn't have the part, I said well I can get an exchange right? She then got an attitude and said well I'll only be here and Tuesday. I then go into the store and she says how they will not replace this ever again. She also implied I intentionally broke the purse. Why would I break a purse and then ask just for it to be fixed? What would the point of that be? Customer service is awful. They need to either have a more effective route for fixing pursues under their warranty or get more professional employees without the rude attitude. The store claims they have a one year warranty and yet I get an attitude and over a month of waiting for my purse to get fixed which it never got fixed. For the amount you pay I would go elsewhere. I get things get broken but to not honor and replace something you pay good money for is unprofessional. Also no need to be rude and strike an attitude with a good paying customer. read more

Beware of the very short 14 days return period. After the 14 days passed, they wont even issue store credit for you because as the sales is final after that. Very disappointed...Most stores usually let you have a 30 day return period and if your return is longer than that, they issue a gift card of that amount for you. I'm not sure why so many people have negative reviews for this outlet. I knew it was going to be busy, the Allen Outlets are always crazy, so I made sure to get there right after the store opened. I was surprised at the amount of inventory they had- tons of different purse and wallet styles and their shoes department is unreal. The only downfall is they don't stock traditional Miller sandals at the outlet. Other than that, everyone o interacted with was helpful, kind, and attentive. I'll be back. read more

This was my first time visiting Texas and I wanted to come to this Tory Burch store despite the negative reviews. As soon as I walked in it was busy and crowded but that's not what bothered me. I was there with a few family members that was standing near the door (not blocking it) because it was raining outside and they had my daughter in a stroller & didn't want to track up the floors and get them all muddy. An older heavyset lady walked up to my mother & my daughter in the stroller and says "I know you're waiting on your ride but you can't wait here, you're blocking the door". I don't know what made her even approach them seeing that there were other ppl standing in the same spot but on the opposite side, she didn't even say anything to them. & Not only did she assume they were waiting on a ride but she pretty much told them to stand in the rain with my 2 year old! I was just about to purchase a pair of sandals when I heard her in a yelling match with my mom, she was ready to fight. First of all her customer service skills suck big time! Second of all Tory Burch needs to hire all new staff members in this store! In my humble opinion I think the thrift store employees treated us with more respect. They should be ashamed of themselves! Not sure where they brought all these employees from. Also why all of the employees are oriental? And they are all fresh on board type with broken English. I was a little reluctant to make the drive to the Allen Outlets for the Tory store based on the reviews. Because I just needed a small black crossbody, I figured I could get in and out fairly quick, even with a busy store and rude staff, so I took a chance. My experience was very pleasant! Every associate I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Much bigger inventory than expected - bags, shoes, jewelry and sunglasses. Lots of great bags and all sandals were an additional 50% off that day, so there were plenty of customers in the store, but it wasn't at all difficult to shop. I'll definitely shop here regularly now, but will stick to weekdays. It's not a big space, so I imagine weekends could get chaotic. read more

I purchased a cross body here and realized it's way too small for me and they REFUSED TO RETURN IT‼ i had the receipt and it was literally one day later. Staff stated that it's not in "New and unused condition". I asked for manager, regional manager, customer service and still a NO!! This purse went from my car to my kitchen and back again. They state there is something inside the bag that won't come off/ like a white film. They made me feel like a thief and a liar. Stick to Nordstrom; This store not worth your time. My husband and kids wanted to surprise me with a new handbag. Spending that kind of money is rare but it's been a tough year and they wanted to treat me to something I've been wanting. We went in and not 1 employee would acknowledge me. The male customers near me were asked if they needed help but I couldn't even get looked at. I will admit I was slightly embarrassed to ask if the purse I had my eyes on was apart of the sale so I was hoping I'd be asked if I needed help. Didn't happen and I felt out of place so we left and went to Coach. Coach didn't have the style of bag I had my heart set on so my husband took me back to Tory Burch and we got the purse. The cashier was so rude! They were not busy at that time. She rang the bag up and I again told my husband he didn't have to do this it's to expensive and she said well the bag was $500., that's the only thing she said to us. Even my husband who was like dang she sounded rude. Ya I know it's more than half off but that purchase is a huge deal for us. The whole experience of buying a higher end handbag was ruined, I've had better customer service at Walmart. I guess I just thought shopping at a designer store would bring a whole new experience as it was my first designer anything. I'm thinking of returning the bag after thinking of the whole thing.
