There were three guys (customer reps apparently) that were talking among themselves and at no point did they come over and ask if I needed any help. I was in the store for 15 minutes trying to find different types of dress shirt fits - one customer rep walked right past me without making eye contact. I will never do business with this store again.

I recently purchased two "fun" polos for an upcoming trip at Golf Galaxy. However, I didn't like…read morethe loose "golf fit." With that said, I did like the fabric pattern and athletic wicking material. I was not taking any chances with these polos since they are for a long overdue vacation my father and I are taking to the Bahamas. The last two alteration shops I have used were worthless. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! Oking's shop, Best Dressed Man, deserves every accolade on Yelp, and I don't say that lightly.

It's a great place to get your steps in, enjoy time shopping with friends and family. The parking might be addressed in the next year, who knows, but Allen Outlets are always a good time for me. I like coming to Allen Premium Outlet Mall every once in a while. It's fun because hubby and I can…read moresplit up and go to the stores that we each want to visit. The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all.

I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. As long as I'm provided customer services like I've been getting, my only comment can be 5 stars and a double snap (In Living Color, LOL)

I've visited this store multiple times - yet have NEVER been greeted.
