The shipments were promptly handed over to UPS on Monday and customer service was so excellent with very prompt responses to me, letting me know the items had been shipped. When I didn't get one of the boxes in time because of UPS delays, Palestinian Elegance actually reached out to UPS for me to get me my expedited shipping refunded. It is so incredibly rare to find a business that takes the time to treat their customers right -- PE was so amazing, kind and helpful. If this is not a reflection of the heart and spirit of Palestinian culture, I don't know what it is. Not to mention their products are absolutely gorgeous. Very high quality, incredible detail and such great value for what you pay. Highly recommend!
