Got scolded as a customer for following the directions provided in email for in store pickup…read more We got a mattress topper that was put in bulk orders which is in the back, was told to go to customer service per email, we waited for help at customer service until a cashier was available. When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner.

On December 7th my father was checking out over $500 worth of merchandise and while he was being checked out the female cashier has someone that speaks Spanish ask my father if he can afford what he is going to purchase. Then she asks what kind of job he works at. Like what is it to her where he works, I am very sure that my dad makes well enough to buy whatever he wants. Then when we called to complain about this incident nothing was done. I'm pretty sure the management itself is a reflection of the employees that attended my father. The cashier number on his receipt is 71784 . I myself have been in this location to purchase boots for my daughter and I and the customer service was bad. We were not greeted, we were not asked if we needed assistance just seen the employees standing around having conversations amongst themselves. My daughter literally had to ask someone to assist us. Since that day I will never go to this location again. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I will no longer shop here. The first time I went to this location my wife and myself were buying clothes for my daughter's birthday. There was a jacket on a rack that said all jackets 20% off. We went to check out and have well over $400.00 in merchandise that we are purchasing. My wife always makes sure that the sale shows on the bill and notices that the jacket did not reflect the 20% off. My wife said something to the young girl behind the counter and she tells us that this one was not on sell. I went back to where the jacket was hanging that had the sign and then showed the girl at the front counter. She then with an attitude told us that the sale was not for this jacket. I said that was fine so I just suggested that they remove the sale tags. This happened a few more times on other items. Yesterday I went to purchase my son some clothes for his birthday and another sale tag was hanging and once again I am being told that the item was not on sale. I left all the items on the counter and left the store. I took my money elsewhere. Let's be honest, this is Texas! There are stores that sell these clothes all over. I will not be returning to this location again. I am trying to spend money at your store. I do not deserve the little attitudes from these girls. And I suggest taking all sale tags down.
