I was greeted upon entry and made my selections quickly. After making my way to the check out line (which was very short) the employee that did the transaction was kind and made small talk, which was nice. The store was clean and in a great area. Thank you!

Me and my friends went into the dressing rooms to try on some clothes, we entered to the left side of the dressing room, and tried on our clothes. When we come out to look at ourselves in the big mirror an employee walks in and starts laughing loudly and reading a paper that was taped on the clothes rack not very visible, that basically said to not go to that side of the dressing room. I understand that it was our fault that we accidentally went to the wrong side but it was very unprofessional and rude how she was laughing and reading the paper in a loud sarcastic voice! Instead she should've just told us if we could please go to the other side of the dressing room in a profesional respectful tone and that would've been completely fine. Besides that one employee the rest we're very respectful and helpful. Forever 21, I believe you shouldn't hire people like this to work in your stores, I am very offended by what she did it was very insulting!

I showed her the order, she grabbed my phone without my permission to look for whatever, and went in my PERSONAL EMAIL to find the email that had the order. She didn't say a thing to me. Wtf do you think you are grabbing my phone and looking into my personal shit? You lucky I gave up being reckless years ago or it wouldn't have been pretty. If you knew better, you'll do better. And guess what, she couldn't even complete the transaction. Some Hispanic chick walked up to fix the issue. Smh. Hood ass store. Never again. I'm over these stores who hire Asshats and still push crap quality. Adding this store to my crap list along with VS and H&M. Smh

I went in today to do a return on one item that I purchased for hours ago at a different Ross…read morelocation. The lady that helped me was probably 18 years old. Mexican-American with long straight hair. She didn't want to help customers it was very obvious. I don't know if she was new or is terrible at customer service etc. Not sure why she decided to work there. She only probably gets paid minimum wage anyways. Which I believe in Oregon is only $15 an hour. That is not my fault or my problem. I literally try to explain why I was returning the item. And the item was only $16. I told her I got the wrong color and wanted to see what they had an inventory. Just wanted to return the item. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes. And then she asked where the receipt was. I said hold on a second let me grab it. As soon as I gave it to her she rolled her eyes again and literally told me that she wanted to call up the manager. So I had to wait 10 minutes for manager to come up because she didn't want to do her job properly or be nice to customers. When the manager came up I explained everything to him. He acted like he didn't care either. I guess these people are brother and sister are dating or something. Total losers. This Ross used to have good management for over 15 years. I was actually personal friends with the previous manager of the store. That is why I decided to do this specific no preview today. I'm going to let my friend know that her store has turned to crap. I also told the manager guy or the man who claimed to be the manager of the store. That he should have a talk with his employees and review customer service etiquette. But he acted like he seriously did not care. And didn't believe me. Will not return to this Ross location. I have been shopping at Ross since 1992. And I may just switch it up and go to TJ Maxx or Burlington. Much rather give them my business. Because I'm sure they have better customer service and less lazy workers behind the counter.
