As a guy, I find the thing I want, check to see that the price is fair compared to elsewhere, then buy that thing. I personally believe that one of the major reasons brick and mortar stores are failing is because of bait and switch gimmicks just like this. Consumers are getting wise and we don't appreciate these games. Charge a fair price, run an occasional special, but don't jack people around when they're trying to spend money at your establishment.

I have been here multiple times and it's always the same. If you want assistance you have to use the kiosk. You bring the shoe to the unit and scan the information. You pick your color and size. You enter your name and the area you can be found. Then you wait. It's like pulling teeth to get them to return to check on you. I had boxed up the shoes and was ready for additional shoes to try on. Again, no floor person to provide help. I have to go back to the kiosk to get additional assistance. A royal pain in the butt. What has happened to providing customer service? It's of no value at this business. I did buy 2 pairs of shoes. Now that I know my size I'll simply buy them from the company directly or shop on amazon. For a few dollars more I think it will be worth my sanity. While I'm on a roll I suppose I should mention the check out process. That's about the same as the floor staff. Useless! I spent over $370 on 2 sets of shoes. On clouds and Hokas. The dude at the register states " you want to save $10, I'll enter your phone number, no email is needed". Well he doesn't tell you the $10 off isn't for another 6 months! Just in case you return the shoes. What a crock of crap! Very deceptive. I need access to running supplies and accessories as well as running attire. Here are my recent experiences: I came in for shoes and they were understaffed and sent me away. Twice. I came in for running nutrition and they focused on shoe fittings and I had to wait for a few dollar cash purchase. They recently eliminated the discount for being part of the local running club. And they mismanage the national program. That's if you can use it when you are turned away. This is a detriment to the national program which has deadlines on when you can use their loyalty rewards. Being turned away cost me my loyalty rewards. The national program refused to renew them and told me to ask the to comp it. Ugh. So overall, I would like to see Fleet Feet McKinney make some changes that improve the experience.

They had great arch support and looked good too! And I found a pair on the shelf just like them! And they had a promotion any two pairs $99! I was looking to find a cute pair of sandals. I found them in a blue but thought the tan color might match more of my clothing. Lucky for us, Sam walked by and was able to find the size and the color I was looking for! I found all of the employees that worked at this store to be extremely happy, friendly and professional. I was joking that everyone that worked here was named "Clark" because they all wore a "Clark" name badge.
